Sylvette’s place was beyond excellent. The house is beautiful, spacious, clean and has everything we could need. It’s very well located, just 10 minutes from the airport, in a very pleasant and quiet neighborhood. The house is very cozy; me and my family felt right at home. Highly recommended.

It is a beautiful property and worth the price. It is a bit tricky to get to the property as there are 2 gates, but it is definitely worth the security and peace of mind while staying there. She was very responsive. Definitely would stay there again.

Rey was very helpful and kind. If I go back to San Juan I definitely will see if his house is available. It was spacious and comfortable and enough space for me and my family.

While staying at Maria’s place, we had a great stay. While mentioned in the listing, it definitely does get noisy, so this is not the place for light sleepers. There was lots of rain one night, and it kept us up, along with the airplanes and roosters. However; the host provided lots of things in the house, beach towels, toiletries, etc and make it a pleasant stay.

We had a fabulous stay at Talia and Pablo’s place in San Juan!! Girls trip of 12 for our spring break and it was a perfect spot for us. Clean, just like the photos, spacious, and beautiful. Felt very safe in the punta las marias neighborhood. Pablo is very responsive and was a phenomenal host!!!!! 10/10 recommend!!

Pedro’s place was perfect for our stay! We were a group of 6 girl friends and we all fit very comfortably. The neighborhood itself was quiet, even with being close to the highway and airport. Pedro was super responsive and gave us great recommendations both for what was right near the Airbnb and around other neighborhoods a short Uber ride away. The beach was just a short walk over a footbridge and was absolutely beautiful!

The place was great! Location is really awesome (easy to uber everywhere or walk), there is security in the front and back which made me feel comfortable. When we came to the beach from the hotel access there was a lot of seaweed but walked about 10 minutes West and the beach was perfect, by the last day the seaweed moved so just keep this in mind but has nothing to do with Alfredo and just with the weather! Some times there was noises at night and in the morning from neighbors but again this is expected from a hotel just something to be aware of. This listing was clean, had extra towels and blankets and anything else that you might need like plates, coffee machine, and even water left for us in the fridge. Overall great stay and will likely be back!

I had a great 4-night stay in early February 2025. Great location right on the beach and convenient to the airport, stores, and restaurants. Amazing ocean views from the condo. Clean condo, comfortable bed, and good property security. The hosts were also very responsive to any questions I had.

This my second time staying at hector place i like that i can wash clothes if i need to everything that i need it was at the place very clean parking right in front of the apartment i travel every year and if this place is open this is were i stay bakery gas station and supermarket is right around the corner

We had a wonderful stay here. Very close to restaurants and beaches. Just a short Uber drive to airport or old San Juan. Host very responsive to any needs. Would definitely recommend this Airbnb.

Like other reivews have stated, this place is quite loud at night. But we expected that, and brought ear plugs, which solved the issue. The place was clean, good access to the beach, and the washer/dryer was much appreciated. The security guards were very helpful in helping us check in. Sebastian was very communicative, and proactive. Will would gladly stay at one of Sebastian's places again!

We really enjoyed Rita's 3 bedroom unit. Spacious. Incredible view. Right on the beach. Great swimming pool. We had a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Steven’s place. Flexible with check in and check out. Very clean and comfortable. Good air conditioning. Close walk to local restaurants, shops and Isla Verde beach. We would love to come back and stay again! Thank you!

Myself, Mom, husband, 6 kids and grandson visit Puerto Rico yearly for our annual family reunion as my family lives on the island. We stay at the Marbella and absolutely love it. We enjoy the safety of the location. The pool is wonderful plus has a playground, out door gym and gated beach access. Clean, Spacious 3 bdrm, 2 bath apartment allowing everyone to have their privacy, plus a washer and dryer and a round bed that was absolutely my favorite. Everyone slept so good! So many amenities from inside to going to the beach, pool etc. plus a playpen, high, chair, stroller, car seat, air mattress. Perfect parking spot close to elevator. You have a views of the ocean side and the street side as this unit is an end unit. My only complaint about the Marbella is all the building construction going on and street noise. But the work must be done and the entertainment must go on so if you can get past that it’s absolutely wonderful. Thank you to our host for sharing your beautiful hom

Wonderful place, barely a 2 min walk to the beach. Great area; lots of shops, bars and restaurants a short walk away. We loved the ocean view from the balcony. Would recommend if you’re looking for a fun beach stay in Carolina!

Marcos' condo in the perfect place to experience all that San Juan and beyond has to offer. Easy access to the best beach in San Juan while still being a 15 min Uber ride to Old San Juan. Walkable to shopping and restaurants. We highly recommend checking out Pal'Agua next door which is located next door in La Playita and is only open Friday-Sunday. We will definitely stay here again if we have the pleasure of visiting San Juan in the future. We couldn't be happier with our time in this beautiful space!

wonderful condo with ocean view. we left the window open so we could hear the ocean waves. if you are sensitive to sounds you may feel uncomfotable until 12:30am. the restaunt/bar may have late guests. building condition is aged but condo itself upto date nice and clean. money we spend was worth it.

The area seemed super safe to even walk late at night, lots of tourists and it seemed like police are assigned to the strip because you always see them driving around. Building was right by the beach , many stores , restaurants at walking distant including the beach . Having beach gear available was fantastic and we made good use of it . We didn’t reach out to the host. It once in our one week stay because everything was clear and described properly. I’d stay again and recommend to all.

My children and I had a wonderful time in San Juan. The apartment was very nice the backyard was the beach which they loved. Magda is wonderful she provided recommendations to the local children attractions. The apartment is gated with security at the front. Although it was a first floor apartment I didn’t hear the neighbors or no one above us. The airport is across the street but not walkable because it’s gated. A Uber back was $10 the grocery store Uber was $6. I would stay here again next time I travel back to San Juan if it’s available.

Tony was a pleasure to communicate with, always responsive and informative. In the neighborhood, there are a lot of restaurants within walking distance, and the beach is beautiful. Because the place has a parking spot, it is easy to have a rental car, and then get to visit different parts of the island. We really appreciated that there were beach towels. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, coffee maker and tea kettle and we felt right at home. The beds were comfy with extra pillows in the closet. If you are not used to street sounds, bring earplugs for better rest, since it is a busy area.
