Angelica was very sweet and responded to messages fairly quickly. Her place look beautiful and the amenities in the description were honest. I am glad we booked with her and if the occasion we’re to arise we would do it again🤗

This was our 2nd stay, but the 1st with a group of 6 so we rented the full property. It should be noted that if you sleep in the back room in the 1st apartment, you will have to share access through your room to the pool. The house is about an 8 min drive to the airport and has enough parking for 2 vehicles in front of her property. Walmart is a 15 min drive and Old San Juan and La Placita (great for bar hopping) are all about 20 min drive away. The beaches and restaurants are pretty much EVERYWHERE so, just do a bit a research, pick your faves and head out! Ana's ability to accommodate us thus far has been ABOVE AND BEYOND. Anything we've needed she was able to get for us and then some. It happened to be a birthday trip and she was kind enough to gift us some pastries from her favorite local bakery with a sweet handwritten message. The little touches like THAT which will keep us coming back. She's like family to us! Thank you a million times, Ana!

Great location, great amenities and a great place to stay. Arriving was confusing but a quick call with easy directions allowed me to check in easily.

Perfect Place to stay. Very close to the airport. Restaurants nearby. And a great service. The cleaning lady was very nice to us and took care of our bags when our flight got delayed by over 12Hrs! And we got the chance to enjoy more time in San Juan. I will definitely come back to this place in the future. 💯

We loved the location near the El Yunque rainforest. The surroundings were lush, beautiful, and peaceful and there is a short hike to a really clean river on the property. The outdoor area is large and covered- we spent hours and hours there just chilling. The indoor space was perfect for our stay and the kitchen pretty well set to cook, if you choose. Felipe responded to our many inquiries about local activities, etc. This property is about a 20 minute ride to the beaches on the north shore. Would definitely book again.

Watching the sunrise and sunset from Roxana's stunning back deck is now a core memory—truly a breathtaking experience that lets you see Caguas in a whole new light. The home layout is both functional and full of character, making it effortless to settle in whether you're staying for a few days or longer. Between the natural light, powerful AC, Tesla Powerwalls for uninterrupted comfort, and Roxana’s responsiveness, everything was smooth and relaxing. If you're staying in Caguas, this jungle oasis will have you feeling grateful you chose it.

I had an amazing time at Acuatico Alta Gams apartment. They made it feel like I was home. Communication was amazing if I needed help or anything they was there. I would definitely rebook next time in Puerto Rico apartment was amazing and the pool was fantastic. You won’t be disappointed if you book with them.

Place is great very central easy to get everywhere and communication is perfect! Rent with confidence.

One of the best spots I’ve stayed. If you’re looking for private, peaceful getaway near everything, this is the place. Coming back definitely.

Great location!! We rented a car and didn’t have trouble finding street parking also. The bed was comfy, and the view was breathtaking! We spent every night enjoying the view from the balcony! You truly cannot get any better than this location, you’re right in the middle of everything!

Really enjoyed my stay here. I was traveling solo and felt safe in the area and in the home. I loved the lagoon view. It was the perfect reset after being out and about.

When I first arrived in Condado, unfortunately the power was out in the area. i was panicked but Pat was so calming and brought over a small generator to help me charge my phone and computer until it was restored. The apartment is VERY conveniently located on the end of Ashford Avenue so it's not noisy nor is there a lot of disturbance. The building was secure and there was a security person at night as well. The apartment has a partial ocean view and if you open the windows it was very cool at night (if you don't like AC). I will say the apartment was clean and equipped but could use some minor touch ups. Perhaps a new coat of paint and some refurbishing but I didn't spend most of my time in the room. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked well and I had access to watch Hulu/Netflix while there. Pat was a superb host and super responsive!! I am glad I selected this spot as it was much more economical than the hotels! Thank you again Pat for everything. Hope to be back!

The apartment was as described. Beautiful view of the water and walking distance to park/beach. The only downside is the location doesn't have much to do or restaurants or access to stores for essentials that is walking distance.

Saul's place was perfect. The rooftop was AMAZING!! And everything was very close. Easy to walk to the beach, close to restaurants and stores. The place was exactly as described. We had 6 people there and it was great. Saul was very communicative and helpful. I would not hesitate booking this place again.

The location was great. Accesible and close to SJ, only a ferry ride away. Lots of restaurants and night life in the Cataño area, less touristy so you get a better taste of the local experience. Very cozy, clean and clutter free. Would recommend a sofa bed so you can accommodate 6 instead of 4. Would definitely go again.

Desde que llegas a la casa , se siente no querer irse de ella, está super cómoda, los anfitriones tenían muchos artículos de uso personal a disposción, cada vez que contacte a Humberto para hacerle alguna pregunta siempre estuvo disponible,la casa sinceramente invita a quedarse en ella para siempre, es de esos lugares que apesar de que sabes que no son tuyos y debes irte y no encuentras como hacerlo,la vista al lago y las montañas, la comodidad, el aire frio de la naturaleza, el verdor de los árboles, y sobretodo la paz y tranquilidad que se siente la hace el lugar perfecto para querer ir una y mil veces😍😍

I had an amazing stay here! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in process was smooth, and the home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, it has the most beautiful views of Lago La Plata. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like all the games available and the snacks left for us. Our stay at Hacienda brisas del lago was a great getaway for the whole family. It is a big house, everything was very clean, the bathrooms and kitchen were very comfortable and spotless. We were able to use the kayaks, the lake and neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Even during the summer heat, there is plenty of wind which makes it a very nice temperature and at night we were able to use the jacuzzi. So grateful to Ada for renting us her place and her hospitality and prompt responses! Would definitely go back.

It was exactly what I wanted. My family had a great time. We have family nearby so it was a great location for us. We were at the pool during the days we wanted to stay in and relax. At night, we were 3 min away from amazing food and music. The scenery was beautiful. We will definitely be renting again!
