I vouldnt ask for a better place located withing a stones throw distance from the airport. All of the appliances worked just fine and the bathroom has shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles topped off for us. Everything was within a good driving distance only and hour to the east coast and two hours to the western coast. Lots of dogs in the area that will get used to you after a couple treats and a couple days of petting them they will be waiting at your front gate for lots of love.

A great place to stay for travelers who are renting a car. Yes, it is easily accessible by Ubers as well but super convenient for those driving especially with the pull in parking! The neighborhood is quiet and the place is exactly as the photos. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to those who want to step outside the busy touristy streets and have a more authentic experience.

This place was perfect for my group of 5 for my birthday trip! The location was a short drive from the airport and everywhere else. We got to explore so much of the island and it always felt so nice returning to our home away from home! The hosts are really helpful and always responsive. I would suggest not to leave crumbs or food out because there are little sugar ants that will come out and eat it lol the hosts provided ant spray that worked wonderfully so wasn’t a big deal. Definitely bring your own ear plugs if you don’t want to be waken up early by roosters lol! The hosts provide but the ones provided didn’t fit my ear well so best to bring your own that you like. Thanks again ladies

The Airbnb was just as what the description says. Close enough to the main attractions but also the peace of enjoying the outdoors. The Airbnb was also big enough to accommodate my group of 10 which was very nice. We enjoyed the place. Thank you!

I had a great 4-night stay in early February 2025. Great location right on the beach and convenient to the airport, stores, and restaurants. Amazing ocean views from the condo. Clean condo, comfortable bed, and good property security. The hosts were also very responsive to any questions I had.

El lugar espectacular, igual que en las imágenes. Bien tranquilo, bien familiar. Tuvimos la oportunidad de hacerle los 50 de mi madre y nos llevamos la mejor experiencia. Anfitriona siempre bien atenta y amable. Lo recomiendo a ojos cerrados y volvería una y otra vez. El lugar es bien cómodo, y la vista de la piscina impresionante.

Marta's place was great. Very close to do many things. She had beach chairs and towels available for use. The kitchen was stocked with the necessary amenities. Marta's was also very responsive. I would hear back from her fairly quickly with a response to any question. I would definitely stay here again. thank you

I will definitely be staying with Milly again. The apartment was clean and beautiful, just as described with a beautiful view of the ocean. Milly was very responsive and so sweet. I would recommend very highly!

Can’t say enough great things about this space and the host. We had a situation where we lost the keys and the host was very accommodating and helped us out as soon as she could. The space has everything you need. Comfy bed, nice sized balcony, great view of the ocean, working AC and TV. Everything looked so new/modern. They even had a wine opener which is something often overlooked. The building may lose power sometimes but the common areas and elevators will still have power from a backup generator. This happened to us one night and we just explored San Juan until the power came back. For a couple, it’s a hard space to beat and the location is PRIME right on the strip with quick access to the beach. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

awesome place to stay, exactly like pictures, neighborhood looks wired initially as we were in PR first time then realize this is how it is and get use to of it, close to airport and lot of other things, had an awesome stay no issues at all so many things to list that were great - will definitely stay again to this same place.

From start to finish, they were responsive when I needed to know anything. Great location to the beach. It was a plus that everyday, they checked in on us. Five starts all the way around!

We loved our stay in Carries house, it was very cleanly, packed with essentials, and Carrie was very accommodating. But most of all we loved the views from up top the mountains, although at first it was a bit tough to reach the house it was well worth it!

Felt great walking in the A/C was already turned on for us , the place smelled and looked clean . It was pretty smooth to check in and check out. Had a great stay !! Host was responsive and kind

House was spotless and in an amazing location while being private in a gated community. Host was very responsive. Highly recommend to anyone visiting San Juan.

Andrea’s place was pretty nice, comfortable, and cleaned. It was a little confusing to find because the entrance is located in the back of a 2 story house. Getting inside was a little difficult too but Andrea answered quickly. The beds/pillows were very comfortable, although, they only have fitted sheets and a comforter (not sheets to cover) on the beds. I suggested to have sheets and comforters on the beds, especially that sometimes nights could be cool enough that there’s no need for the AC. Andrea’s place is 2 miles from La Placita, a mile walk from Ocean Park beach, about a 10 min drive to El Condado, and about 17 min drive right to Old San Juan. About 45 min from Luquillo and El Yunque. All are great options for things to do in the area.

This was my first time using an Air BnB and it was perfect. Great location, loved listening to the coqui and roosters in the morning. Easily accessible to so many different places we went to.

I loved the location with the exception of hearing airplanes from time to time. The atmosphere was perfect and just the tranquil space I needed. John helped me plan my vacation from car rental to tips and information on what and when to see it. Superb!

Absolutely loved our stay at the Marilyn house.. the beds are very comfortable... the bathrooms are clean and showers are hot! The kitchen was so fun!! But the best part was the outdoor play room/family room. I love the fact that there is a lockable security gate that allowed me to let my little grandchildren play out in the area and feel comfortable that they will not wander off into the garden where the pool is! speaking of pool... what a great area as well . very clean and lots pool toys for the kids to play with. My advice would be to make sure you check out all of the items available for usage because we made the mistake of buying a cooler and then found the cooler available..lol.. our hostess was very, very gracious And responded with quickness. we had absolutely no issues. she allowed us to check in since we are having travel difficulties with all of our family arriving on different planes!! I would definitely rebook this location for multiple reasons but our hostess was A+
