I don’t have enough positive things to say about our stay with Hector & Kim at their home, la Lomita! We had 6 adults and 2 babies, and this was a perfect place with all needed amenities and allowed for us to enjoy lots of time at the house and get out to do fun activities. I highly recommend this location and hope to come back again! The pool, location, house, amenities - all just fabulous. We are so grateful to have been able to make some core family memories here!

Gigi’s place was the perfect spot for my fiancé and I for a few days. The neighborhood is quiet and very close to the beach, about a 10 min walk from the Main Street, and very safe! Gigi was very kind, greeted us when we arrived and even offered to lend us her snorkeling gear. Would definitely stay again!

Super cute studio with a great design! Two people move easily and the beds are comfortable! Great location close to everything!

The space was exactly as described and exactly what we needed! Great location - fantastic neighborhood with close restaurants and a short block walk to the beach. It was perfect!

Very nice and quiet neighborhood with good parking. House was very cute. Everything was neat and clean. Anything we needed was already there . Host was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

So peaceful and extremely convenient location to walk around. The garden is gorgeous and the decor was breathtaking!

Get on island time! Super chill location tucked away in a local village with lots of amazing nature, day and night water fun and local food stands. The host is warm, inviting and very helpful. Sunny, immaculate and spacious apartment, much bigger than pictures show. Very comfortable bed, large shower, great AC. Take advantage of the vast backyard oasis, grill and picnic table with a natural tropical backdrop. 10-minute walk to best beaches in PR, 10 ecosystems in the nature reserve up the street. Only grocery store in Las Croabas is 100 steps away. 5-minute drive to one of the best restaurants in PR, but don’t pass up all the local ones in between that serve delicious authentic food; none of the restaurants have walls. 30 min drive to El Yunque.

A wonderful host and a marvellous place! A great base for exploring the East of Puerto Rico and only 20min from San Juan airport.

Welcoming and pleasing aesthetic. Host was responsive but it took awhile. Host was accommodating with luggage drop off when I had an early flight. The only thing that I wish was clear was that it's a guest house to the house shown, so entrance is on the side. Also hot water was more like warm but it wasn't too much of a problem. Other than that it was a safe, quiet neighborhood! Would stay again and definitely recommend. Very clean and modern.

We had our best Airbnb experience yet. Judith and Nestor were very warm and welcoming and attentive to our needs. The space is vibrant and well designed. The location is quiet and convenient with close proximity to the beach, great dining and shopping opportunities. I don’t believe we could have had a better San Juan experience than what this exceptional host and space offers.

Andrea's place was amazing !!!! I will defiantly be coming back to PR and will book with Andrea. It was my first trip with my kids and it was the perfect home. Super clean, the kids love the pool. Andrea was a great hostess! Always responsive and attentive to our questions. The setting was beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed preparing meals in the outdoor kitchen and BBQ. Outdoors was absolutely beautiful and clean as well, no mosquitos at all. Andrea thought of everything we will need while traveling to PR, she had beach items and towels that was very helpful during our stay. Laundry access was a great plus since we stayed for a week it was amazing to be able to do laundry. Andrea's place gives safety, cleanliness and comfort. I Would highly recommend this Airbnb to others. YOU WON'T REGRET IT !!!!!!!!!!

Perfect balance of tranquil peace and accessibility to the highway. All the needed amenities were there and there’s nothing better than washing your clothes before heading back home. Will definitely be coming back!

Arleen and her husband are outstanding hosts. They are very welcoming and friendly. I could not ask for better communication, they were always available. They should earn a rating of Superhosts because they really are. Arleen's apartment is spotless and beautiful. The kitchen is modern, extremely well-equipped and spotless. All the apartment windows are covered with screens so no mosquitos entered. It is on the second floor so it is nice and fresh. This place is extremely comfortable and spacious, especially the master bedroom. It had white new linens and towels, giving you a sense of being in a hotel. The bathroom is nice, clean and spacious. Water temperature was perfect. It has plenty of storage space in kitchen, bath and bedroom. The. bedroom has brand new air conditioner and huge TV. The gigantic closet has doors with mirrors from floor to ceiling, so you can get dressed and see how you look. There are two terraces in the front and the back of the apartment and a sitting area in front terrace. (This apartment is on the second floor) Again, indoor and outdoor spaces were immaculate. The kitchen is well equipped, you can cook a meal if you want to. Furnishings are nice and modern, and beautiful choice of colors and artwork, just add to the charm of this modern looking apartment. I felt very safe here because of the new doors and windows this apartment has, metal bars are incorporated as part of the windows and still the windows have a great and modern look. There is lighting everywhere! Motion sensor lights are on the walkway to the apartment and in front of the door to enter the apartment. The neighborhood is safe and peaceful. Every once in a while you will see and hear some people during the day. Drive safely, a couple of cute cats roam around the street, but they are super friendly. I was able to work on my computer while being here. Wifi works perfectly. This place is close to everything! (shopping, bakery, car rental, pharmacies, grocery stores, entertainment in San Juan, Guaynabo, Bayamon, etc) You can be in any place within 15 minutes. The Smart Spot is really a wonderful place to stay and I hope it is available when I visit Puerto Rico again! It is worth the price. A hotel would not give you all the amenities you get here. I am so glad I found this place!

Gabriela is awesome! She’s super responsive and proactive! She makes sure her guests are taken care of! We had a hiccup with the WiFi and she immediately took care of it! She’s a great host! As far as the apartment! It matches the description and it’s super safe and private. She has multiple locks to ensure the safety of guests and you have your own private entrance and drive way. All the amenities were great! We didn’t use the grill or the hot tub but the vibes in the backyard feel like you’re in a rain forest. Great backyard to grab a beer and call it a night! We would definitely come back!

My stay was pleasant, the apartment was very clean and just a few meters from the beach, restaurants and just 10 minutes from the airport! All the amenities in this accommodation, including beach chairs and sunscreen! I’ll coming back soon!

Ana’s suite was beautiful and in a very convenient, private location. Ana and her family were super responsive and left us goodies in the fridge that were delicious. I also really appreciated the restaurant recommendations they have listed as someone who had not previously visited San Juan.

Very clean and comfortable apartment, we enjoyed our stay! It's close to Ocean Park beach but because it's a gated community, you have to exit via the front entrance of the gated community which added on 10-15 mins.

I had a wonderful stay! The neighborhood is great, and the place has everything you could need. It’s cozy, charming, and offers plenty of privacy. Plus, it’s conveniently close to everything, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The perfect place!

Lissette has a great, cozy and convenient place! The bed is soft. The kitchenette has everything you might need. It has a cool Volky theme. It is well equipped and nice spaces for a small apartment.

We had a great stay at Juan’s place. The private rooftop terrace was such a luxury when winding down after a full day. The location is central and walkable to so many great neighborhoods in San Juan. I only wish there were two sets of keys as my partner and I had to follow the other to unlock/lock all the doors (and tackle the stairs) whenever we left separately in the mornings (attending a conference vs. vacationing). Just a minor inconvenience for those who (like me) hate to be woken up before their own alarm 😆

I traveled in a group with 3 girls and was a little hesitant to book an air bnb in a different country because of safety concerns. We decided to book Nixon’s air bnb and we were not disappointed! His place was perfect, he had a gated entrance which made us feel extremely safe along with easy instructions on how to check in and unlock each gate. Parking was not difficult at all. He has an outdoor shower to clean off the sand after the beach along with a washing and drying machine available to use. The inside of his place had everything we could’ve needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, ice trays and a bunch of other useful items. The living area had a big dining table where we ate dinner each night along with a comfy pull out couch and smart tv! There was a closet with hangers. The bathroom was great as well, shower pressure was amazing and he even had some sunscreen. If you are considering an air bnb, definitely choose this one, you won’t regret it! Thank you Nixon🙏

beautiful unit! would definitely book again. If you plan on getting a rental this is the spot for you! It’s not too far out and perfectly distanced to all the hot spots, even with ubers it’s still quite fair. very clean , private , & peaceful home! comes fully with about everything you need & they even left extra goodies for the stay :) 10/10
