What a gem! Everything is brand new and modern. Plenty of space for a family or multiple couples. This unit has great amenities and amazing views of the ocean and islands. The moon shimmers off the ocean, and the buildings on the hill behind the property look like Encanto all lit up at night, which my daughter loved. The property has 3 great pools. It's close to Loquillo's beautiful beach and the Yunque rainforest. Jesus is a great host who thinks of everything. He's always available and ready to make your stay amazing.

Lesley was a fantastic host, she was very responsive, provided several local recommendations, and very friendly. The place was great, clean, and exactly what we were looking for. The place had many things we used every day and didn’t need to travel with. The location was safe and near many of the activities and restaurants we went to. Highly recommended place! Thank you!

Bien situé entre San Juan et Fajardo, près egalment de la forêt El Yunke Très bien situé a l'intérieur du complexe, car à coté de la mer et de la piscine. Très propre et chaleureux. We arrived in Puerto Rico just as the entire island was reeling from a power outage. Bryan was very responsive and helpful, allowing us to check in early with an upgraded apartment., The power had come back, but, unfortunately, the city water supply had not. He supplied us with filtered water jugs and bottles. But, at the end, we had to check out since it was a little hard to use the restroom without running water. He was very understanding and also offered the full refund as we stayed only a few hours. In any case, we are very grateful to him and would have loved to stay, The place was impeccable, squeaky clean with great amenities like body lotion and handwash, which many ABBs do not seem to offer these days. Great spot - picturesque almost private beach and nice pool options. Very responsive host. Will need a car to get around.

The apartment was absolutely lovely, tucked into a little cul-de-sac off the main road. Nice open floor common space, bedrooms are set at both ends with a bathroom in between for some privacy. The kitchen was nicely stocked with essentials, The actual location is very residential, off a very busy road with a number of local bars, restaurants and a very large marina. The best was finding that Seven Seas Beach is quick 5 minute drive, a little less than 2 miles. The beach is lovely and peaceful with plenty of shade and loads of parking. While a very doable walk, I wouldn’t recommend it, the road is narrow with no sidewalk in many stretches, and cars going a little too fast for my comfort. Enjoy Fajardo

I had such a wonderful and relaxing time felt right at home but with better weather! I definitely recommend! Raúl was very helpful and made so easy for us to get to from the airport very fast n easy! We had assigned parking and felt safe with security at the gate. Will definitely be back soon!

This airbnb was exactly what we wanted and needed. Would definitely recommend this place (which I have to many) and to stay here again. Walkable to the beach and pools in which, we used it everyday. Very close to the fresh market , in which, we used everyday. Close to the rainforest and restaurants. Had all the essentials as well to help cook our meals and to bring to the beach.

My friends and I had an amazing time at this Airbnb. It has everything that you would need from beach chairs to tennis rackets and balls to enjoy your stay. Host was very friendly and accommodating. About a 5 min walk to the beach which is also a great spot for beautiful sunrise watching. This place is similar to a gated community and very secure as you have to verify your identity to get in. Highly recommend this place.

we stayed with kids and enjoyed the private playgrounds, swimming pools and beach access. the host provided plenty of towels, beach chairs, and toys. the location was great and only a short drive from El Yunqe National Forest, San Juan and Fejardo.

This was our first time staying outside of San Juan and if you’re looking for a quiet get away this was it! The security at the front gate was very friendly the hosts were also very quick with response times. Nice clean space and amazing hosts!! 10/10 recommend!!

Javier’s place is in a gated community with a security guard and close to everything. His home was clean, comfortable. A smart tv in each room. There was always hot water and good water pressure. 2 bathrooms was a plus and the washer and dryer. I absolutely loved the two patios.There was a/c in the bedrooms but no ac in the living room. With the 2 patios and ceiling fans it didn’t matter. The kitchen had everything needed, except a baking sheet and pizza cutter.There were no cleaning supplies but the market at the corner has everything you could possibly need. Our only complaint was that it wasn’t easy to find at first but that was a GPS issue, and the parking spots were being repainted so it wasnt marked we had to figure it out.There were no extra amenities like coffee, soap etc you have to bring everything which we do anyway but since I mentioned celebrating our anniversary a little something personal would have set it off. Overall I loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for a Buddymoon with a group of 11 friends who were all wowed by the beauty of the place and its location (right on the beach). It is walking distance to the Luquillo kiosks and public beaches l. Kent was proactive catching that the WiFi was out before any member of our party had noticed and helped us get it up and running quickly. I appreciated having multiple suites to allow individuals their privacy as needed but there is a ton of common space to allow everyone to hang together. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for a friend or family vacation!

This place is a great find! Cataño is an area with rich culture and have been revitalized. Right outside the front door is the bay and the boardwalk. A 5-minute walk takes you to the Ferry where you can go to Viejo San Juan for $0.50 one way! There are tons of restaurants and bars nearby and the boardwalk comes alive at night over the weekend with vendors. The home is very beautiful! It’s evident that Jose had a vision for this home and he executed it. Casa Frida is clean, modern and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook food, and the bathroom has great water temperature. Each bedroom has an air conditioning unit so each room is comfortable for the way you want it. There is a hot tub room and a shared laundry room. The host reserves a parking spot outside of the house for your arrival. I would recommend this home and will want to stay again if we come back!

This is one of the best places we have stayed in. Most Beautiful, quiet and comfy place to stay in Puerto Rico. This place was super clean and very organized. we had a lot of space to relax and un-wide. The host was very communicative and made sure we got everything we needed. I definitely recommend this place for any family needing a quiet family friendly place to vacation. Definitely 5 Stars and we would stay again.

I don't have enough time to describe all of the many reason you MUST book with them!! 1st of all the location is incredible, the home is quite literally EVERYTHING you could want in an Airbnb!. The amount of kindness and genuine hospitality we felt was incredible we have been staying at Airbnb for over 4 years and this has got to be the hands down #1 location/host ever! From helping us find places to go, to welcoming our in town visitors, even preparing local traditional dishes for us to have! They truly go above and beyond for their guests! The house comes equipped with quite literally almost anything you could possibly need! They even made a late check out possible for us with ease. I cannot stress enough how incredible these hosts are!! we will most definitely be staying here again!!! CHOSSE THEM EVERY TIME!!WISH WE COULD GIVE THEM 10 STARS BECAUSE THEY ARE WORTH IT!!
