Fernando is extremely responsive and you can tell he genuinely cares if you have a good stay. I’m extremely happy with everything Fernando could control. The condo was super clean and you can tell that Fernando spent more on the fit out than a lot of rental owners. The tile work was really nice throughout which made it feel high end. The bathrooms were super clean. Tons of extra amenities for the beach (chairs, kick board, extra towels, beach toys, all provided.) The pool is beautiful and honestly we probably spent more time in the pool than the beach. Parking A+. There are multiple beach access points. The closest ones are more of Rocky beach, there is a sandy area but it has a barrier of concrete so the waves don’t really come in. It’s kinda nice with little little kids but my kids wanted real ocean waves. To get to that it’s a bit of a hike on foot, but an easy drive, so having a rental car or Ubers may be useful. We had a car. That beach is called playa ocean park. Has parking.

Great stay at Fernando’s villa. Space was as advertised, clean, modern, and comfortable. And the pool was such a worthwhile bonus. It’s shared with the two other villas, but we only saw another group once. There’s a small beach less than a 5 min walk away, you can almost see it from the entrance to the villa. But this spot is pretty small, and a little rocky. About 20 min further east is Isla Verde, a great, wide beach. About 20 mins the other way is Playa Ocean Park. This was a more narrow beach, close to the street, but a nice walk along the water. Our favorite beach was Balneario El Escambrón, about a 15 min Uber ride from Fernando’s place. Beautiful, peaceful location with palm trees and lots of fish in the water. Chairs and umbrellas available for rent as well. Fernando was extremely responsive and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, from arrival to departure.

The place was stunning! We stayed in all three apartments and it was very helpful having three bathrooms for our large group. The outdoor space was nice to relax! The host was extremely nice and helpful and went out of their way to get us back missing passports we had left unknowingly. Not to mention the place was stocked with snacks and water upon arrival. Overall an amazing stay! We hope to be back soon.

We had a really lovely time at this AirBNB. The home itself is gorgeous with plenty of space for our large family to spread out. It is close enough to San Juan yet still feels rural and secluded. We were there during the holidays when there was an island-wide power outage and were pleasantly surprised to have back-up power via a generator which truly saved the day! Would definitely recommend to others. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

I went once a few month ago with a group and knew immediately I wanted to go back. The views are stunning and the addition of the pool make it a perfect spot for a quite weekend.

Fuimos un grupo de 14 personas, lo cual a todos nos encantó las comodidades, las Villa son espectaculares todo estaba muy limpio y oloroso, cuando llegamos ya los aires estaban prendidos y las villas se sentían frescas. Adamaris, estuvo pendiente a nosotros todos los días que estuvimos. Como también, unas de las estufas de unas de las cabañas se quedó sin gas, y rápido Adamaris resolvió. Nosotros quedamos encantados de la Localidad, puedo decir que Adamaris es excelente Host.Volveremos, ya que todos quedamos encantados. Gracias por hacer nuestro finde semana espectacular.

We had an incredible stay at this BnB! The location was unbeatable—walkable to everything in Old San Juan, making it so easy to explore the area. The ocean views were amazing, we loved spending time on the patio during the day and on the rooftop in the evenings. The decor was stunning; it felt more like a boutique hotel than a typical BnB. The place was squeaky clean and truly felt like a home away from home. Rosa, the host, was fantastic—so accommodating and always quick to respond whenever we reached out. 10/10 would absolutely recommend this place!

This is our second time staying in this home, 4 years apart. Ricardo is very clear in his instructions and as long as you follow the rules, you won't have any issues. We traveled as a group of 5 couples and the space was perfect for our needs. Ensuite bathrooms in every bedroom are just perfect. There were plenty of dishes for our group and dining for 10. We spent the majority of our time outdoors. The area is very safe and still gave you a local vibe. Would return for a 3rd time if we have this sized group again.

Camilla was very quick to respond and proactive in sending us recommendations for restaurants. The house is in a gated community so it felt safe and the supermarket was in a perfect walking distance. The house was clean and pool was nice. The only 2 things I would point out is the 2 beds in the side room were not 100% comfortable but did the job. Also (not fault of owner) the area is surrounded by chickens and roosters so be prepared to wake up to them. Overall great stay and within 10-15min of main areas!

We had a great stay at Jose’s property! Ruben was very responsive and helpful with check in. Our flight got pushed up earlier than anticipated and he was able to meet us at the property and let us drop our luggage off so we could explore and relax while they finished getting the house ready for us. We loved the pool / outdoor area and the neighborhood felt very safe. Overall, it was a great stay and exactly what we were looking for. Thank you!

This property is magical, I felt like I was on a movie set. We were three families, each with children, and we had more than enough space as we were all in separate houses. The attention to detail - the landscaping, the chairs, the art, the lights at night -- everything made it so nice and comfortable, and personable. It felt authentic and not like a dull hotel room. There was plenty of hot water -- which is usually a challenge with so many family members. Staying on a farm was charming, and yes the roosters were up early, but nothing a little white noise didn't block. We even had a NYE party for our group on the grounds, and it felt like we had a private resort to ourselves. The electricity on the entire island went out on New Year's Eve, but Barbie had generators, and we would have never known the electricity was even out. Definitely recommend this property for a large group or big family. And listen and put on the bug spray as soon as you arrive -- and you'll never get bit! :)

Fernando was the best host I’ve had so far on Airbnb. He was thorough from beginning to end. The instructions were very well explained step by step, and he even made a video and images to illustrate how to get in and around the property. Situated in a secluded gated community on the beach in the heart of San Juan. Very close to the airport and all the action of Old San Juan. Fernando was extremely accommodating to our needs, he allowed us to check in early and check out late according to our flight situation. The house doesn’t have a washer and dryer but they have one on the property that he will allow you to use if needed. It has a beautiful pool that is shared amongst the three homes on the property but we found ourselves alone every time we went which was nice. The house and all things on the property were nice and clean. Fernando was very attentive and responsive anytime I had a question or needed something. I would recommend this to anyone planning on staying in the area. 10/10!!

I just have to say the stay was well worth it Leonel was an awesome hosts, very attentive to our needs, the place it’s self is even more beautiful than the pictures, it’s a super relaxing and quiet neighborhood, my favorite part was that pollo tropical the restaurant was a minute in walking distance, the beach is literally in walking distance as well, I usually don’t leave reviews but this one was well deserved!! (:

This place really was perfect for our family and friend gathering. It was a 30th birthday celebration. We had the garage which was great, very secure and safe. Only surprise was that the beach is rocky and you can't safely swim in the water because the surf is so strong, crashing on the rocky beach. The host was fantastic and we needed the orientation; she couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating.
