Had a great stay - Kings Dominion is practically in the backyard! Great outdoor and indoor spaces for a group. Host was very responsive!

This fabulous riverside cottage was the perfect spot for two families to enjoy a destination Thanksgiving. Having as many bathrooms as bedrooms is amazing, and we also loved having two different hangout spaces. The kitchen had everything we needed (even double ovens!), and we just can’t imagine a more peaceful getaway.

This place was a private oasis within easy distance to Ashland and Randolph-Mason College. The house has wonderful early 19th century architecture and charm with updated amenities such as internet and modern plumbing. The house is tucked away on a dirt road back behind a corn field. There are plenty of places for you and your 4-legged companions to roam. There is a quaint garden out back, a grill, and a fire pit for those who love the outdoors. Indoors boasts a library, living room, kitchen and dining room all furnished with pieces in keeping with the history of the home. Up the narrow, winding staircases (there are 2) are 4 bedrooms and a second bath with a claw foot tub. Some of the electrical outlets have yet to be updated but the owners have provided power strips equipped with adapters. While I have to admit this may not be an option for city dwellers, people with very small children, or those with handicaps, I loved it and felt right at home.

Manny was super responsive to our needs and communicated well throughout our stay. Our stay here was definitely well worth it and was exactly what we were looking for.

Krishna’s home was lovely. Honestly, the pictures didn’t do it justice. We were there to celebrate our grandsons 1st birthday and needed a space large enough to accommodate us and our kids and grandkids, and the house was perfect. 5 large bedrooms with TV’s in every room. The space was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. The neighborhood was very pretty and close to everything. Highly recommend! Thank you Krisna for being such a wonderful host!

We had a wonderful stay in the House on Main! Everything was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and had luxurious details like bathrobes and coffee makers in every room. The house is super spacious and was more than enough room for 4 people on a business trip. The hosts are super responsive and communicative. All around a lovely place to stay in the charming town of Bowling Green!

One of the best stays I've had in a long time. Beautiful area and a fantastic room. Very scenic. Judea makes the stay! Very attentive and went out of her way to help me with my crazy schedule. Very clean and everything you need for a great stay. Will always choose her properties when I'm in the area.

I arrived right after a big storm, where multiple trees blocked the roads on my way in. Carolyn and Randy were helpful and proactive and did everything they could to help me! Once I arrived they were hospitable and accommodating. The bed is so comfortable and the shower feels amazing- that is pretty much all I need for a great stay. It felt great coming home to such a peaceful place each evening. The pups are great too if you get to meet them. 10/10 recommendation! I hope to walk around the property to enjoy all the nature next time I visit.

Melissa's place was great. It was extremely clean, well stocked and in a great location. She was the perfect host! The only downfall is the bed. It's extremely firm and uncomfortable. However, the futon is quite comfortable to sleep. Overall great place! I would definitely stay again.

This spot was such a cozy little space with just what I needed for a solo vacation to Richmond! It had all I needed and was incredibly clean and well organized. Mary was helpful in giving me recommendations for local activities and left a detailed list of amenities and their locations on the counter top. This space felt very private and I never felt uncomfortable staying nearby the owner. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend!

Michelins was awesome and her place was just as good. Really enjoyed my stay there and would highly recommend her place to anyone!

Awesome quiet room basement apartment. Very well kept. Clean and neat. Very good location for me nice neighborhood. Parking was easy. Private space. W back yard area.

Second time staying here, lovely unit with nice upgrades. Judae is very responsive and helpful.

I had a great stay here while starting my new job. It was great to have somewhere to come back to and settle in that wasnt a hotel. The family is great and it was very close to my place of work.
