Perfect place to stay for me, Matteau was super friendly and very easy going. The place is easy to find and the bed was comfortable. Would I stay again, absolutely.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Tonya and Michael’s hospitality. The room is inside their home, and it is not a private entrance, but the room was very private once you enter. Tonya and Michael are awesome hosts, friendly, kind, helpful, but if you want to just come in and go to your room, that is good too. I stayed 3 months for a travel job and they added to my experience. I am glad I got to meet them.

Had a great stay - Kings Dominion is practically in the backyard! Great outdoor and indoor spaces for a group. Host was very responsive!

This place was a private oasis within easy distance to Ashland and Randolph-Mason College. The house has wonderful early 19th century architecture and charm with updated amenities such as internet and modern plumbing. The house is tucked away on a dirt road back behind a corn field. There are plenty of places for you and your 4-legged companions to roam. There is a quaint garden out back, a grill, and a fire pit for those who love the outdoors. Indoors boasts a library, living room, kitchen and dining room all furnished with pieces in keeping with the history of the home. Up the narrow, winding staircases (there are 2) are 4 bedrooms and a second bath with a claw foot tub. Some of the electrical outlets have yet to be updated but the owners have provided power strips equipped with adapters. While I have to admit this may not be an option for city dwellers, people with very small children, or those with handicaps, I loved it and felt right at home.

We enjoyed our quick stay. The space was clean and as described. With beautiful views and everything we needed!

This is the second time we have booked one of Judaea’s properties in Spotsylvania. Both times the stay has been delightful. One of our guests made a mistake in their check in and she was still very kind and helpful. Whenever we have large groups of guests in town we will continue to see if Judaea’s AirBnB’s are available as each time our guests have loved the accommodations. Highly recommended!

Michelins was awesome and her place was just as good. Really enjoyed my stay there and would highly recommend her place to anyone!

Fantastic host - was very flexible, patient, and accommodating when an unexpected event occurred. A rare trait it seems these days unfortunately, but very thankful for their understanding and willingness to help.

I arrived right after a big storm, where multiple trees blocked the roads on my way in. Carolyn and Randy were helpful and proactive and did everything they could to help me! Once I arrived they were hospitable and accommodating. The bed is so comfortable and the shower feels amazing- that is pretty much all I need for a great stay. It felt great coming home to such a peaceful place each evening. The pups are great too if you get to meet them. 10/10 recommendation! I hope to walk around the property to enjoy all the nature next time I visit.

Autry’s place is quiet and private. It is in a beautiful neighborhood with a lovely wooded backyard that feels like you’re in a forest. Driving along Lee drive to get there is an experience in itself and highly recommended, although you can approach it from the other side too. It is a very clean and comfy place with lots of room. The shower is gorgeous! Just turn the lever a little to get the water as hot as you want. Looking forward to staying again soon!
