My spouse and I enjoyed the stay for the 4 nights 5 days. What I would say is hot water on a daily basis is tricky due to the water supply in the community. Most days it was only cold water. The images presented seems a bit larger than what it is in reality. However the property was clean, very accommodating, and peaceful.

New 3 bedroom vacation home

We had a wonderful week's stay. It was close enough to Red Rocks and an easy drive to restaurants. Alexander was a great host, responsive, and helpful. We would 100% stay here again!

Amazing Pool, Spa & Outdoor Entertainment

This property was amazing for our family of four and our dog. It would also be a great place for larger families and friends to get together. The home and backyard offer plenty of space and activities. The pool and hot tub were a hit. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed for the week. The house was in a safe neighborhood and is a close driving distance to the Las Vegas Strip and Fremont. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend and would visit again.

It was a wonderful stay overall. There are two bathrooms, but the one attached to the master bedroom doesn't have a door. So it became a bit difficult to manage for 7 people, since 5 ended up using the common bathroom. Would be helpful if there was some form of separation added between the master and the connected open bathroom.

Modern Vegas Rental

Anthony was a great host, and the house itself was very clean and spotless. We didn't use it for much besides sleeping and showering, but would gladly stay there again. Having access to the garage is essential - getting in and out of the house was easy. Anthony was quick to respond to every message that was sent, and was flexible with check-in. Highly recommend looking at this house to stay, it's very convenient to all things Las Vegas.

3.5 Mile to strip Paradise Backyard

Our family absolutely adored this home, and a huge part of that was due to how attentive and friendly our host, Xiao, was throughout our stay. The place was just as described, if not even better! It was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with all the essential amenities we needed to get started. The modern decor added a lovely touch, making it feel both stylish and welcoming. With a family of 11, we found plenty of space to sleep comfortably, and the house itself is quite spacious, complemented by an incredible backyard that everyone enjoyed. There’s something for everyone to appreciate here, and it’s clear that the host has put a lot of thought into making this a perfect getaway. Plus, the pricing is surprisingly affordable for such a beautiful find. We truly appreciate everything, Xiao, and we can’t recommend this place enough to our friends and family. We’re already looking forward to booking again in the future! THANK YOU EVER SO MUCH AGAIN 💙💙💙💙💙

My family and I had a great stay. While we were out and about, my four-year-old kept wanting to go back to the house. The space was perfect for us. Would love to come back and stay here again next time we're in Vegas.

My ex husband and our oldest daughter stayed in Michael’s place. It was a perfect place to rest and shower before and after softball. Their only complaint is the bathtub was still dirty. Other than that it was great.

We stayed here with colleagues while visiting an exhibition in Las Vegas. The property was exactly as described – spacious, very clean, and the kitchen was impressively well-equipped. Lilly was always responsive and friendly, which made everything smooth and easy. Our stay felt like a little vacation combined with some great team building. Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Las Vegas area but not on the strip. The property was spotless, had everything one would need for a stay as well as a great backyard to hang out at. Will definitely be looking to stay here again on my next trip into the area.

Freds house is a great value, near all the restaurants we like, and near the strip and airport, but also not far from red rock canyon. The house was clean and large. We loved our stay and would stay again! Fred let us do a late checkout on our last day which was really nice too as we had a late night flight and didnt want to haul our luggage everywhere during the day :)
