David greeted us upon arrival and, after that, we had privacy in the two-story guest house...which is the size of many homes! The mattresses were so comfortable that my wife wants to know where to get one. The views are lovely, plenty of space for the 4 of us and 3 bathrooms! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again...

Beautiful, beautiful home. I visited with my wife and two small children, and the enclosed yard was perfect for us. The home is in a great location with restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Alexis was very communicative and available in case we needed anything. I highly recommend this home, and we hope to stay here again on our next SB visit.

We really had such a wonderful stay at the Orchard House. The house was beautiful and as described. Our family has two individuals that use walkers and the layout was just perfect. However, when we came in to the house to explore, it took us a moment to find the other master! It was off the garage area and I thought for a second a booked a house that was not big enough! Lol. Todd was very responsive whenever we had a question. The house was very peaceful (except for the minor construction going on next door but that won't be a longterm problem, and nothing that should prevent you from visiting!). All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and will look to come back to Todd's place the next time our extended family has another party! Thank you again Todd for everything!

The home was convenient and very well maintained. Appreciated its proximity to grocery stores and the airport. The neighborhood was very nice.

Staying at Danna's place was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed and at home. My husband and I did a five day stay here and it was well worth it. We wanted to stay somewhere serene while still being able to explore Santa Barbara and Ojai. Santa Barbara is only 15 minutes away and Ojai is about 30 minutes. We bounced around between those two towns and also got to see what Carpinteria was all about. Steven's place is 7 minutes to the Carpinteria Bluffs where heaven meets earth. The locals are friendly and high in consciousness, they are one with the environment and take pride in their role in keeping it safe. The home itself is spacious with great views, the kitchen was fully stocked with the all the cooking essentials. Instacart delivers to this location if you need anything last minute. During the stay you will hear different sounds of farm animals in the distance which I found relaxing. The living room is comfortable with tons of lounge furniture and space. The outdoor decks have plenty of seating and is surrounded by wildlife. If you want peace come here!

We loved our stay! The house decor is warm and joyful and comfortable. The location is perfect for a long weekend in beautiful Ojai! We will be back xx

Ian’s place is the gem of Santa Monica. The apartment was filled with plenty of natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. It was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our family of four - we did share a bathroom but it was not a problem since my teens sleep until noon :) The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to great restaurants, the pier, and the harbor. Despite being close to all the action, the neighborhood was quiet, safe, and had such a lovely, peaceful vibe. Ian’s attention to detail really made the space feel like a home away from home. We were able to play games around the coffee table in the evenings and even do some laundry! We hope to return soon!

We enjoyed our stay! Nice kitchen and amenities. Beautiful view of the mountains out the living room window. Anne and Emory were quickly responsive to our needs and questions. Highly recommend their place in Solvang!

Natalie’s airbnb was a life saver for my family during a power outage nearby at our house. I couldn’t have picked a better place to be. This airbnbs location was perfect with a close proximity to the beach. They also provided beach toys and a wagon for easy transport. Another favorite about this place was the amazing backyard. This was the perfect spot for kids and hanging out, perfect for families. The grocery store was another great thing because it was so close and easily walkable. Thank you for the memories!

This was a fantastic location, the accommodations were as advertised, and the hosts were super helpful and responsive. (Morgan, thanks for extending our checkout time at such short notice;)) I hope to stay here again soon!

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment on the sand exactly as described. It was perfect for our girls weekend getaway exploring from Carpinteria to Santa Barbara. Alli was easy to communicate with and responded quickly.

Very peaceful very nice place. Julie was an absolutely amazing host quick to respond very informative. Highly recommend the looking forward to staying again if the option arises.

My husband and I along with our daughter, son in law and grand daughter, spent 10 nites at Zora’s place over the Christmas holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed the space and being able to be together to play games and open presents. The close proximity into Solvang and its Julefest made for fun walks. We also enjoyed nearby wineries, Santa Barbara and local parks. I do think in 2024 in the Tech State of California not having free high speed WiFi is a bit anachronistic. Paying an additional $5 per device for poor bandwidth was unnecessary and annoying. That criticism however is not a negative reflection on Zoar but rather the Worldmark property policy

We had a wonderful stay! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and filled with all the amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable, and we loved the stylish decor. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook a few meals during our stay. Mani was a fantastic host, quick to respond to our questions. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I drive up to the San Yanez region once a year. We’ve stayed in a few Airbnb‘s and this one, by far, was the most Idealic. It was absolutely beautiful! The amount of open space and privacy is unmatched. Christina‘s one bedroom Casita is so much bigger than the pictures show. It was so comfortable, so private, and so well furnished. The king size bed was wonderfully comfortable, had a Tempur-pedic pillow-top mattress cushion. Honestly, do not hesitate to book this spot, you won’t regret it.

PERFECT 10!!! Best home, best view, best host, best everything! We love to travel and we only stay Airbnb so when I say this was the best ever, I mean it! The house is amazing enough on it's own (and trust me the pictures don't even do it justice) but Megha is like the superhero of hosts seriously I wish she could host all of the Airbnb's (no offense to the others but she rocks!). We booked late for Christmas because our house is under repair and needed to stay somewhere relaxing with my mom too (who flew in for the holidays). We were already stressed and expecting the worst but seriously, Megha took all the stress out and made checking in a breeze and even had a beautiful Christmas tree waiting for us when we arrived (Super late Christmas Eve BTW) and we felt like we were home! This was probably the best Christmas we ever had! Thank you so much Megha we love you!

My family had an incredible time staying at this house. The hosts were kind and allowed us to check in a little early. All in all it was a wonderful experience. The home was absolutely beautiful and we felt right at home and cozy. Would definitely recommend staying at this home.

We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and Cynthia was incredible from the beginning of the booking to the day we departed. She thought of everything we could have possibly wanted or may need. The villa is a short drive from all the activities we love; amazing restaurants, beautiful beaches, fun shopping and horseback riding on the beach! We loved relaxing at the villa by the fireplace on chilly mornings and evenings. Sitting on the patio together, listening to the sound of the beautiful fountain was a daily joy for us. We highly recommend Cynthia’s place for a peaceful, romantic get away. It was beautifully decorated and well appointed. We will most definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay at Jo’s house. It’s a great house, just as shown in the photos. Great amenities, fully stocked kitchen, the hot tub was a hit for everyone, outdoor BBQ grill, and we felt right at home. Jo responded within seconds to questions, allowed us to check in early, and surprised us with bubbly wine to celebrate the New Years! Highly recommended!!

Mili was fabulous! Responded so quickly. Had all that was needed ready for us! Very clean. Great space for a large group. Lots of seating inside and out. Plenty of tables. Lots of parking. Peacocks and bunnies in the yard! We loved our stay as we celebrated our son’s wedding locally! The rec room with the workout equipment was great. Air conditioning worked very well! Highly recommend!

We needed a place to stay for our son's graduation after our other Airbnb canceled on us few weeks before graduation. Tracy's place was just what we needed...a place to sleep and shower and reasonably priced. The condo is close to the freeway and close to TJ and Vons.
