David greeted us upon arrival and, after that, we had privacy in the two-story guest house...which is the size of many homes! The mattresses were so comfortable that my wife wants to know where to get one. The views are lovely, plenty of space for the 4 of us and 3 bathrooms! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again...

This place was just as beautiful as the pics! Remote and private, definitely worth every penny! Neighborhood was very calm and quiet, just what we were looking for. Adam was an awesome host! Any questions or concerns, I received a response quickly. The house was beautifully stocked, clean and just what we needed for a big family. We were able to have our own space and eat together in the big open dining room. Everything was perfect. The list in the guidebook helped for when we needed food suggestions. And the hot tub a big plus for the cold. We went for a wedding and were 15 mins out from the venue, it was a big help to be that close to just run back and forth. If weʻre ever in the area, I would not hesitate to book with Adam again. Thank you!

It is a peaceful and serene home. You know the owners have taken pains to decorate and make it feel like a zen space. Very quiet neighborhood. My husband grew up in Ventura and gave it a thumbs up. Highly recommend

Loved the Yurt....clean, peaceful; beautiful land!!

We really had such a wonderful stay at the Orchard House. The house was beautiful and as described. Our family has two individuals that use walkers and the layout was just perfect. However, when we came in to the house to explore, it took us a moment to find the other master! It was off the garage area and I thought for a second a booked a house that was not big enough! Lol. Todd was very responsive whenever we had a question. The house was very peaceful (except for the minor construction going on next door but that won't be a longterm problem, and nothing that should prevent you from visiting!). All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and will look to come back to Todd's place the next time our extended family has another party! Thank you again Todd for everything!

Had a wonderful stay at this home! The views were absolutely stunning, and the space was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and even brought us apple strudel, which was a delightful treat. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic.

My extended stay was amazing…the house was perfect and clean, the host was kind and responsive, the location was central to everything, the views were outstanding and overall I had a great experience and would highly recommend this house to anyone! You can’t go wrong!

We were very pleased with Vivian’s spacious beautiful home. Well stocked kitchen with all appliances need. Beds were comfortable, lots of extra linens and towels, even Terry cloth robes for after showers! The backyard was perfect for coffee and lunch. Beautifully landscaped with flowering succulents. Mounts. View from kitchen sink window was very soothing. Grocery stores, pharmacy, cafes and restaurants nearby, and the beach to stroll on. Walk-in clinic and hospital very close Thank you so much for a lovely place to spend 2 weeks with family!!

I enjoyed my stay here, great area and very clean house and comfy home. Judy was very considerate to me for my situation. I would recommend anyone to staying here!

This place was wonderful. Only downside for me is that I'm not that tech savey to work the tv. Maybe it was a good thing. When the younger people came the next day, they figured it out. Opening up the windows was very pleasant. I love to hear the sealions that are at the beach. Smell of the water so close. was maybe a 5 minute walk if that. Plenty of space. Its 2 stories and the bottom level is like a in-law unit. Its own living space, bedroom, full bath. Just no fridge down stairs. Id stay there again in a heartbeat!!!

Relocate here during part of the palisades fire. Owner was quick to respond and helpful.

A slice of paradise best describes this house and location. It felt warm and cozy and being able to walk out the back door and right onto the beach was soooo great. We loved every moment and really look forward to future visits. Cruz, the host, was incredibly responsive and just great throughout.

Thank you, Grady, for offering such a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the view! The openness of the living area, the different outdoor areas to gather together or just relax alone quietly, and the dedicated office area made our stay the perfect place to reconnect and visit with family we hadn't seen in awhile. The house was very clean, the beds were really comfortable, the kitchen has a great coffee maker and the ocean view from the dining room was beautiful. We especially loved the surfboard table in that area. We can highly recommend a stay here!

This is a beautiful Airbnb that’s well equipped and has super comfy beds. Located in a quiet neighborhood, you won’t have trouble sleeping here. If you don’t do well with stairs, this won’t be a great option as there are three levels with the primary bedroom being on the top floor and laundry is located just behind the entrance.

Private room in a residential neighborhood. Peaceful. Lizzy gave such great hospitality. Lovely stay.

Great house for our family. All adult children had their own bedrooms, kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the rooftop patio. Very close to the beach, just 1 minute walk.

Marty and Carey's home was a perfect place for our friends' reunion! The home is spacious, clean, comfortable, and with great decor. The kitchen was well-stocked and we loved the openness of it. The couches and beds were very comfortable for lounging and sleeping. The backyard is so beautiful and peaceful, we spent most of our free time out on the patio, and the kids loved the swings. The hot tub was a big hit with everyone, and we enjoyed being so close to the mesa bluffs and the private beach. We can't wait to come back again!

Beautiful home & very well stocked kitchen, linens, etc. It is close to downtown so there is a lot of traffic in the area. Our daughter got married in SB & this was a great meeting location for family & jumping off point.

The home was convenient and very well maintained. Appreciated its proximity to grocery stores and the airport. The neighborhood was very nice.

Joel's place was perfect for our 2 night destination wedding stay. Joel responded immediately to our needs. His place is well appointed with a gourmet kitchen, coffee and a few little extras that made the visit special. The home is quiet and an easy 10 minute drive from Ojai. We would absolutely stay there again in the future.

My husband and I did a five day stay here and it was well worth it. We wanted to stay somewhere serene while still being able to explore Santa Barbara and Ojai. Santa Barbara is only 15 minutes away and Ojai is about 30 minutes. We bounced around between those two towns and also got to see what Carpinteria was all about. Steven's place is 7 minutes to the Carpinteria Bluffs where heaven meets earth. The locals are friendly and high in consciousness, they are one with the environment and take pride in their role in keeping it safe. The home itself is spacious with great views, the kitchen was fully stocked with the all the cooking essentials. Instacart delivers to this location if you need anything last minute. During the stay you will hear different sounds of farm animals in the distance which I found relaxing. The living room is comfortable with tons of lounge furniture and space. The outdoor decks have plenty of seating and is surrounded by wildlife. If you want peace come here!

Beautiful property and great location. My family had an amazing time and really enjoyed the house!
