I and my family had a fantastic time staying at Elena’s place! The apartment was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

This little apartment was perfect for what we needed. Although we did not do any exploring around town, main street had very interesting shops and lots of things to do around the corner from the apartment. We will definitely return to explore and have a more relaxed visit. The beach was right down the street two houses down which was very nice for quick easy access to beach activities. Great little place!

I’m reluctant to see how much we loved this space because I wanted it available when I come back again. it’s beautifully serene yet in the middle of everything. We woke up every morning to beautiful ocean view and loved the back private space with fire pit to relax in the afternoon with a glass of wine . we were able to park right in front and everything about the space was convenient. We walked everywhere in Summerland and I was in heaven with all the home decor, stores, and antique shops. We took a Uber into Montecito several times for a beautiful dinners We can’t wait to stay again.

Awesome spot, in perfect location! We’ve stayed in many vacation homes and this place was fantastic, super clean and updated with all of the modern comforts. Great amenities and nothing beats being able to take a few steps to the sand then short walk to dinner/restaurants. We’ll definitely be back!

A charming place with good bones. Decor needs some upgrade for a peaceful vibe, so much potential with some TLC to match the charm of this home. Tree out front is beautiful, train sounds peaceful.

BabyDux was great. Wonderful location. All the amenities (including plenty of coffee), great instructions, proactive host communication. Highly recommend. There was a little more noise than I anticipated - almost like a lid that was flapping - overall minor annoyance.

We had a great stay at this beautiful residence. The hosts were amazing. They provided snacks, fruit, drinks and many other food items for our stay! We stayed over New Year's Eve and they even provided party items. The residence was just as pictured. It's location is great, just next to the beach. Thank you for a great stay!

Great house for our family. All adult children had their own bedrooms, kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the rooftop patio. Very close to the beach, just 1 minute walk.

Marty and Carey's home was a perfect place for our friends' reunion! The home is spacious, clean, comfortable, and with great decor. The kitchen was well-stocked and we loved the openness of it. The couches and beds were very comfortable for lounging and sleeping. The backyard is so beautiful and peaceful, we spent most of our free time out on the patio, and the kids loved the swings. The hot tub was a big hit with everyone, and we enjoyed being so close to the mesa bluffs and the private beach. We can't wait to come back again!

Sam was an outstanding host, friendly, attentive, and incredibly responsive, ensuring our stay was seamless from start to finish. It was a pleasure to stay in such a beautiful and welcoming space. This home was just as described in terms of the space itself, location, contents, amenities and was perfect for our family of 5 adults and one toddler. The kitchen was equipped with everthing we needed, far more than I've seen in other Airbnbs. It was nice having everyone on one floor and not having to contend with staircases. I love old homes and their character. It, of course, was updated with the conveniences we would expect for today's living, but there was a lot of charm captured with wall hangings of the era it was built in and Rudolf Valentino, its original occupant. My only regret was that our stay was at the end of chilly December and not during the warmer months when we could more fully enjoy the beach, but we knew that when we booked it. We plan to return in season!

Easy to find! Do not expect to get a sports car into the driveway. I have a 911 with a front end lift system and it would not fit. The location is nicely located within walking distance to the sand, restaurants, Port Hueneme scene and a short drive to anything between Santa Barbara and Westlake Village. Would stay again.

This place is one to go back to. The home is beautiful, the view and location are awesome. The accessibility to the beach is so fun. Our family had an amazing time here. It had everything we needed to enjoy the house and ourselves. I highly recommend it.

This is a beautiful Airbnb that’s well equipped and has super comfy beds. Located in a quiet neighborhood, you won’t have trouble sleeping here. If you don’t do well with stairs, this won’t be a great option as there are three levels with the primary bedroom being on the top floor and laundry is located just behind the entrance.

William provided clear and helpful instructions. We arrived late and had no issues entering gated area and the space was easy to find. It was a clean space, with a fully stocked kitchen, calming vibes throughout the community. We enjoyed walks on the beach. Great location! It looks like the pictures. Hope to return again soon. Comfortable home, extremely clean, safe neighborhood. Short walking distance to upscale grocery stores, casual dining, bagels and Starbucks. Safe for walking, with nearby view nearby of the ocean. Short drive to downtown historic Santa Barbara.

Suneetha's place is in the perfect location! We enjoyed daily walks down to the pier to enjoy the sunset, went whale watching, and drove to several beach destinations on the coast, all within 30min to an hour. Her condo is spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed listening to the ocean and birds from the balcony. In unit laundry was great and we enjoyed using the facilities including the gym and swimming in the heated pool! Overall it was a wonderful stay!

Our first impression was welcoming, well stocked and cozy. It was bonus to be given access to the the Community Clubhouse which offered an indoor pool, gym and other activities. This location exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay again!

Had a wonderful weekend girls trip here! Location is incredible—right on the beach and you fall asleep listening to the waves crash. The townhouse was very comfortable and had the added bonus of a spacious en suite bathroom in every bedroom. Would definitely visit again!

We stayed there on our way back from LA to San Fran. It was an absolute surprise. Shamim is truly a super host. And the place was a gem. It was neat and clean, and everything was provided. Instructions were very clear and had a keyless entry. Dedicated parking was a great convenience. The absolute best part was the private access to the Beach. And the beach was gorgeous and expansive—a large flat swath of fine sand land all to yourself. It reminded me of the Copa Cabana beach section in front of our five-star hotel in the early morning when there was hardly anybody. The waves were gorgeous, and one young girl attempting to ride them in the distance. Shamim also recommended great restaurants in the neighborhood, which turned out to be great. Pacific Grill was great, and American Pizza, a few miles away, made our kid's day. Reasonably priced.
