David greeted us upon arrival and, after that, we had privacy in the two-story guest house...which is the size of many homes! The mattresses were so comfortable that my wife wants to know where to get one. The views are lovely, plenty of space for the 4 of us and 3 bathrooms! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again...

This was our third stay at Hilary's lovely house on the Mesa. It suited us beautifully -- the size of the house, the "sun trap" patio, the lovely location for walking, especially to nearby Shore Line Park, the pleasant and quiet neighborhood, the large master bathroom, and more. Hilary was always quick to respond to any issues we had. We would be happy to return.

Can we go back on vacation?! What a beautiful vacation home to stay and spend our family spring break! The house was wonderful, great location, close enough to LA, Malibu, and other great towns but far enough away that your feel secluded. We never heard a plane or any sirens the whole time we were at the house. One of my favorite spots was sitting in the spa when a warm breeze would drift the smell of lavender, rosemary, blooming wisteria, orange and lemon trees.... The kids enjoyed the pool and living room where we played a lot of cards and board games. There were many hiking paths within 20 min or less locations. Todd was very accommodating, the house was well stocked with essentials and simple touches that made you feel right at home. We will return in the future for sure!

The house was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with thoughtful amenities that made everything easy and enjoyable. The views were absolutely beautiful—such a peaceful setting to wake up to each morning. The layout of the home was perfect for our group, with ample space for both quality family time and moments to spread out and enjoy a bit of personal space. Truly a great house in every way—we’d love to come back!

This home is a beautiful retreat for anyone visiting the Los Angeles area. The house is suited well for families and is well set up to make you feel right at home. It doesn’t feel like a rental but rather a beautiful home. It’s close to a park and the neighborhood itself is very walkable. Short drive to Los Angeles and patio is super private and scenic.

Staying at Danna's place was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed and at home. The location was perfect — close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet, allowing us to fully relax and recharge. Danna is an incredible host! She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, being super responsive throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be back! We had a wonderful stay at Jo’s house. It’s a great house, just as shown in the photos. Great amenities, fully stocked kitchen, the hot tub was a hit for everyone, outdoor BBQ grill, and we felt right at home. Jo responded within seconds to questions, allowed us to check in early, and surprised us with bubbly wine to celebrate the New Years! Highly recommended!!

We needed a place to stay for our son's graduation after our other Airbnb canceled on us few weeks before graduation. Tracy's place was just what we needed...a place to sleep and shower and reasonably priced. The condo is close to the freeway and close to TJ and Vons.

Unbelievable! From the stay, the experience, to communicating with Mehdi, world classs! Experience of a lifetime, transported to a whole other place, but able to do as Malibuites do to take in the nature and views, while having access to first world amenities and niceties.
