What a gem! If you want a cute, conveniently located, comfortable place in Santa Barbara, look no further. Everything from the back patio to the rooftop garden was terrific, and we felt right at home. Short walks to the Funk Zone, the beach, State Street, and the harbor made this a 10/10 experience. We will return!

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

Although the place was obviously older, they did a great job with decorating it and updating it. Jason was great and very responsive during the stay as well.

We had a fantastic stay at Jonathan’s place, we’re a couple with a young child. A great location and a lovely space, incredibly comfortable with high-end appliances and fittings. Lots of attention to detail, literally everything we could have needed was available. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect spot for me to meet up with my daughter who lives in Claremont. Walking distance to the beach and so many restaurants was a bonus! It is a sweet historic apartment and I would definitely return for another visit.

Beautiful view with decks on 2 levels. there was also a private sunny back yard to relax in. we really appreciated the early check in.

My family had a great stay in this lovely home in Goleta. The space is clean and spacious, with ample parking and a lovely backyard. It was easy to find and access, and it's a short drive to downtown, the beach, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family’s stay in Santa Barbara was made so comfortable by this lovely home! It was so well equipped with all the kitchen and bath necessities, and it was so pleasant to look out toward the mountains while relaxing in the open living space. The location was so convenient and walkable to the beach, to State St., to 101, and to food markets and many dining options. The train made minimal noise on a predictable schedule and we enjoyed watching it come and go! We easily explored Santa Barbara from this easy and pleasant home base. I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The home was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and perfectly located. The views were absolutely stunning, making it a serene and relaxing retreat. The house has a pleasant interior in a quiet neighborhood, and the two bedrooms perfect for our needs.. We appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the place and enjoyed the longish walk down to the harbor. Downtown is even easier to reach on foot. Check-in and check-out were a breeze.

Karen’s home was beautiful and clean. We really enjoyed that the home was walking distance to beaches. It was nice that a beach cart and beach toys also provided with stay. I would definitely stay here again! Only feedback is that there are two sets of stairs and baby gates provided do not fit length of stairs so recommend bringing your own gate if traveling with little ones.

location was excellent and extremely comfortable beds . had everything we needed. Walkable to beach and State Street. If traveling by car it will be quick. We will be back it's extremely beautiful.

Norma and Uni truly went above and beyond. They were incredibly responsive, promptly addressing any queries and catering to our needs. The apartment was outstanding! Judy has excellent taste, and it shows in every detail. The space was not only spacious but also very well maintained and impeccably clean. We had no trouble finding parking on the street, and the location was perfect with easy access to supermarkets and the freeway. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely rent this place again in the future. Highly recommended!

Our family had a wonderful time at this space. The unit was comfortable, spacious and very well stocked. We enjoyed the short hike along the bluffs to watch dolphins and seals. We spent hours on the wonderful beach steps away. The comfortable heated pool and hot tub were a great way to end the day. We would love to return one day.

Michael has a really nice spot near Ventura. Located near both the bay and beaches I would gladly stay again if in the area. Ventura is a beautiful town with a ton to do.

We stayed there on our way back from LA to San Fran. It was an absolute surprise. Shamim is truly a super host. And the place was a gem. It was neat and clean, and everything was provided. Instructions were very clear and had a keyless entry. Dedicated parking was a great convenience. The absolute best part was the private access to the Beach. And the beach was gorgeous and expansive—a large flat swath of fine sand land all to yourself. It reminded me of the Copa Cabana beach section in front of our five-star hotel in the early morning when there was hardly anybody. The waves were gorgeous, and one young girl attempting to ride them in the distance. Shamim also recommended great restaurants in the neighborhood, which turned out to be great. Pacific Grill was great, and American Pizza, a few miles away, made our kid's day. Reasonably priced.
