Sunrise Ridge was a perfect location to stay in at Estes Park. The house was in walking distance to the village and we didn't need to take our car anywhere and we were able to walk everywhere in town. My daughter got married this past weekend at Black Canyon Inn at the Boulders and we needed a place that would allow a pet and was close to the wedding venue. The place was spotless, plenty of amenities, whatever you needed she had. There were lots and lots of towels. Most places I have stayed at provided maybe 2-3 towels for a week stay. Maria was an amazing host and very accommodating. Maria, was very accommodating. We are looking forward to booking this place again in the summer and years going forward making more memories with my family. Thank you again!

Great stay for our trip to Estes Park. Close to downtown and got to see lots of elk passing through from the front windows. Kitchen has everything you need if you like to stay in and cook. Washer and dryer was an added bonus for our dirty hiking clothes!

We loved the space and location! Close enough to town but also very easy to get to the park. We enjoyed the walking path along the river too! Beds were comfortable and plenty of space!

Had such a great time here with family! Family friendly air bnb! BREATHTAKING views while we drank coffee was the icing on the cake! Highly recommend staying here! Dominque was very responsive and helpful!

Absolutely a gem! We had a lovely time celebrating my daughter’s bday in Estes park. This home had so many fun activities with a pool table and a hot tub being a fun addition. The house is so close to downtown Estes park and we had beautiful views right from the house! We hope to be back back again some day

The house was perfect for our family of 5 with the 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. It had the best stocked kitchen that we've had at any place. Having a table in the nook area in addition to the large dining table was perfect since it allowed us to stop in the middle of a longer board game and go eat at the other table and come back to finish. The living room was perfect to relax and watch a movie on the 2 full couches and extra comfy chair. It was cool having the deer come right up by the deck area while enjoying the jacuzzi. The water temperature needed to be a bit hotter, but it was still nice to soak in it. It was nice only being 5 minutes from downtown Estes. Having a garage to park in was great. Kaye was very responsive and detailed with all instructions and answered my many questions before arriving and even checked in with me after our arrival. Having plenty of Keurig Pods for coffee was really appreciated also. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is simply beautiful and the view from livingroom and deck is breathtaking. Close to Mary’s lake. It was quiet and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen has all the amenities you would need if you plan on doing any cooking of your own. It has plenty of space for guests to spread out if needed. Would definitely stay there again!!

The home exceeded our expectations! The views are amazing, the area the home is located in peaceful and quiet, the home clean, warm and inviting, and both my friend and I agreed that the beds were some of the most comfortable beds we had ever slept on. Brad was friendly and quickly responded when I had question. I cannot recommend Horsetooth Reservoir Retreat enough, you will not be disappointed!

Highly recommend, if you like the sound of a river and the chance of seeing elk, this is the place. Accommodation was perfect for 2 and close to the hot tub.
