Great location with ready access to the beach, the creek, the shops, bowls club and the pub.

Beautiful house right on the beach! Listen to the ocean lull you to sleep each night. Lots of room for families with two living areas on seperate floors. Felt so comfortable here and would love to come back again! Great coffee and food at Mimiis just down the road.

very clean and fresh inside out. close to everything but in a quite street with all the amenities you need. kids loved going to budds beach which is 50meters away! absolutely worth it. 5 stars.

Cyclone Alfred didn’t scare some off us away, we booked for a group off women to have a girls trip and the man himself “Alfred” made it that only 12 ladies attended. We had a great time, house is beautiful big and roomy, we didn’t have any out door furniture due to weather but we made do. Very private location, driveway very steep, pool table was amazing in wet weather, we still swam in the pool. The only negatives was the gutters were blocked so the water was coming over the top right near front carport and near kitchen window so was very loud being we had the doors open due to the power loss. Which would not be an issue if not raining 😁 Communication was amazing and we were even offered to stay a night for free if we wanted so we didn’t have to drive in such heavy rain. We did have some trees fall which was from Alfred but let’s be honest how often does the Gold Coast get a cyclone🤦🏻‍♀️only when we booked a girls trip. 🤣 Thank you for your beautiful house: PS.. 93 steps from end

I had an amazing stay! From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and attentive to every detail, making sure I had everything I needed. The house itself was clean, and thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials, plus some delightful extras. The beds were super comfortable, and I appreciated the cozy touches throughout, like the plush blankets, ambient lighting and central air conditioning. The location was perfect—quiet neighborhood but close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. I especially enjoyed the indoor space and billiards area; it was a lovely spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Everything about this stay exceeded my expectations, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! If you’re looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and memorable place to stay, look no further. I’d definitely come back on my next visit!

We had a lovely stay. Very much enjoyed the tranquility and stunning view that is even better in real life. Hosts very friendly. The place was pristine and of high quality. Keep in mind only kitchen sink aside from bathroom is outside near spa. Keep lights low at night in warmer months otherwise so many flying bugs take over outdoors 😅 stunning spot and hope to stay again.

My family and I had a great stay! The hosts were very helpful and very responsive. The location is close to everything you may need or want while on holidays, but also allows you to have your space and privacy. great location and amenities. sauna was an awesome feature with the pool. also great opportunity for plane watching. very clean bedrooms although the double beds could make it a tight squeeze for two adults parking is on the street which worked fine mostly but might be tricky for young families with stuff to carry particularly in the rain. might occasionally have to park further away

The accomodation is so amazing, beautiful with everything locally at our fingertips .. We sadly would only have one inside suggestion more comfortable seating in the lounge room not enough to all sit around for conversations and again for outside more outdoor seating, just a couple more pool noodles for adults to just float with would be amazing, all in all the host the property the experience was wonderful

The stay was so spacious and clean, I loved how the house smelt and the walk in wardrobe. We really loved how close the house was to shops in walking distance.

This was a great affordable place for a family to stay and explore the Gold Coast. Everything is 20-30 minutes away, which is fine. We would go out exploring all day or to the Theme Parks and come back for a peaceful quiet swim and relax afterwards. It was great to be able to prepare our own food.

We stayed for 1 night and wish we had booked for longer. Super cosy little place. Actually a lot bigger than I was expecting. Kids loved it. Beds were super comfy.
