Great apartment in a good location. Close to the town square and many shops and restaurants. Nicoletta was a superb host who greeted me at the apartment, showed me everything and even had the heating on ready for me! The apartment was spotless, well equipped and well maintained. Highly recommended.

Just quick one night stay before visiting Carrara but everything was perfect. We had a very peaceful sleep.

We had an incredible experience staying at this Airbnb in Pisa. My wife, two kids, and I couldn’t have asked for a better location and place to stay during our trip. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped for our needs. The host was friendly and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to all the major sights, including the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa. It was perfect for us as a family, with plenty of local shops and restaurants nearby to explore. We felt right at home and couldn’t have asked for a better base for our trip. We had no complaints during our stay. Everything was perfect, and we truly enjoyed every moment. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Pisa—it’s a fantastic spot for families!

Elias and Egle are very flexible and always available to make you feel like at home. The communication was great and they shared with me a very useful local guide, that they wrote, with lots of tips to enjoy the region . The appartement is very quite, big and perfect to relax in the nature. Great place for a long weekend! thanks

Ottima soluzione fuori dalla ZTL, ideale per parcheggio in auto ed il centro è facilmente raggiungibile in poco tempo a piedi. Siamo stati con 2 bambini molti piccoli e la soluzione ha risposto in pieno alle nostre esigenze. Lorenzo è stato molto reattivo e disponibile, soluzione decisamente consigliata per famiglie!

Très bon emplacement. Lorenzo et sa famille vivent juste à côté, ce qui est un plus. Appartement chaleureux et bien équipé.

Realmente todo salió como lo planeamos y en esto el alojamiento tuvo muchisimo que ver. Excelente Leonardo como anfitrion en todo y excelente la ubicación y las comodidades del departamento. Super recomendable para disfrutar de La Spezia y Cinque Terre. Gracias por todo.

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine dans cet appartement très bien placé et très propre. Le gros + la superbe vue mer et la place de parking privée indispensable aux 5 Terres si vous venez en voiture!! Nous avons pris nos petits-déjeuner sur la terrasse face à la mer. L’appartement est proche de la plage, de la gare (8 min à pieds) et des restaurants …belle balade le long de la mer pour rejoindre l’autre partie du village. L’appartement est grand avec ses deux chambres. Le linge draps et serviettes sont fournis donc super pratique. On entend un peu le bruit des voitures la nuit mais moi qui suit très sensible au bruit cela ne m’a pas empêché de dormir. Très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Merci

Je voelt je meteen thuis in het sfeervolle huisje middenin een tuin met rozen, rozemarijn, fruit- en olijfbomen. De klokkentoren zorgt al eeuwen voor een karakteristiek uitzicht. Giovanna en Antonio zijn zeer hartelijk en geven fijne tips over de fantastische Toscaanse omgeving (wandelroutes, dorpjes, strand, restaurant,…). Ze verwennen je met hun eigen olijfolie, limoncello, vers geplukte vruchten en wijn en ze laten je lekker je eigen gang gaan. De ommuurde stad Lucca is 10min rijden en zowel met de fiets als te voet te bezoeken. In deze wat kleinere stad heb je de Duomo bijna voor jezelf. Pistoia, Pisa, Florence, allemaal een uurtje rijden, zijn zeer de reis waard maar het is na deze drukke steden elke avond weer heerlijk om in het rustige Upupa huisje terug te keren. Wij, 2 zusjes, verbleven er begin november en konden in de tuin een handje helpen met de olijvenpluk. Onze vakantie was helemaal af. Grazie mille, Luki&Niko

This villa in Viagreggio perfectly suited our needs. The space was exactly as described - the A/c was needed in the high temperatures. The property is ideally situated between the train station and the beach - it was approximately an 8 minute walk from the station, and 10 minute walk to the beach. Irene was a great host - responding very quickly to any questions we had.

Ich kann mich den ganzen positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen! Massimo ist ein fantastischer Gastgeber und er ist immer sofort zur Stelle wenn man etwas benötigt, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Wir haben uns von Anfang an gut verstanden. Die ganze Familie ist sehr herzlich, freundlich, hilfsbereit und sympathisch. Es fehlte an nichts. Selbst Bademantel und Wärmflasche wurden zur Verfügung gestellt! Besonders die Betten sind sehr bequem, was in Ferienwohnungen eine Seltenheit ist! Mein 2-wöchiger Aufenthalt mit meinem Hund war sehr angenehm und ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt…fast schon wie bei Freunden zu Besuch. Нам экстренно нужно было искать жилье в близи Ля Специя. Хотелось отдохнуть в окружении природы. Сальваторе очень быстрое ответил на запрос, дал все рекомендации по прибытию. Он и его супруга встретили нас у ворот, все рассказали и показали. Даже испекли для нас невероятно вкусный пирог ( он был горячий к нашему приезду). В доме все пахло чистотой и свежестью), интерьер сделан с любовью и патио так же. Мы провели Невероятно приятный вечер в их доме )

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Cristinas Haus in Fabbiano verbracht und dort unsere Auszeit vom Alltag sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön in den kleinen, ruhigen, sehr romantischen Ort eingebunden. Man geniest vom Garten aus einen wunderbaren Blick in das Tal und die Berge und kann vom Haus aus auch gleich eine schöne Wanderung aus unternehmen. Cristinas Empfang war sehr herzlich und gab uns das Gefühl, uns in ihrem Haus wirklich willkommen zu fühlen. Wir konnten sie jederzeit fragen, wenn wir Rat benötigten. Der Garten ist traumhaft. Leider war es für den Pool schon zu kalt. Dafür haben wir den Kamin sehr genossen. Trotz des durchwachsenen Wetters haben wir viel unternommen denn das Haus liegt zentral zwischen Meer, den Bergen und einiger sehr schöner Städte (z.B. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Da der Garten komplett eingezäunt ist, konnte sich auch unser Hund die ganze Zeit frei bewegen. Für kleine Familien, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit lieben, ist das Haus ideal

c zst une vraie expérience de passer du temps dans ce logement. il y a un silence absolu, la maison est authentique, super propre, et la vue.... inoubliable. Vous êtes dans un coin de paradis. Cinzia et son mari sont supers accueillants et très au service. nous avons passé huit jours merveilleux. nous recommandons bien évidemment.

l accueil a été très chaleureux malgré la barrière de la langue Dounia est très à l' écoute pour répondre à nos besoins et pleine d attentions à notre arrivée ! la maison est très grande, agréable et propre rien à redire tout a été parfait !!!! je conseille vivement !!!!

We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf. Het huis is echt groter dan op de foto’s. We hebben ons echt 8 dagen ontzettend thuis gevoeld. Communicatie met Laura de huis manager was super fijn. Leuk dat we haar nog even hebben mogen ontmoeten. Voor een uitval basis om noord Toscane waar je wil genieten van de rust is dit een super plek.

We had a great stay. The apartment is very modern and has everything you need. Angelo answered very quickly and gave us very good tips for good restaurants and things to do. We enjoyed breakfast on the nice terrace. Levanto is a perfect place to stay if you want to go hiking in the Cinque Terre area, nice, small town and not so crowded as in the other Cinque Terre towns. The apartment is very close (walking distance) to both the train station, the supermarket and the town centre.

Todo genial. Una decoración diferente y muy original, menaje de cocina muy completo .La ubicación perfecta, cerca de la estación de tren y de diferentes bares y restaurantes.

Appartement très beau, tranquille et propre, très bien situé, près de la gare, des arrêts d’autobus et de tout ce dont vous avez besoin (épicerie et autres). Alessandra a vite répondu à nos demandes et nous a fourni beaucoup d’informations pour les activités et services aux alentours. L’appartement comprend tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner. C’est l’appartement idéal pour séjourner à La Spezia, je recommande vivement.

Logement confortable et bien équipé proche de la gare et du centre historique de LA SPEZIA. Hôte accueillante et à l'écoute. Belle adresse pour visiter la région des cinq terres.

Cecilia è una persona davvero gentile e premurosa. La sua casa è molto grande e luminosa, gli spazi sono divisi molto bene e arredati in modo funzionale. In casa non manca nulla e c'è l''aria condizionata! a causa del grande caldo non abbiamo sfruttato il grande terrazzo attrezzato, era meglio stare dentro casa al fresco! la casa è posizionata in una zona tranquilla, proprio di fronte ad un grande parcheggio a pagamento (25 euro settimanali), con una passeggiata di 10 Min lungo si arriva sulla passeggiata del lungomare e agli stabilimenti balneari (consigliamo bagno Amedeo) e a pochi minuti si trovano tanti supermercati e negozi di ogni genere. Siamo soddisfatti al 100% del ns soggiorno e il prossimo anno torneremo sicuramente! Grazie Cecilia

Merci Grazia pour votre accueil et vos bons conseils qui nous ont permis de découvrir d'autres pépites aux alentours des Cinque Terre et de La Spezia. Le logement est confortable et agréable, nous nous y sommes très bien sentis. La place de stationnement est un vrai plus pour le confort du séjour. Nous recommandons ce logement où la gare, les bus, le port sont facilement accessibles et permettent de découvrir cette belle région. Grazie mille !

Excelente anfitrion lo mejor. Todo estuvo muy bien, es importante mencionar que la ubicacion para la estacion La Spezia Migliarina es excelente, muy comodo. Luego desde esta a la Spezia Centrale son menos de 5 minutos en tren. Perfecto para moverse a todas partes. El departamento perfecto excelente con todas todas las comodidades realmente Fulvio se preocupo hasta del mas minimo detalle
