Stylish Apt in the Heart of the City

Come and enjoy a local barcelona experience in our central apartment, we guarantee you a memorable stay in this wonderful Mediterranean city! We love making people feel at home. We will be there for you at any time of the stay, think us as your holiday concierge, on-call if you need a restaurant recommendation or to leave your bags for a few hours because your flight arrives or lives at weir time. We've got you cover! :) We are right in the heart of the chic L'Exaple distric, whose beautifully planned architecture is world famous. Just outside the old city, Dreta de L'Example's leafy boulevards are home to Gaudi stunners like Casa Battlo and Casa Mila (La Pedrera). Hight-end shopping on the ritzy Passeig de Gracia is just a few blocks away, with Plaza Catalunya and the famous Ramblas located less than 15 minutes walk from our building. The apartment is in a prime central location, where you can walk to most of the important points of Barcelona. Sagrada familia 15 minutes walk, as well as plaza Catalunya, Ramblas, and the old town distric. Passeig de Gracia famous avenue is just 5 minutes walk. The nearest metro stations, just 2 block away, are the L-4 Yellow Line, Girona stop, and the L-5 Blue Line, Verdaguer stop. The L-4 will take you to the beach, 3 stops away, while the L-5 will get you to Sants, the main Rail Station, 4 stops away. From the airport, a taxi will take 40 minutes and cost around 40€, or you can take the Airport Shuttle Bus ( 30/35 minutes and 5,50€) to Plaza Catalunya, which is a short-15 minute walk from our building. -City tax is not included on the price. You have to pay it cash or credit card at the check in: 2.48€/person/night. Kids under 12 years old do not pay. -Check-in time is at 15:00hs but we always try to adapt to our guests if we don't have another group of people checking-out the same day. One of us will be waiting for you in the flat at the time previously agreed to give you the keys and help you with anything you may need. There is no 24 hours reception so it's very important for us to know your exact arrival time and your flight number. There is an extra charge for late check-in: from 21:00hs to 23:00hs: 30€, after 23:00hs: 50€ to be paid when you arrive to the apartment. -Check-out time is at 11:00hs. Late check out has an additional cost. -Pets are not allowed, non smoking apartment. -No parties are allowed and please do not make unnecessary noise. -We ask our customers to blend in and behave normally and especially feel at home. -Licencia HUTB-009702

Apart. 1ra línea con magníficas vistas/Front beach

Apartamento en primera línea de mar con vistas espectaculares. Tiene piscina, parking subterráneo y terraza en el piso superior de uso privado. En la mejor zona de la playa: muy cerca de la zona comercial, al lado de la parada del bus y a pocos minutos de la estación del tren. Sea front apartment with spectacular views. It has swimming pool, underground parking and private upper terrace. In the best location of the beach: very close to shopping area, bus stop and a few minutes from train station

Lovely Ap in Plaça Catalunya, Unbeatable location!

Unbeatable central location in a safe, calm and easily accessible area. Direct bus links with the airport. Beautiful apartment in a majestic building with high ceilings and large windows, with lots of light and natural ventilation, providing a calm environment perfect for resting after a day of sightseeing. A large lounge/dining room with an integrated and well-equipped kitchen. Two separate bedrooms and a bathroom. A large terrace. It is strictly forbidden to have parties in the apartment.

Appartement accueillant avec une chambre et un lit double, une salle de bain complète avec douche ou baignoire, sèche-cheveux, serviettes et articles de toilette. Luxury Apartment in the city center

Large and bright apartment in the center of the city! Newly renovated - Modern / Vintazh in modernist cataloged estate. It is located in the center of the city just 10 min by walk to the port (Beach) of Barcelona and 10 min to famous Las Ramblas street and the metro - green line it is in front of the apartment. The property consist of 3 double exterior bedrooms , each one with the exterior balcony, large kitchen - dining room, very large bathroom, very well decorated no missing details.

Art House Mercat de Sant Antoni

Stay in a cozy and spacious apartment that also feels like living in a contemporary art exhibition. Discover colorful and inspiring paintings and photography at every turn. Newly renovated apartment in January 2024. New double glazed windows have been installed so you don't hear the noise from outside ;-) with central AC to beat the summer heat. This elegant, practical and well decorated apartment is located in a very central area, Mercat de Sant Antoni, where you can walk everywhere.

sunny terrace+apartment at modernist architecture

el apartamento es precioso muy luminoso y con una terraza impresionante en pleno centro de Barcelona, *finca modernista de principios de siglo (1920) *la entrada y la fachada del edificio son muy especial, típico del modernismo cual motivos florales tanto en fachada como en el interior de la escalera que va al apartamento, el apartamento esta recién renovado, con sábanas y toallas nuevas y todo, recién pintado, podrán respirar el aire de principios de siglo al entrar en mi edificio

Genial apartamento de 100 m2, terraza, en pleno centro Eixample. 2 habitaciones muy grandes con aire acondicionado, 2 habitaciones pequeñas con ventilador, 2 baños Excelente ubicación La tasa turistica no esta incluida en el precio de la reserva. 6,25€ por día por persona mayor de 16 años, con un máximo de 7 noches. Nice apartment with incredible views close to BCN

Although our apartment is close to Barcelona, our apartment is in an isolated environment, within the Bellamar urbanization, surrounded by forest and with the best sea views in the city. Being in a quiet environment, it is ideal for couples, families or friends who want to enjoy the tranquility and silence, but at the same time have the possibility of going to Barcelona in just twenty minutes by car or half an hour by public transport.
