Our group of three (couple and senior parent) was very happy at Gum Tree house. Maggie was exceptionally hospitable, we felt relaxed from the moment we arrived at the property. Beds are comfortable, AC works well, pool is gorgeous, washer and dryer a welcome help, kitchen well equipped, lovely gardens to explore, sufficiently private bedrooms, views from every spot. The house was well suited to our daily routine of slow mornings, a midday adventure, back in time for a late afternoon swim and prepping dinner while watching the sunset. TV is set up but we chose to not connect to the outside world and were happier for it. Beaches and provisions are a short drive away, the walking path to Anse la Roche was not accessible during our stay. Do rent a 4x4, the property is securely tucked, alone, high into the hillside with access via uneven terrain. If you enjoy an unspoilt island but appreciate coming home to the finer comforts of a modern building, Gum Tree House is a perfect destination.

A Winderful Stay at Gillian's Place in Grenada Based on reviews, I chose Gillian’s place and was not disappointed—it was even better than expected! Thoughtful touches made it feel like home—mixed juice, eggs, and ripe bananas awaited, along with a well-stocked kitchen of spices. We were invited to pick fresh herbs from her garden, which added a delightful, personal touch. The countryside location was lush, serene, and immaculately maintained, reflecting Grenadians’ civic pride. The home was comfortable, with ample seating, cozy bedding, and plenty of towels. Though there was no air conditioning, the naturally cool atmosphere, enhanced by standing fans, made for restful sleep—I even needed covers! From the clean surroundings to the warm hospitality, this stay was a perfect retreat. I highly recommend Gillian’s place for anyone seeking comfort, peace, and an authentic Grenadian experience.

Wonderful, peaceful retreat on the north side of the island -- This beach rental completely exceeded our expectations! The photos don’t do justice to how beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained this place is. There is a 70 minute drive one-way from the airport/scuba diving areas and 4x4 vehicle is recommended for rental (*still had fun driving to/from, as scuba divers). We arrived at night and were met with the NICEST Airbnb hosts ever. The next morning, we were blown away by the stunning views, the fresh ocean breeze, and the amount of space that comfortably fit 4 people (but could have easily fit 6 people). The hosts have truly thought of everything to make the stay comfortable, from the well-stocked kitchen to the little thoughtful touches throughout. The location on the north side of the island was perfect— just steps from the nearly private beach (just a few locals fishing!) We can’t wait to come back and highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

I can’t speak highly enough of Charlene as a host and of the beautiful home nestled on the hill top. I found myself staring out into the ocean beyond the cliffs on numerous occasions and lost all sense of stress and distraction. The home was perfect for us with two incredibly comfortable bedrooms and it was very well equipped with some basic for thoughtful welcome gifts in the fridge. We even broke a glass which was no issue at all with our host. Thanks for understanding. Tamar in Hope City is serene, private and the perfect place to spend a few nights (although we wish we had more), especially after a few nights in Grande Anse. Thoroughly recommend and would stay again. Also special mention to Rhoden who was the local host and incredibly helpful too.

Nathan's property on Edwards Street is a Go To when we have guests visiting Grenada. The home is very well appointed with top end appliances in the kitchen, A/C throughout the house, and the rooftop deck is "icing on the cake". Nathan is always responsive and makes it easy to stay there and feel at home.

Die Kommunikation mit Markus war tadellos, er hat auf meine Anfragen prompt geantwortet und war immer erreichbar. Der Check In und der Check out hat dank der Schlüsselbox einwandfrei und unkompliziert funktioniert. Die Unterkunft war tadellos sauber, auch fehlte es in der Küche an Nichts. Selbst ein Brotbackautomat war zu finden. Sehr genossen habe ich die Ruhe und die Aussicht von der Veranda, die mit einer Sonnenliege und sehr bequemen Sesseln ausgestattet war. Ein schattigen Plätzchen zum relaxen hatte ich in der Hängematte im Garten gefunden. Sehr angenehm empfand ich auch die gute Durchführung in dem hellen, lichtdurchfluteten Haus. Dank der Möglichkeit der Beschattung war es auch Nachts angenehm kühl, selbst ohne Klimaanlage. Im Ort, der fußläufig zu erreichen ist, stehen lokal Busse zur Verfügung, mit denen man die Insel erkunden und die größeren z.B. die Hauptstadt St. Georges, problemlos erreichen kann. Alles in Allem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, gerne wieder.

I had an amazing experience at ken place! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the room exceeded my expectations. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I especially enjoyed the beautiful scenery. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy my boyfrienf birthday. I highly recommend Ken place to anyone looking for a great stay, even if just for a day. my boyfriend and i would definitely visit again!

Tolle gemütliche Unterkunft & Roxanne war super! Dinner & Frühstück im schönen Garten war möglich und sehr lecker! Garten und Zugang zum ruhigen Strand! Schöne private Unterkunft! Mietwagen/ Taxi empfohlen!

I appreciated having a place so close to where I needed to be. The place was as described. I appreciated the helpfulness of the onsite host. I had everything I needed.

Absolutely fantastic place to say. Every aspect exceeded expectations. What impressed me the most was how many things they provided as little ‘gifts’. I’m talking a toothbrush, fizzy drinks, deodorant and more! I have stayed in many many air bnbs but have never stayed anywhere that was as great for the price as this place

Staying at the Glass House was an indelible and peaceful experience for my husband and me. The ambience of the sunrise and beach was stunning. An ideal home to relax after a hectic day of sightseeing. We enjoyed the company of our hosts Jane and Denis who are both beautiful and sociable. They complimented us with extra treats which made our stay so special. We wholeheartedly recommend The Glass House.

Rosemarie is an absolutely outstanding host. She scores top marks in everything, from meeting us at the airport and taking us to her home, meeting her son Jamie, always being available to speak to and enjoying each other’s company, and even arranging food for us. She honestly went above and beyond our expectations and we are very grateful and thankful to her and Jamie. The listing is as described and has all of the amenities required to make it feel homely and Rosemarie was always on hand in case we needed anything. She went out of her way to make us feel part of the family and we feel that we have made friends for life. Thank you both for your hospitality and friendship, we will keep in contact.

Wonderful stay in beautiful surroundings overlooking the the bay. The hosts Ronald and Alice were very gracious and helpful. The apartment was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hosts and accommodations are highly recommended!
