A lovely old cottage in a quiet rural area, beautiful scenery and very peaceful surroundings.

Absolutely stunning, homely, beautiful, spacious and practical. Each bedroom and bathroom is beautifully designed with love and care as well as interesting art work. Views are outstanding and it feels amazing to wake up in such a nice peaceful place. Everything was clean and it is full of useful appliances. Host was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond. Would highly recommend a stay here and hope to visit back here again.

Well you can't get much more peaceful, the cottage is perfectly described in the name. it's a beautiful cottage, a decent size and has literally everything you'll need for your stay. We had an amazingly relaxing few nights, chilling in front of tge fire and enjoying the place. ten minutes drive by taxi your in gorgeous Drumshambo, few tasty pints in Conways and a taxi home in no time, the locals were so friendly and it was such fun. Next morning we were fishing for pike in the beautiful Lough Allen, only minutes away again, no luck this time unfortunately. Everything was arranged easily with Margaret and we got some great advice from her colleague Gerry. We will definitely return soon. Thanks Mags x

What a GREAT spot! Nadia was fantastic as she met us for check in and ensured everything went smoothly. The home is beautiful, cozy, and within 8 min of grocery, restaurants, and gas stations. A short drive out to the Stairway of heaven for nice hike and awesome tour at Marble caves nearby! Definitely recommend!!

This accommodation was one of the best I've stayed in. The location was ideal as we were attending a wedding in Lough Rinn Castle. The house was so spacious with everything thought of. We were slightly late checking out and met Stephen, he could not have been nicer. The little extras like the bread, milk, tea, coffee just rounded off the whole place perfectly. Thank you so much Stephen, we couldn't recommend the place higher.

Beautiful home and location and excellent communication with the hosts, unfortunately didn't get to meet them but they are super friendly and hopefully see them next time. It was such a lovely stay in The Cottage. The location was very peaceful and the cottage warm very clean. With everything we needed , Marie asked if we had settled in and required any extra logs for the fire etc . Which was grand , lovely welcome basket with homemade scones and Irish jam and butter. Nothing was too much trouble. Great location for visiting different areas of Èire and a straight forward drive from Dublin Port . Thank you Marie and family for everything .

Kitty’s cottage is beautiful, decorated and finished to a very high standard. We had everything we needed for our short stopover in Ballinamore plus the thoughtful little extras provided by our host. We didn’t get a chance to explore much of the area but MJ provided us with plenty of helpful recommendations - we did enjoy a lovely walk by the canal and a pint in Smyths.
