Best Airbnb stay we have had ! Catherine/Kevin were great at communicating all about the check in and they were super flexible. When we arrived they had a care package for us with cookies and wine and a frozen pizza and a bundle of turf The hot tub was as a great addition. 3 minute walk to the local pub with trad music and great food ! This place is a true gem - we are definitely going to come back !

Our first visit to Dungloe. As a family of 5 with 3 small children we absolutely loved our stayed at Hughie Annes.. our only regret was that we didn't stay for longer. we will definitely be back!

Grace's house was a real treat! Nestled away in the trees overlooking the river made it feel so private and peaceful. The house itself was so cosy, clean and inviting but had plenty of space and different areas to relax. The grounds were amazing and the kids had a ball discovering the swings, hottub and reading shed. The whole place was magical and we were sad to leave. Grace was very responsive to any communication and made us feel so welcome. The house location was a great base for some of the stunning sights Donegal has to offer and we were very close to many beautiful sandy beaches. This house was the best airbnb we have ever stayed in! This place is just perfect and beautiful if you looking for a romantic weekend. So quiet and privet and the hot tub is a great bonus. Peter and Keith are a great host. The house is so clean and set up with everything what you need. We Looking forward to go back and recommended 100%.

What can I say about this place...absolutely stunning! Alongside the fact that Sheelagh and Alex were soon responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Even recommended a beautiful boutique restaurant for us which was beautiful 😍 10/10 would definitely recommend. The hot tub with the elements blowing around you and being able to sit on the pier just listening to the water. Will definitely be back🙌🙌

This is a beautiful home nestled in the Donegal hills. Superb location. Walking distance from the nearest little village, yet it feels like it's totally in the countryside. Mairead was totally invisible but instantly contactable if needed. Super host and beautiful home - will return at the first available opportunity.

Laura’s home is absolutely wonderful! It’s just as dreamy as the photos suggest—full of charm, character, and thoughtful touches that make it truly special. The location couldn’t be better, and it made a perfect home base for exploring the area. I only wish we could have stayed longer! Laura was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, even offering great local recommendations that our kids loved. She left welcome treats for us that made us feel so welcome! Our family would absolutely return in a heartbeat! In fact, hoping to return during the autumn! 🍂 thank you for offering your charming home to our family.

What a wonderful property. I couldnt have asked for more. Everything was in working order and the hot tub was amazing. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a secluded and quiet getaway.

Amazing cottage, both cosy and spacious with stunning views from all sides. The location is perfect 20 minutes from Kerrykeel, but completely private and peaceful. Pictures don’t do the sea view justice! We had a lovely welcome from Michael and Joan, and the welcome pack (especially the homemade baking) was extra special. We ate from Ripples, just 20 mins down the road, as recommended, and it was delicious. Could not recommend this gorgeous cottage enough, we hope to come back for longer next time!

A fantastic few days at the cosy cottage. The house was everything we wanted it to be. Spotlessly clean, bedding fantastic, kitchen and bathroom suited our needs. And the turf fire was the star of the show! Settling down for the evening with the fire, a glass of wine and watching a movie on Netflix, what more do you need?! Location is very close to the Assaranca waterfall and the Maghera beach/caves. Highly recommended. Thanks again!

Noreen was a great host and very friendly. Any questions we had before booking she was extremely approachable and gave great recommendations when we arrived. The location is absolutely beautiful, very rural which is what Donegal is all about. The views of the mountains whilst sitting at the table outside for a coffee was the view I needed after Christmas week. Ardara centre about 10 minute drive away with a vary of different bars and food places to tickle your needs. Will definitely consider booking again in future.

The location is beautiful, a short drive out of Bun Beag but close enough that you could walk in on a nice morning. Lovely, well presented home. The house is warm and cosy with very comfy beds. There is a beautiful, modern bathroom and there is everything you need to make a meal in the kitchen. A pleasure to stay and would return again in the future. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay and explore the Gaeltacht. Rose Marie is a very helpful and friendly host who was always quick to respond.

Excellent location for the local views, well worth the additional 15 minutes drive up and down the peninsula to get to the rest of the mainland. Great views from the house.

A beautiful rustic setting. A beautiful view of neighboring sheep farms and hills. A rural area for walking. Nice kitchen with stove/ oven, microwave and refrigerator and all dishes and cooking utensils. Wash up dish soap with everything needed for clean up. Comfortable beds with clean linens. Towels and soaps for body and hair. Outside access to toilet and shower that are very clean and ready for use. There is a nice wood stove for heat with back up electric heat or could be the other way around. This home is a nice relaxing place to stay. I would stay here again.

Rosie's cottage is beautiful, very clean and comfortable. We had a really great stay here in the most beautiful part of Ireland. Perfectly secure for our two dogs and beside the most stunning beaches. You could happily chill out in the cottage all day after lighting the fires. The shower has great power in it. The kitchen is gorgeous. Didn't want to leave!

Myself and my two dogs had a wonderful time. The cottage was cosy and atmospheric. The absence of wifi felt like a retreat. The bed was really comfortable, and we loved the turf stove. We had great walks at Leenan and Tullagh. The toaster makes wonderful toast. Was able to charge up my electric care from a socket in the laundry room. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely weekend stay in this comfortable and cosy cottage. The directions to the house were excellent and it was so easy to find. The kitchen is well equipped and the oven and cooker were very easy to use. The paddock and enclosed back yard were great for our dog, although she was a little scared of the 2 friendly sheep! The cottage is very near Killybegs for shops and restaurants. The visitor manual is very well considered and gives loads of useful information about the area. Sue was a great host and was very quick to respond to messages. We met Anne when checking out. She is a lovely, friendly lady and it was a pleasure to chat with her. A great stay in a stunning location!

Laura’s house was warm and modern something that’s important for Christmas stays. House had everything and was well decorated for Christmas which was nice especially for my own daughter. Laura was a pleasant host to communicate with and I would have no hesitation recommending her property. Thanks Laura!

Super cottage with a lovely homely feel, very peaceful, really clean and well presented, absolutely perfect.

Dorothy’s place was in a great location for us visiting family for a reunion in Enniskillin. Dorothy was flexible with our arrival and communication was friendly and clear. She welcomed us and provided a few details and to tell us she was next door if we needed anything. We never needed a thing and didn’t see her again until checkout but I left comfortable knowing she was close by. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 (parents and 3 kids ages 23, 20 and 18) to have space. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms and kitchen clean and had everything we needed. The outdoor space is beautiful with all the flowers and 2 picnic tables and chairs. We were lucky to get some beautiful weather during our stay to enjoy the lovely views from the house. Dorothy provided many pamphlets of local activities — we hiked the Stairway to Heaven (beautiful but it lives up to its name with a lot of stairs) and some played a round of golf at the Faldo course at Lough Erne. Overall a beautiful few days.

We had a great time during our stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The weather was beautiful and sunny, which made everything even more enjoyable. The location is perfect—very easily accessible and convenient for getting around. Communication with the host was smooth, and everything went super smoothly from check-in to check-out. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

It’s the second time that we stay in this cottage, it is so peaceful and quiet. The cottage has everything that you need and more, it feels like home. We loved it here and spent the days discovering the stunning area and then coming home to a cozy place. We will definitely come back!

Downings is one of the most beautiful parts of Ireland, and Daisy cottage is the perfect base to explore it. The cottage is so cosy. There's a kitchen/sitting room where all the family can be together in front of the fire, there's also an extra sitting room if someone wants some peace and quiet! The beds were so comfortable, bathrooms clean and the kitchen had everything you would need for a family. The outside area makes it, there's a gorgeous private garden where kids or dogs are really safe. There are lots of little sun traps with seating areas for a morning coffee or evening bbq. We enjoyed Daisy cottage so much and can't wait to go back!

Perfect house, location and host. Highly recommended. Would like to go back again in the near future.
