place was clean upon arrival ,very cute place enjoyed the complimentary coffee and oatmeal and waters that were provided,the host messaged me the next morning after check in to see if we needed anything would stay here again.

This place was perfect for what I was looking for! Cheap place to stay but good quality. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Loved our stay! Marcia was great, location is perfect to town with a beautiful view off the front porch of the woods. Marcia was flexible with us on all our needs and very pleasant to talk with. Place was very clean and well kept, and great parking too. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here during St. Patty’s weekend for his birthday. It was incredible. The jacuzzi was the highlight of our stay here. The views of nature make it so peaceful and a great stay outside the city. We will most definitely be staying here again sometime!

Colleen was super helpful and quick to respond whenever we had a question. The place was amazing, just like the photos and super clean.

This was a cozy stay. Plenty of room. The beds were soft. Kitchen was stocked with necessities. Everything worked! Price was great! No crazy restrictions or clean up rules. Basic common sense things for staying at anyone’s place.

My family and I had a great three-night stay. The yellow flag made the property easy to find and getting in was very simple. There was a nice note, four bottles of water, and some chocolates waiting for us when we arrived. We found the accommodations to be clean and comfortable, and David and Kyla were responsive and helpful. There is some road noise, as others have mentioned, but it didn’t really affect our ability to sleep. There is a locked door next to the supply closet and what appears to be an open door underneath the wraparound porch. On our last day, we requested a late check-out and were given until 3 pm—this allowed us to enjoy some more sightseeing before heading home. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back if we visit the area.

We were able to check in early and Kurt made last minute changes to bring my dog with a reasonable pet deposit. The view was stunning and water was low but we still had a fun river day with fishing.

I have no words for this place!!! The pictures don’t do it justice. I said all weekend the only thing that could make it better is an ocean view. The beds were comfy. The couch was amazing!! The ceilings and the back patio were my absolute favorite part of my entire stay!!! There’s good water pressure and it gets very hot. The home is at the end of a downhill driveway, so if you’re arriving at night time, take caution! 1000000/10 would stay every time I’m in Eureka Springs!

It was a beautiful peaceful retreat in the wilderness.. lots of deer and trees were still changing with fall colors.. Lots of stuff nearby to do and brochures and local magazine with information left out for us to look over.. We look forward to staying here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean and comfortable. It is in a great location just outside the city limits and still close to everything. We hope it is avaliable The next time we need to stay in the Berryville area.

Chris and Nicole were amazing hosts that didn’t shy away from being one message away from anything we needed. The place was wonderful and being so close to downtown was amazing. 10/10 would stay here again!!

We could not be happier with our stay. We came as a group for a bachelorette weekend and had the best time. The fire pit and hot tub were a major plus. We booked a spa day at the palace hotel as well as dinner at Rogue’s Manor and both were only steps away!! The trolley to downtown has a stop just outside the Bnb. Our Unit D was bigger than expected and exactly what we needed for the perfect weekend. We had plenty of towels, snacks were provided, the host responded quickly, and the beds were comfy! Thank you for having us! Will 10000/10 stay here again when visiting the area!!

Wonderful place to stay in eureka springs. Just a couple minute walk to downtown. The room was wonderful. Very spacious. Better than the pics.

My daughters and I had a quick girls’ trip over spring break, and Aspen’s place was perfect! It was so close to downtown, and we were able to go everywhere we wanted on foot. The place was clean and comfy, and Aspen was super responsive. I would absolutely stay again.

I highly recommend this place! It is clean, beautiful, and unique. The location cannot be beat! The private parking spot is very helpful. The balconies and courtyard are amazing. The pet amenities were appreciated. We will definitely stay here again!

151 spring street is an adorable place to stay where nearly everything you want is in walking distance! If you're looking to do some shopping on Spring street during your stay, this is the place for you! My husband and I really enjoyed our stay and even had the surprise of a St.Patrick's Day parade kicking off right outside!
