Rented this Cozy house to surprise my mom for her 60th Bday with an old friend and her brother from LA. Everyone felt right at home and the property was beautiful. Spent Saturday night by the fire pit and reminisced the night away. Thanks !!!

Lance made sure to check on us daily to ensure we did not need anything.

I’ve stayed there for work twice. Improvement was noticed. Once again she is very accommodating by allowing me to leave clothes and groceries wherever I’ve booked week to week and go home on weekends. I’m staying again 2/3/25. She emptied drawers etc for my personal items. I’m very pleased. The past stay the home was very clean and attempts to improve were well noticed. I would suggest an ironing board and iron along with the previous suggestions of lamps. Will definitely stay again when I travel to the area if available.

My stay here was amazing! The host was very accommodating and answered any questions very quickly! The aesthetics of their home was very peaceful and comfortable for the price. It was very clean and stocked with everything needed for a stay! The balcony was so beautiful and the tree in the yard was really nice! The kitchen was fully equipped and the beds were comfortable. It was quiet and stores and restaurants were at convenient distances! I recommend this place and I am very picky about out of town stays!

Shane is a great host. He is very friendly, helpful with the area, good company to have a conversation with and accommodating. His home is wonderful and perfect for stays. The grounds and area around were great for us and our dog. Plenty of area to take walks. We will definitely be back for future trips.

Mark's place was very cozy and quiet. He was a very responsive host and even offered to make a fire in the firepit outside for us!

We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday while visiting family. The property is better than the pictures. Keurig with some pods provided. Fully equipped kitchen, great linens, and a peaceful setting, far back from the road. The unit is clean and bright. The decor is calming and not cluttered. Good price for a holiday stay, and Kerri was amazing! She was very responsive and helpful. She also has a book with relevant information and local places that deliver. Having said that, DoorDash did not have a hard time finding us. Just a hint here and not at all a complaint. Apple Maps does not bring you directly to the address. Use Google maps instead. It brought us right to the driveway with no problem. Apple Maps had us driving back roads that didn’t lead to the address. Kerri warned us that this sometimes happened, so another kudos for that! Would 100% stay again. I probably will, actually. My family lives close by.

Don’t hesitate on booking this property! Descriptions and pics do not do it justice not to mention, Leigh and Ryan have been first class! Beautiful, Peaceful and Very spacious is an understatement. An absolute home away from home with all the amenities. McIntosh Reserve Park is literally next door. This bonus has been a relaxing treat for evening bike rides while enjoying history, nature and wildlife along the river.

We had a wonderful night at Dan & Polina's Island themed Get-away. They are two very talented people who have created such a unique experience for their guests. Their placed is tucked away and private. Dan is very responsive and our check-in was smooth. We absolutely loved our accommodations. It is so unique and delightful. We were provided drinks and snacks and two soft, fluffy robes to lounge in. We hope to stay again and reserve the Go West Suite next time.

What a phenomenal property. The cabin was beautiful and so spacious. It was so peaceful and perfect if you are looking to reset, disconnect, rest, and have a good time. I went for a Sister Friends trip and we had the BEST time and experience. The hostsbwere great with communication, instructions, and recommendations. We will definitely be back. If you haven’t checked this place out you are definitely missing out!

We visit Carrollton to spend time with our son and granddaughter and are always looking for a place where we can all stay together. The Cozy Creekside Cabin was perfect. It is very clean, comfortable, quiet with some unique features and in a beautiful setting. We had everything needed to prepare and serve meals, a big TV and fast internet. The host was very responsive and got back to us quickly. We had a wonderful visit and absolutely recommend this place. We will definitely check availability for future trips.

Everything about the cabin was great. Kitchen was better than expected. Deck off back was beautiful. Peaceful and quiet location. Hosts very responsive and friendly. Only thing that is in any way negative is that tall people (over 6 feet) should avoid as this old cabin has low ceilings and doorways.
