Rented this Cozy house to surprise my mom for her 60th Bday with an old friend and her brother from LA. Everyone felt right at home and the property was beautiful. Spent Saturday night by the fire pit and reminisced the night away. Thanks !!!

Very nice place…only thing is that I wish they had a washer and dryer..but the place was exactly as described..lovely place would stay again

I’ve stayed there for work twice. Improvement was noticed. Once again she is very accommodating by allowing me to leave clothes and groceries wherever I’ve booked week to week and go home on weekends. I’m staying again 2/3/25. She emptied drawers etc for my personal items. I’m very pleased. The past stay the home was very clean and attempts to improve were well noticed. I would suggest an ironing board and iron along with the previous suggestions of lamps. Will definitely stay again when I travel to the area if available.

The home was very nice. Note it is a two story with 20 steep steps but very clean. Everything we needed was available. Bed was very comfortable. The only thing I would have liked different would be a TV in the bedroom. ;) The location was in the Carrollton downtown area and can walk to several restaurants and local shops. Enjoyed the trip very much. Thank you!!

We had a great weekend staying here ! It was exactly as described and a perfect place for our family to visit UWG for our son’s basketball games. Great location and everything was exactly what we expected ! Host was friendly and very responsive ! We hope to be able to stay again for upcoming games !! Go Wolves!!

Daniel was a wonderful host and we are grateful to have chosen his home to stay in with our family for a very special occasion. Prior to our visit he answered our many questions so that we could best plan for our special event. The specious home was nothing short of amazing, allowing guests to spend time together in the large homey spaces, and the privacy to spread out too. The grounds are beautiful and the pool was so much fun and a great place to keep cool on the hot days. Daniel was helpful in finding places in the area that would accommodate our needs. Our family will for ever cherish the memories that we created during the time spent here. There is a beautiful park within walking distance that offered additional fun and places to gather. We are so grateful, thank you Daniel and Jamie!

Great stay! Sarah, our host, was super responsive and helpful. We went for a wedding that started before our check-in time, but Sarah let us check in early so we could all get ready! It was beyond helpful, and the place was so perfect too!

We had a wonderful stay and the host worked with us throughout the stay and was super helpful. The place was spotless and felt really new and updated. Will def recommend to anyone looking for a place in the area.

Steven was a great host. This was our second time staying here, and we will continue to stay in the future. He is quick to respond, his place is very neat and clean, located close to everything, and exactly as described.

We loved this place. The interior layout is open plan in the main area, so when you're cooking, etc. . . . you are still hanging out with everyone. The whole place has a good look and feel. The bathroom and bedrooms in the back offer some privacy but have nice views of the pasture. It's quiet and relaxing. The goats are awesome, my kids fell in love. Kevin and Jenny are as nice as they could be - Jenny took my kids to get eggs from the chicken coup and to feed the goats. A few other quick things: the shower is amazing, the polished concrete floors feel so cool and good on your feet - sort of an unexpected pleasure.

Enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and had lots of towels, supplies, coffee, etc. We were close walking distance to a really nice park where we could take our dogs and everything was very comfortable.

This was our first experience with an Airbnb and it didn’t disappoint.

We originally were booked for a different place but they cancelled on us last minute because of the snow. I contacted Jayme to see if this spot was available and she said yes! This place was perfect! Quiet, cozy, adorably decorated, and the bed was comfy! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!
