Charming farmhouse in a peaceful country setting — far from the city noise, but close to Frederick, Gettysburg, and Westminster. Authentic farmhouse in an updated, clean and tidy package. Host includes everything you’d need for home away from home comfort, including dishes, utensils, keurig coffee, towels, and even corn hole and gear to have a picnic on the spacious and beautiful property (highly recommend!).

The stairs are a bit treacherous to get into the place and parking was super challenging, but overall the stay was peaceful and location was great (20 min to Liberty Mtn). Super clean and very responsive host. Would definitely stay again!

This was one of the most well equipped Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. This host really, truly hosted us. The bathroom was stocked with essentials, the kitchen had really nice amenities and coffee and tea were provided and a small collection of items in the refrigerator. The property and home are lovely, the directions very clear. It is a very cozy space and I would stay there again with no question.

We were so happy to find this new home available in Westminster. Amy was great to work with and responded right away. We were visiting our new granddaughter and we were even greeted with a new baby balloon and a bottle of wine to celebrate! The house is filled with character and very charming. It is filled with natural light and pretty decorative lighting throughout the home. It even has seasonal decorations for fall. It felt much more like we were visiting a friend than visiting a rental! The furniture is comfortable and makes you feel right at home. The outside space is awesome! I hated that we didn't get to enjoy it on this quick trip! We were visiting our kids and didn't cook at the house. However, I looked around for future reference and found that it was absolutely stocked with anything you could possibly need. Amy is very thoughtful and even provides condiments and bottled water! I am excited that this house is available in Westminster. We will be back!

Stuart has been a pleasure to work with over the past several weeks. Our company reserved Stuart's home for our superintendent Don while working on a project nearby. He made the entire experience a pleasure. The large home is clean and comfortable with everything needed to feel right at home. we would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay visiting local family for Thanksgiving. To be frank, the home is a 3-star property but it is accurately pictured and described. It's a basic ranch that has been somewhat updated but very inexpensively. That said, it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of dishes for our extended family. The home was a great fit for our group with the older generation on the main level and the younger generation downstairs. The farm where the home is located is lovely and I encourage others to walk the property and say hello to the horses and the beautiful dog, Elsa. The host, Crystal, was very communicative and very accommodating. She went out of her way to make sure that we had everything we needed. The highlight of our visit was meeting the Cocker Spaniel puppies that are raised and trained on the property. My family has stayed in other local properties that are that are fancier and more upgraded but I prefer Crystal's place.

The place is very nice, we really liked it. There is no dining table but the open living room and kitchen is roomy, with a comfortable area to watch Netflix. Beds were comfortable as well. The only things to be aware of are the stairs are rather steep - not a problem for us, but could be for someone with mobility issues - and there is some traffic noise easily heard in the bedrooms. But it was easy to find parking spots and great to walk right across the street for drinks and pizza, and down the street for good Thai food. Loved our get together at Dawn's!

John's place was just as described. walking distance to the square of fells point. Clear instructions on how to get in to the property. The only thing which is not a complaint is the steps are super steep going into the house as well as the steps to get up to the bedroom. All in all a great place to stay and would stay there again

Pamela was the perfect host! She was responsive, patient and kind. We loved the place and the location—such a great introduction to Frederick.

A great location for coming in to see a baseball game. We appreciated the parking pass (though did alot of walking since everything is so close). Surprisingly peaceful neighborhood yet in the heart of the city.

The space was beautiful! The rooftop was my favorite, being able to read a book in the quiet. They always responded quickly and were so nice! They also saved a parking spot for us in the back which we didn’t end up using because parking was not an issue at all up front.

Jenna's place was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is simple and small however the bed was very comfortable. We needed to get extra linens from Jenna, but she had everything available. Thanks for a great stay 😊

We were very pleased with the location. walkable to local shopping & restaurants. Felt safe in the neighborhood. The condo was very pretty inside with updated appliances & furnishings. Very attractive & comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed the stay. Fun playing pool and watching vintage dvd— Beauty and the Beast. The museum was interesting. The lights in museum room were cool. Place had character. Would stay again.

This is the second time I've stayed at Laura's place and it was as wonderful as the first. Comfy beds, lovely neighborhood, super friendly and responsive host. Laura was so great when I needed a change in my schedule and was also super accommodating helping me with some checkout logistics. Highly recommend!

We very much enjoyed our stay and appreciated being able to bring our dog. It’s a great layout, well decorated, and the deck has a terrific view of the sunsets. Easy walking distance to the restaurants and Baker Park. We will be glad to return.

For a larger party of people, the price is hard to beat. Sleeps 8 comfortably on average of 60ish a night... right in the heart of downtown Frederick. The security and intro process to getting into the apartment is a bit of a hassle, but it does provide a nice safety element. It's slightly hard to park and unpack (especially with multiple people driving separately) but the walkability and convenience far outweigh those concerns. Overall, excellent location and I would recommend it highly.

The apartment was spacious and had everything I needed to feel comfortable. However, the apartment has a lot of smart features but they all weren't usable. For example, I tried to raise some window shades but some wouldn't budge (like the family room shade and the master bedroom middle shade panel). The TVs were hard to control as well. Oh, and if you can't sleep with noise... the master bedroom windows are not soundproof or even near it. I was okay with the noise but my partner was not and had to sleep in the living room. Despite all that, I liked my stay. The location is in a great area & Raphael let me bring my cats (super grateful about that)! I'd recommend his place to anyone.

Our recent stay at this Airbnb was truly exceptional, especially for families with young children. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how clean and incredibly well-equipped the space was. They even had baby shampoo on hand – it's those little details that really make a difference. Beyond being fantastic for kids, I have to rave about the bed. Seriously, it was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. After a long day of exploring, sinking into that mattress was heavenly.
