We had a great stay at Valerie's place. Super responsive host, with great restaurant recommendations. The place was super clean & tidy! Very walkable neighborhood with fantastic restaurants, less than 10 minutes walking distance. We'd definitely stay again, thanks Valerie!

Wonderful home that was clean and cozy and exactly as described. The host was always responsive and kind. The home was well stocked and had everything you could want with some cool extras like a popcorn machine and some delicious coffee. We would not hesitate to stay again. We forgot some chargers at the house and we were notified shortly after our departure and were able to stop back by to pick them up. Very kind and awesome people. 5 stars!

Coni’s house was lovely. It was well stocked, well appointed, stylish and cozy. She was very friendly and helpful but gave us our privacy. The neighborhood is in a good location, 15 min drive to SoFi Stadium and less than 10 min to the beach. There is a park in the neighborhood with a playground for kids. Would definitely stay here again.

What an absolute hidden gem this place is! This place is like a little oasis hidden in the city! The deck is a wonderful place to rest and relax or even for dinner with a friend!

Passamos ótimas férias na casa do Sogand! A casa fica em uma ótima região, próxima a praia, com um mini mercado e uma liquor a duas quadras e supermercados e restaurantes a 5 min de carro. Há o pier e um parque com pracinha para crianças bem perto também. A casa era ampla, toda climatizada e com muitos recursos para uma ótima estadia (cozinha bem equipada, lavanderia e itens de limpeza, banheiro amplo e banho bom, muitas toalhas e cobertores). A orientação solar é maravilhosa, aproveitamos o sol pela manhã na sala e à tarde no jardim. Sogand sempre foi muito acessível e atencioso. Com certeza recomendamos e voltaríamos!

I've stayed here on two separate occasions and would return again! It's a tasteful, comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. It was a great space for hosting a large group of friends. On the downside, if you are expecting the pristine clean of a nice hotel, you might be disappointed. Also, we had some issues with the lockbox but hopefully it will be fixed/replaced soon. Eloísa was friendly and helpful when we had questions before and during our stay. So, all-in-all, I would still strongly recommend this listing!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Pasadena! The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a comfortable living area and a fully functional kitchen. The two-bedroom setup was perfect, providing plenty of space and privacy. The location was ideal—centrally located, making it easy to explore Pasadena and beyond. The host was responsive and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in and a hassle-free stay. Everything was well-maintained, and I truly enjoyed the convenience and comfort of the space. Genuine mid-Century California bungalow done out in authentic local style. The space is airy, homely and designed and furnished with impeccable taste sympathetic to the architecture and setting. What can’t quite be conveyed by the listing are the lovely finer details and casual yet curated vibe. The complex is of a number of similar units and I was treated to visits from the many cats and dogs living here which was an unexpected bonus not mentioned on the listing :) The courtyard the unit faces onto is so pretty, the parking space was very convenient and the location right where you want to be. The check-in and check-out instructions were very comprehensive, cleanliness beyond question and Sean highly responsive as a host. Without hesitation I will be booking this place next time I am in LA.

Maria's place was a great find on airbnb, I need a place for my father and I to stay for the night. It was close to where my family lives in Bellflower. Would stay at Maria's place if I am ever visiting family in Bellflower.

El alojamiento es perfecto. El departamento es hermoso. La limpieza es un punto a destacar, todo relucía de limpio. El orden era perfecto. La ubicación es muy buena ya que está cerca del muelle y de la estación para tomar el transporte. En mi opinión santa Mónica es el mejor lugar para alojarse si vienes a Los Ángeles, es un lugar muy tranquilo y familiar. Este alojamiento es perfecto, cuenta con garaje privado de fácil acceso. Realmente no deberías dudar alojarte aquí !

Amazing location with a private parking spot! The elevator is also right next to the parking. The place was clean as described and pictured. The host was extremely helpful in providing instruction videos to check-in and find the underground parking. Very responsive and friendly host. Enjoyed our stay very much and will book again if we’re ever in the area again. Thanks!

I had a wonderful long weekend stay at Nick and Kristy’s place in Newport Beach. Great location, close to beach and walkable to restaurants and shopping. Communication leading up to and during my stay was excellent! Kristy and Nick were extremely helpful and responsive throughout. The apartment is exactly as described and fully equipped with everything you need for a stay at the beach. The private rooftop deck is the icing on the cake!! Absolutely beautiful and peaceful for sunrises and sunsets. I highly recommend this rental and would definitely book again for future travel! Thanks Nick and Kristy!

Place was clean, tidy and appreciated the doorman for security in downtown LA. Comfy bed and spacious apt. Some sounds audible from upstairs unit, but not bad. Noise abatement windows helpful, though random sounds on 1-2 nights are part of downtown living. Parking was a bit of a challenge as original instructions sent were not correct, and only exit was possible from where it said to enter in building lot across the street. Didn't realize this til 930 pm, and messaged Ali and asked for a call to clarify, and he did respond right away, which was appreciated. It was about $10 to uber/lyft to convention center, or a 20 min walk, about 1 mile, which was convenient. Kitchen well appointed. Great choice close to convention center given the free, secure parking. We did encounter security making rounds in lot across the street and car was fine.

I enjoyed my stay at Giselle & Ali’s place and will definitely be back again. The place looked exactly like the photos and they had all the listed amenities. The rooftop view was very nice. They also had a store downstairs that was open 24 hours that sold snacks/drinks which was pretty cool. Parking wasn’t that bad either. The only thing was that it was a little bit of a walk to get from the garage to the airbnb. Overall, I really liked the place and how comfortable it was, will definitely book again!

I had the best stay at Peter and Veronica’s amazing apartment. Not only was it super stylish and artistically arranged, it was also very comfortable and quiet for my vacation weekend. Located in the heart of historic downtown LA and very easy to go to lots of near by venues, restaurants, and cafes. High speed WiFi, two TVs, a full kitchen, laundry and dryer machine, and free parking! This is the best deal. I look forward to my return! Thank you Peter and Veronica.

Stayed at Wendy’s place for a girls weekend. We immediately felt right at home. Her stay is beautiful and close to many restaurants and things to do. Came to Downtown LA for a conference and location was a great location walkable to the LA Convention Center and to surrounding areas. Parking was very helpful as we rented a car to explore areas outside of Downtown LA. The building is in the theatre district and was walkable to most of Downtown LA while being a few minutes drive to more tourist attraction locations. There is also public transport (bus) across the street from the apartment as well but we opted for a rental car to explore outside Downtown. There is 24 hour doorman assistance to get into the building but check-in, entering, and leaving is pretty easy. The apartment itself is nice and quiet with an artistic flair which was a nice touch. All amenities listed were useful and utilized minus the rooftop pool which I heard is one of the highlights; however, with my schedule, we were not able to use. Highly recommended listing for its location and convenience when needing to stay in Downtown LA.

What a perfect two-day stay we had at Oksana’s place! It was a home away from home. It had everything we needed plus more. We were able to use the Pack ‘n Play provided for our 14-month old. Our daughter also loved having several engaging toys to occupy her time. I personally loved the amount of space we had to stretch out. Everything is well stocked and provided for your comfort. It was refreshing coming to this location after a not-so-great experience at another Air BnB we had been at prior. As for the parking situation for us, we were able to find the same spot on the street corner both nights we stayed (Saturday and Sunday). Depending on street, you may have to move your vehicle when there is street cleaning too. Overall, though, I would definitely stay at this location again even with the street parking.
