La ubicación lo es todo, puedes llegar caminando a muchos lugares. Katya fue muy amable y atenta todo el tiempo y respondió a todas nuestras inquietudes. El apartamento es acogedor y tal como está descrito en el listing. El plus fue el rooftop, recomiendo no saltársela visitarla. Lugar full recomendado.

Great apt, right over beach, great view, great balconies, 2 fans and 2 air conditioners, full kitchen.after initial check in there was no hassle with guest. Is apt building, 40 floors, nice pool. Only small problem is that reception would not watch luggage for a few hours. Mercedes was great…

El departamento estaba en perfectas condiciones, me encantó la vista, ya habíamos estado en otro departamento del mismo edificio y la verdad es que ya sabíamos las reglas del edificio y muy bien, la alberca súper limpia, me encanta que están al pendiente cuando entras y que no haya mucho desorden ya que es muy familiar el ambiente. El gimnasio básico pero agradable y espacioso. El departamento 10 de 10, con aires acondicionados funcionando perfectamente, lavadora y secadora que salvaron nuestro viaje, los 3 baños funcionando muy bien, amplios espacios y que las 2 habitaciones tengan vista al mar estuvo de lujo. Me hubiera encantado que en la sala de estar hubiera televisión para la hora de cocinar o compartir con mis amigas fuera más ambiente. Recomiendo mucho el lugar, la atención de Adriana fue estupenda, al salir del departamento se me olvidó un articulo e inmediatamente me contactó para decírmelo. Volveré y elegiría el mismo lugar .

We had an excellent stay! The location is fantastic (close to the beach, restaurants, etc.), the apartment was clean and in great condition overall and the beds were comfortable. The ocean view is unbeatable from every room! The building’s pool was wonderful and our kids loved it. The apartment is supplied with almost everything you could need during your stay. Yaniris (the manager) greeted us upon arrival with a tour and was friendly and responsive to our needs. The only downsides were 1) the bathroom lights turn on and off automatically from a motion sensor (blinding when using the bathroom in the middle of the night) and 2) mold on the main shower ceiling, which Yaniris said was from a leak on the floor above and would be repaired after we left.

Jorge es un excelente anfitrión, estuvo pendiente de nosotros antes y durante la estadía. El apartamento es impecable, muy lindo y tiene todo lo que necesitas. El edificio es lindísimo y muy tranquilo! Volveríamos a quedarnos aquí sin duda.

Julio was a wonderful host and his instructions were great. I think we tried most of the restaurants he recommended. The apartment was in the middle if everything in the old town!

Amazing condo for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids). Gorgeous decor, ample space, perfect location. Easy to walk to the lively areas of the walled city, but the condo itself was extremely peaceful. Perfect combination. Katia and Rosa were amazing! Rosa’s food was delicious. Ivan was also very responsive and kind in our communication. I would definitely want to stay here again for my next trip to Cartagena.

We had a fantastic stay at Ana Lucia's spot! The place was spotless, and the location couldn’t have been more ideal for exploring Cartagena. The pools were a highlight, offering a relaxing and peaceful retreat from the city. The host was incredibly communicative and made sure we had everything we needed for a seamless experience. The apartment, AC, beds, kitchen, etc etc were all great! Would definitely stay here again.

Muy cómodo y completo. La ubicación es impecable, dentro de la ciudad amurallada. Fácil para moverse a pie. Una experiencia excelente, sin dudas recomiendo.

What an amazing place and stay here, we were 9 friends and we all were very comfortable with the rooms and space. Big area to hang out and the pool were among the best part of this house. The host was amazing and the people working were soooo helpful and nice (Dairo) also our 2 ladies that cooked for us were so great! Very happy and highly recommended, also this is the best area to stay in Cartagena, quiet at night and close to Cande (amazing restaurant) and close to the mall for shopping. We'll be back again! Amazing stay here with a smaller group of just 3 of us. When we arrived we were greeted by the host and introduced to the house caretaker and concierge Oscar who was a highlight of our trip. He was extremely helpful and available at seemingly all times and knew about many things in the city. He would help with restaurant recommendations and even walk us to the where we needed just to tag along. The space itself was beautiful, quiet and secluded but still just a couple minutes walk from the action. There is daily breakfast for a small fee and everything from changing money to arranging a shopping list can be easily accomplished. Highly recommend this place.

We stayed in this beautiful home for 4 nights for a birthday celebration getaway of our dear friend. This home is in the heart of a very festive and lively barrio and in walking distance to all the major must see attractions of old Cartagena. We decided to be spoiled and have our super yummy breakfast prepared in house for a great price. The super attentive staff Juan Carlos and Isolena won our hearts. This is a fantastic Airbnb and if it is available book it now you won’t regret it! We can’t wait to come back!

Por dónde comenzar? Hermoso apto con vista a la laguna gris, zona de edificios residencial, cerca a un ARA, aire acondicionado, TV grande, baño y duchas impecables con shampoo para el cuerpo, cocina espaciosa con todo lo necesario, inclusive pitadora, lavadora, nevera, inclusive nevera portátil para llevar a la playa que de hecho sales por la parte trasera del edificio y a 15 metros ya estás en el Mar. Demasiado bueno para ser real y con pago razonable. Familia feliz, sin dudarlo regresaremos en semana santa.

Beautiful place, it is like the pictures. The view of the Cienaga and the sea is magnificent. It is very spacious, lot of amenities, and very clean. The building facilities are nice and every body is so friendly. Elsa, the co-host is very proactive and always responsive and quick to fix any issue. This is a place to go back....Thanks

Empezando con el condomio, muy lindo. Cuidado. Mucha seguridad. Piscinas amplias, súper limpio todo. Increíble el acceso a la playa. Todo estupendo! El apartamento muy cómodo, excelentes camas, sábanas y toallas.
