I can't say enough about how amazing this place is. Seventeen of us traveled for a family vacation and all I heard was wow and OMG! This house was beyond comfortable for our group and close to everything, we rarely used the car rental. The pool was perfect for our group. Lastly, the staff was the cherry on top. Wilson and Eduardo made us feel safe. Wilson was very attentive to anything we needed. Daira, the house keeper made our mornings brighter with natural juices and 5 star breakfast. What else can I say..we will be back!

We had an amazing stay at this property. Moises and Rocio made our time there very comfortable and memorable. The breakfast every morning was amazing. The house is extremely clean and well maintained. The airport pickup and drop off was very convenient and the driver Ivan is also very helpful and accommodating. Thank you for making our stay so great! We can’t wait to go back!

Mark is a great host always there to help you out and ensure you have a great time , the house was in need of repairs and maintenance but the staff and mark support as host make you ignore those issues. Great location and fantastic rooftop

Lovely house and incredible surroundings - we felt like we were in a treehouse overlooking the sea! Lore was great at responding to our messages and super helpful before and during our stay. Very remote which is both a pro and a con. Great to have the peaceful natural surroundings, but once you’re there, you’re there - Ubers are difficult to organise and the recommended driver isn’t cheap. Would recommend buying your food/drink supplies before getting transport to the house, rather than asking the driver to wait while you shop - as we were charged quite a lot for wait time. That being said, the house was beautiful, clean and well equipped. Cannot recommend this place highly enough - unforgettable experience. Thankyou so much Lore!

Harold’s place was great for our family of 15 as we all had our own rooms and bathrooms. Best of all, Harold helped us coordinate transportation throughout our stay and birthday decorations. He was always responsive to ensure we were taken care of. The added security of having a security on property made us feel safe. The location is walking distance to many things. However, the location is also close to a busy intersection so keep in mind the noise from traffic.

This place was amazing! The location is fantastic (keep in mind it’s in the middle of the city - people like to party, be loud, and play music till 2/3am — if you don’t like that this isn’t the place for you) Our friend group had an amazing time. Freddy the groundskeeper was amazing! He was attentive and got us/helped with anything we needed. The housekeepers were also very willing to help out and upkeep the rooms for us as well as help with things like laundry and cooking. We truly had an amazing time. 2 small cons: the pool is cold, it would be amazing if it was heated in the night but beggars can’t be choosers & the bathroom of the master room needed some cleaning. Other than that 10/10 would recommend. We will definitely be back

Fuimos un grupo de 10 chicas a quedarnos acá por 3 noches y no la pudimos pasar mejor. Todas las instrucciones fueron súper claras, tenían personal (Keti y Jonatan) que nos cuidaban uno por el día y el otro por la noche. Keti nos preparó el desayuno con unas arepitas deliciosas y lo que le trajimos del súper y Jonatan siempre estuvo atento a abrirnos la puerta y acompañarnos caminando de noche a los lugares que salíamos. El AirBnb lo limpiaban a diario y los cuartos a gusto de cada una. También perdimos unas llaves en un tour y nos resolvieron abrir el cuarto sin problema ni atraso, igual que la caja fuerte del mismo. Solo puedo recomendar, son súper atentos y todo el espacio mega cómodo y bello. No podemos esperar a volver!

My stay at The Compound in Cartagena was exceptional! From the moment I arrived, Freddy, Lena, and Omar made me feel welcome and cared for. The property was comfortable, safe, and perfect for relaxing. Lena’s breakfasts and dinners were delicious, and Freddy’s BBQ was a treat! Their hospitality truly elevated my experience. Adding to the magic was Colleen at Euphoria, where the entertainment and atmosphere in the walled city were top-notch. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend The Compound for an unforgettable Cartagena getaway!

La ubicación es privilegia en primera línea de mar , el atardecer y amanecer son de ensueño. La casa todos los espacios son cómodos , espaciosos , la piscina , la zona bbq y sobre todo la atención del personal es increíble Renaldi siempre atento a cualquier requerimiento y el anfitrión Lucas siempre fue amable a cualquier solicitud. Volvería muchísimas más.

The house was absolutely beautiful, in a perfect location, and equipped with the most helpfully and lovely staff. Luis was very responsive and always incredibly friendly! I could not recommend this listing more!!!

The pictures do not do this house any justice. BEAUTIFUL home and wonderful location. The area is very safe and quiet. I loved this place so much. Jhon helped so much with finding restaurants and just making sure everything was okay. Customer service was amazing and can’t wait to be back.

One of the highlights of our experience was the daily chef, having freshly prepared meals each day made our trip even more enjoyable. Additionally, the property manager was always readily available to assist with any minor issues, ensuring a smooth and stress-free stay. Charles place was 10/10 love the tranquility of the place and to experience nature 100% His staff were very good always super responsive and helpful. Too bad we couldn’t stay longer since we need to get back to reality and our every day life.

Un lugar definitivamente paradisiaco. Desde inicio a fin, fue un lugar muy lindo que podría decir que más lindo que en las fotos. Cuanta con todo lo necesario para escaparte de la realidad por unos días, y disfrutar de La Paz y tranquilidad de ese lugar costero, que te hace sentir como en otro lugar. La zona de la piscina fue una de las mejores zonas de lugar, ya que puedes compartir en familia o amigos, y a pocos metros se pueden ver la olas del mar. Sin duda lo recomiendo y volvería a ir. David fue uno de los mejores anfitriones que me han puesto. amable atento y siempre disponible para cualquier duda o ayuda que necesitábamos.

I don't usually write alot on the reviews even if it was good service usually just too busy to stop and do it. But Had to stop and carve out some time.. This spot is in a great location restaurant, bars, locals are right outside of your door. You get the true local feel of Cartagena. We had the best I mean the very best Housekeeper/ Cook/ Tour Guide/ Security person in Alesha During the day. She took care of my group of 8 guys the whole time. Her cooking is outstanding she cooked us Breakfast each day and it was a great spread of Pancakes, cheese and turkey sandwiches, eggs, Turkey, fruit, juice. She made sure to ask what we wanted because we had guys that do not eat pork or beef and she delivered right on time. She made sure to touch base throughout the stay with each of us to see if we individually needed anything. At night Carlos took care of us as well for security. Made sure we was safe and no one messed with us. Gave great advise about what to do, and he was not in your way.

This was a lovely spot for a family. Robert, the buttler, was always there and able to open the house when different groups of us left the house. The pool was wonderful, the location a block away from the beach was exactly what the kids wanted. I look forward to returning here with my family!

The pictures truly do not do this space justice. Both comfortable and classy. Privacy and yet right in the mix of things. Extremely well maintained and modern but with the character of the walled city built in. Aside from the beauty of the space itself the staff was extremely friendly and doting and took their time to make sure we were well looked after and cared for. Whenever I return I will be looking to stay at coqui once again!
