It was clean, the view from the terrace was amazing, and the room was so comfortable. I was surprised at the quality and quantity of the shared space! It's really great that you can use it as much as you want. This time my stay was short and I didn't have time, but next time I'd like to relax on the rooftop terrace. Thank you very much.

Carolina was an excellent host: communicative, attentive, and genuinely caring. The place was perfect for our family, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. During our visit, we faced an unexpected emergency, and Carolina went above and beyond to assist us. Her quick responses, dedication, and support made all the difference, ensuring we felt safe and well taken care of. We stayed here to visit our daughter who was studying abroad. It was a convenient location to meet up with our daughter. The apartment was very clean and Karla was very responsive to any questions we had. Many places to eat nearby. The building was safe and secured with a security guard on duty. Great place to stay!

This is a lovely, modern, apartment with many amenities—rooftop garden area, library/work/study areas, great gym, lap pool, running track, as well as beautiful swimming pool. The restaurants across the street are great and a grocery store will be opening soon. While there is not a lot to walk to nearby, Ubers are very inexpensive and responsive. The people working the front desk were so lovely and helpful. We had a lock on our credit card so when we were leaving asked the fellow at the front desk if he would call a taxi (much more expensive than Uber)—he instead called Uber on his phone and we paid him. I wish I got his name—but they were all like that. We lost one of our entrance keys and Marcella came in record time to replace it. We highly recommend this apartment!

Absolutely loved the place. Beautiful home. Description was accurate. Keep in mind there is someone next to your space in the same building and you can hear them if they make noises (singing, whistling etc). This is in a small city so there are dogs that bark and can be heard in the house, sometimes during the night and early in the mornings. However, we loved the spot and would definitely come back if we are in the area. Great space for the 4 weeks we stayed there. A grocery store with essentials a short walk from the house. Aida’s sister Dinorah kept in touch and checked on us often. She does not speak English but with google translate l we were able to communicate clearly. Definitely recommend.

Such a wonderful stay! The host was very nice and welcoming, making everything smooth and enjoyable. The highlight of the place is the incredible balcony—perfect for relaxing and taking in the stunning surroundings. The location is truly magical, surrounded by nature yet just a short distance from the center. A perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. Highly recommend!

La maison de Sergio est parfaite si ce n'est le bruit de la rue. Si l'on ne fait pas cas de ce petit désagrément la maison est spacieuse, très bien équipée, le patio est très agréable et l'emplacement est idéal pour visiter le volcan Irazu et le ville de Cartago.

Gracias por la hospitalidad Francisco es un host excelente, cuando necesite alguna recomendación o solucionar algo siempre estuvo atento. La casa es como se muestra en las fotos, tiene todo lo necesario para la estadía. A 15 minutos caminando por el condominio se encuentran varios restaurantes probamos: (el Novillo Alegre, Taj Mahal, Moose, La Focaccia) deliciosos todos, y en general la comida Costarricense (su sazón) es deliciosa. Hay un Fresh (mercado) en esta misma área de restaurantes en el primer piso, este es el súper más costoso hay otros como el Palí que no están tan cerca pero tienen precios más económicos. La piscina es preciosa y los espacios sociales están muy bien adecuados mantenidos. Deben avisar a Francisco que van a usar el servicio de Uber para que lo autorice con anticipación a la portería y así no tengan inconvenientes para el ingreso. Recomiendo mucho este lugar, es a 15 minutos del aeropuerto (muy conveniente por los trancones/tráfico congestionado

Very spacious traditional home 2 blocks from Alajuela Cathedral and close to multiple restaurants. Clean, serene with an internal courtyard, and just what we needed after a long, multi-segment international flight into San Jose airport

Mi esposo, nuestro bebé y yo tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa en este lugar tan privado y acogedor en Bajos del Toro. Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos encantó la tranquilidad y la privacidad del lugar, ideal para desconectar y relajarse. Uno de los aspectos más destacables fueron las muchas aves que llegan a comer a los árboles del jardín, lo que le dio un toque especial al ambiente, permitiéndonos disfrutar de la naturaleza en su máximo esplendor. Además, el jacuzzi al aire libre fue espectacular. Nos ofreció momentos de relajación con una vista increíble, que hizo aún más placentero nuestro descanso. El hospedaje está estratégicamente ubicado cerca de restaurantes y un minisúper, lo que lo hace muy conveniente. Todo lo que necesitábamos estaba a solo unos minutos de distancia, lo que facilitó mucho nuestra estadía. La ubicación también es perfecta para explorar la zona, ya que todo está muy cerca y accesible.

A great flat, bigger than it looks in the photos. Access to the heated pool was a real bonus. The best thing about the flat is the location, barrio escalante has everything you need, loads of restaurant and bar options, close to museums and felt safe in the evenings. To note- they’re not able to store bags after check out.

this is our second time staying with Jon. its a very nice place, strong wifi and he's fast to answer if we have questions or issues. we stayed in 2 other places on that property but Jon's is best because you can't hear the highway noise from his place and it's in the first floor so safe for kids not to be with a balcony. Definitely recommended

el apartamento está super equipado. A la cocina no le hace falta nada. Tiene lavadora y secadora que funcionan super bien. el internet es bueno y el personal de vigilancia super amable.

We loved our time staying at Edward’s place. We come to CR fairly often, and we tend to stay on the east side of San José, so this place is perfect to explore the best sights San Jose has to offer. We will definitely be staying here the next time we’re back, and we highly recommended it to any others who are planning a visit.
