We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is well-decorated. It’s in a lovely neighborhood and perfectly located for exploring the city. San José is a cool and vibrant place, and this spot is ideal for both short and long stays. Lee was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our visit. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing with the view and peaceful area. The fireplace was an added blessing. The caretaker Francisco was the best ever and always ready to help if necessary. Will definitely go back

The house was good for our family of four, we enjoyed our stay. Koen generously granted us a late check out which really helped our logistics. We also appreciated the sharp knives, hot water, and the very quiet night. Both Restaurants Sevegre and Batsu are five minutes by car. The little pulperia (emergency marshmallow purchase) is a 5 minute walk from the house. Our favorite thing was the fire pit. It was very special gathering around the fire under the stars bonding over marshmallows with a new dog friend who adopted us for our stay.

I have stayed here before and always come back - the apartment is perfect - fast WiFi and easy to get everywhere in the San Jose area. I use Uber while in CR and the location is perfect - Uber always available quickly. The host is always available and quick to respond to any question and recommendations… As they say - she has very positive energy and is a pleasure to work with on any request. I will be back for sure! Pura Vida

Great building in a very modern area of San Jose steps away from all the action. Host is very friendly and always very responsive for whatever you may need. Definitely recommend.

As always I try to Stay at Ronald's place, it is always clean, centric enough that I can go anywhere, the place is always clean and I feel right at home.

This Friends themed apartment was nostalgic with great lighting. Great view of the city from the 16th floor, and awesome restaurants next door. It is about an hour away from SJO airport with traffic.

excellent location. right in the heart of the neighborhood with restaurants, cafes, bars in abundance. very comfortable stay. the city in general gets noisy but they provided ear plugs which we did not use because it didn't bother us. we felt safe with security. all pics exactly as shown. thank you!

We had a great stay! The location was very central to everything we wanted to do in San Jose and the host was very communicative. We had a later check in time and that was no issue. We highly recommend staying here!

This was our first time in Costa Rica, so we were a little intimidated about staying in the heart of a big city. However, from start to finish we had a wonderful time! The condo was easy to find and located next to a ton of restaurants, bars, markets, museums parks… I could go on but there was so much to do we couldn’t fit it all in during our 3 night stay. The property was clean, beautiful, safe and private. As for the host, Karil, he was fantastic as well. He contacted us with very thorough instructions prior to our arrival, as well as a litany of suggestions for places to eat and things to do. I would stay at a property owned by Karil again without hesitation. I cannot recommend this airbnb enough! 5+ stars and we would love to stay here again if we are ever back in San Jose!

Everything was great

Barrio Escalante is our favorite neighborhood of San Jose - it is safe, walkable and has a ton of great restaurants and coffee shops. URBN is our favorite place to stay in Escalante. We have stayed there over 30 times. Jorge & Allan’s place is our new favorite apartment in URBN. They have made some great upgrades, including new flooring, an upgrade of the shower, new sturdy towel racks and the bed/ mattress is super comfortable. Their place is also very well equipped. They are great, responsive hosts. Parking is included, which is not true of many places in URBN. Definitely 5*!

Nuestra estadía en este Airbnb fue increíble. La ubicación es muy accesible, con una vista espectacular desde el piso 18. La cocina es de las más equipadas que hemos encontrado, lo que nos permitió preparar un desayuno muy completo. Además, el pequeño supermercado al lado hizo que todo fuera aún más conveniente. La limpieza impecable, la piscina preciosa y desde ahí vimos un atardecer impresionante. La cama es súper cómoda y la decoración muy acogedora. El check-in fue fácil y tuvimos flexibilidad para un late check-out. En general, una buena experiencia con comunicación muy fluida, recomendado. 😊
