Laura’s place was beautiful. So inviting, warm and cozy. And for those like me that always seem to forget something, it’s most likely there. All the little extras are such a sweet touch. I had specifically chosen an air bnb with a fenced yard as I was traveling with my dog. Even tho Mother Nature decided to blow down a part of the fence she had it completely secured until it can be fixed. You can easily tell the extra effort she puts in to making certain things are as they should be and her visitors are happy. We loved it and planning to stay again when we go back in May if available.

Beautiful area, private location with a large porch. The house was built in the 1970s and has that feel to it.

We had a great time! Lake access for Lake of the Arbuckles is less than five minutes, and Turner Falls was an easy 10-12 minute drive if that. Beds were comfy, firepit was great and we had plenty of space for our family meet-up and to recharge. Thanks for a great getaway!

We were traveling through so our stay was just an over nighter. The home was big and spacious and comfy for us! I can see why people book this home for long periods of time! We really enjoyed looking at all the books and gathering in the living room to watch a movie. We enjoyed our stay very much!

A Perfect Anniversary Getaway at Powell's Cabin! We have visited Powell's Cabin many times, and it never disappoints! This cozy retreat is always our go-to spot for a relaxing escape. My husband and I recently spent our anniversary here, and it was simply wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The cabin is beautifully maintained, with all the amenities you could ask for. The serene surroundings provide the perfect backdrop for a peaceful getaway. We loved spending our evenings by the fireplace, enjoying the tranquility and each other's company. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that our stay was perfect in every way. They truly go above and beyond to make your experience special. If you're looking for a romantic getaway or just a peaceful retreat in nature, Powell's Cabin is the place to be. We can't wait for our next visit!

We had an amazing stay and absolutely loved the house! Valerie was a fantastic host, ensuring that both we and our dogs had a peaceful and relaxing experience. We especially appreciated the pet-friendly amenities, including the dog bed, treats, and toys. It truly made our stay feel welcoming and comfortable!

This home was very nice! I was looking to visit Turner Falls and the prices for a cabin were more or about the same price as this home so I decided to rent the home. The city of Davis has plenty of activities to do and the cabin is located in a nice central spot. The inside was clean! And very kid friendly! We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit outside! The host was accommodating and sent suggestions for local activities happening in the town…. I have no complaints!

these cabins were amazing, beautiful, and a pleasurable stay. The owner was super enjoyable to communicate with, and replied in a very timely manner. The cabins are a little closer to each other than the pictures portray, but it wasn't a huge deal for us, and would be a plus side for people who enjoy visiting others in the other cabins. overall a nice experience, and will be planning next year's trip with these cabins in mind. A bonus was a super nice playground for the kids, and a short trip to the local Walmart, McDonald's, a nice swimming point, and the national park. the bbq grill, the picnic table and the fire pit were a nice touch in the backyard, and the rocking chairs on the front porch were great for drinking coffee early in the morning and soaking up the Oklahoma air. The kitchen was also very well furnished and a huge help for our family on our 4 day stay.

If you are looking for peace and serenity in the country, then this is the place for you. This is a great location for a pet friendly and family friendly stay. Lots of room, great views of the property, close to Lake Murray, and quiet!
