We were very happy with the property! Very peaceful and relaxing. We brought our pontoon and we're able to dock it right at our place, after launching nearby. We absolutely loved being right on the water and enjoyed some time in New Bern as well. Thank you for a great stay!

Everything was great. Very peaceful. Would be nice to have a grill for cooking outside and not in the house all the time. Would definitely stay again

“Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommend!” I had an amazing stay at this home. The linens were clean and fresh, and the house was spotless throughout. The location was perfect—just a short distance from Highway 70 and local fast-food restaurants. The surrounding area was peaceful and quiet, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The house was equipped with three large, mounted smart TVs, providing plenty of entertainment options. The back patio was private and quiet, with comfortable seating to relax outdoors. Parking was conveniently close to the entrance, and I felt safe during my entire stay. This place exceeded my expectations, and I definitely plan to stay here again the next time I visit home. Highly recommended!

The home owners are absolutely amazing!!!! The home is beautiful and spacious. Every problem that we had was taken care of by the home owners immediately. I could not have asked for anything more from them. Evolve was a different story. I reached out to Evolve through text, phone calls and emails through Airbnb and Evolve messaging system. At no time we're any of my questions answered back. I would never use Evolve again!!!!

Nice big place close to the beach

Loved the place. It was so cute and felt like home. Everything was clean the people that actually own the house. He was very nice when I needed something. He did not hesitate to text me back or call me to give me instructions what I needed. The only thing I would say is needs a little bit more pots and pans. would love to stay there again when I come back up to visit.

What an amazing place, a hit with everyone in our group, which included four families (with two kids in each). Great walking access to the beach (with a picturesque walkway) and closely located to grocery store and dining options. The house is beautiful and the layout was super conducive to families with kids at different ages. Loved being able to send the kids to hang out in the bunk room to get some much needed grown up time. Already talking about booking again next year, would strongly recommend!

Overall the condo was exactly as listed. The owner was available by phone to help us navigate the TV, make local recommendations for dining and quick to respond. It was nice to stay somewhere that actually has recycling facilities available as well.
