This is a great place to stay and relax. Tim was very responsive and proactive. We were checking in the day after a bad snow storm and he contacted us right away to let us know how the roads were and what to expect. Since it was snowy and cold, we did not get to use the amenities. But the house is located right next to the kayak launch area and it was a very short drive to the pool/club house. We come to this area often and will definitely be staying here again!

The Cottage at Week’s Farm is lovely and feels like home. This was our third visit and we so enjoy the property. Tonya is a wonderful host and the cottage is quaint and comfortable. The location is easy access to Emerald Isle and Beaufort. Groceries are close by.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Attractive furnishings and decor, the cottage was roomy, a good amount of space for two couples. Kitchen was fairly well equipped, beds were comfortable, and we had most everything we needed. Melinda was responsive in answering our questions and accommodated our last minute request to extend our stay a night. Took advantage of the community pickleball courts, a short walk from the cottage. It was a great stay!

This house is beautiful!! I stayed by myself for my birthday trip and it was 100% worth it. Amazing views, and honestly after staying here I would consider moving to morehead! I love the area, everything is so close, and the beach is right there!! I went to the aquarium and a couple of stores around there. Also went to the oyster bar for oysters of course, my favorite!! All around good trip, I will say the road to get to the house is FULL of potholes, I thought I was in the wrong place at first. Just keep following the road and it’s right there, just beware of the invisible speed bumps haha. Also the shower in the hallway the door doesn’t stay shut so just a heads up, it kept bothering me so I just used the other shower.. but Thankyou so much for letting me stay, you will proably be seeing me again this year!!

We are very glad to have stayed at Donna and Barry's place while visiting Swansboro. Their cottage was very clean and has a great layout and design. It is cute and cozy, equipped for cooking, furnished for comfort, and in an expansive setting for relaxing. The front porch and big open lawn surrounded by tall pine trees was a pleasure to breath in every morning. Our hosts are friendly and generous, and Andy the dog is a joy. We had a fun time exploring the area and fishing the water channels, including Bogue Banks and the Neuse River, and even New Bern.

Drew thank you, house was just as advertised and it was very clean. I frequently visit new Bern but now with our growing family I needed a place to stay. So happy I found this place since it’s right down the road from my sister. Place was clean, quiet and had all the amenities and accessories I could want. Great coffee machine, clean hot tub and a peaceful place to sleep. TVs in every room were a huge plus too

Loved the house on the water. Waking up and walking out and watching the sunrise was awesome. The sunset was just as nice but a little obstructed by trees. The house was fantastic. 3 beds and two full bath made it very easy for us to stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed to cook anything at home! Pet friendly and my dogs loved the covered porch looking over the water! Ac and heat worked great and was very comfortable. I would go back.

Awesome place, very beautiful and clean. We had a slight problem checking in and it was resolved in less than 5 minutes! Very impressive! 5 stars all around, highly recommend!

Very welcoming hosts, clean comfortable accommodations. A very private secluded quiet space - perfect for me & my fiancé. A very lovely area on the waterfront that provided a great escape for us. Close proximity to downtown Beaufort and the ferry services to outer islands. A great place to stay & play for a couple looking for a quiet escape from the daily grind. The owners live there on the property but we never saw or even heard them - yet Susan was very responsive to us if we needed anything. Super friendly and respectful. 5 Star service & accommodations! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Nice getaway for the weekend traveling with our doggies. It was a last minute trip, to attend the annual Harkers Island Decoy Festival. Apartment was clean and peaceful. We would stay again.

Beautiful and quiet area. Host and front desk were super friendly and helpful.

Sarah was a great host and my wife and I enjoyed ourselves. If we get back to this area again, we wouldn't mind staying again at her facility.

This place was very nice, my family and I stayed about three weeks. Everything is as advertised. Well decorated, spacious and comfortable. Mike was a good host and would highly recommend staying here especially in the summer months.

This place was perfect for our family weekend getaway. The place was spotless when we got there, cleaner than most hotels we’ve stayed at lately.. The location was perfect with lots to do around in Atlantic beach, Beaufort, Morehead City, and Emerald Isle. The beach was such a short easy walk away. Teresa & Ted were great host, very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend to stay here, will definitely stay here again!

Jennifer is absolutely amazing and kind! She makes you feel right at home. Her home is a prefect place to stay. The home is very private and restaurants are close by. The beach is only a 20 minute drive away. The pool is another plus to make for an even more fun and relaxing stay. This was our second stay and was even better this time around!

We celebrated my daughter’s 1st birthday with a week long stay at the beach. The unit had great oceanfront views and was perfect for our family of 4.

This cabin was so nice! We like to travel with our dog, but often times, pet friendly accommodations still smell like other pets, and this cabin did not! It was very clean, cozy and private! I highly recommend staying here!

The Cabin was amazing and had a beautiful view in the backyard. Liz was wonderful and communicated very well. Our group was satisfied with the overall experience. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a weekend getaway with a great view!

We enjoyed our stay at Rebecca’s place! We only stayed for a night but it was perfect. Very peaceful and relaxing! It was my first time camping and I’m so glad we picked this place! Will definitely visit again! The bed is also very comfy. This place is for true nature lovers. We had a lizard chilling with us for a little bit till he ran away! I really enjoyed it! Can’t wait to come again. It is also true to description. Was cold at night but there is a small heater but I also did go in the winter so that definitely was expected. Great place and very comfortable!

The place was amazing and Nola was such a great host. She was very quick to respond and she had an amazing house.

For anyone looking for a Clean, Great place to stay with a A class host this is definitely where you want to be! Cabin was Spotless and felt like home! I’m in town for work and had the weekend off and decided to stay here and I do not regret it a bit!

We stayed at the cabin with our two 50-pound pups for two nights. There are two other cabins on the property and though they are close, we didn't mind the company. Our cabin was *just* enough space for us. We appreciated that the cabin was clean and well appointed...and even had a few decorations for the holidays that made it feel festive! The location felt off the beaten path but was still convenient to all we needed to do in New Bern. Though the dogs would have appreciated a fenced-in area to really stretch their legs, the cabin grounds were clean and full of interesting sniffs. :) They really loved going for walks at Latham-Whitehurst Nature Park, which was a short drive across the highway. "Evolve" is a company, not a host, so communications were automated, but helpful enough to get us in and out without any issues. The pet fee referred to in the instructions was included with the AirBnb fees, so we paid no extra. All in all, a comfortable and easy stay in New Bern!
