The house was absolutely as charming as the photos depicted, with a spacious kitchen, luxurious upstairs bathroom, and comfy living area. We stayed through a bit of a cold spell and the place stayed nice and cozy. The hosts were responsive to any questions and made sure to reach out ahead of time if there was any information I needed (like garbage day). The house is also located a short walk away from the center of Victoria, so it was always easy to drop out for a quick cup of coffee or bite to eat.

We enjoyed our stay. It’s a good space for a larger group. While it’s in Excelsior, a very nice lake town, it’s not very walkable as it is sitting on a busy highway with no sidewalks.

I recently stayed at an Airbnb in Excelsior, and it was a fantastic experience. The location couldn't have been better, with the property situated just a short walk from the downtown area, full of great restaurants. Being so close to Lake Minnetonka was a real highlight—it's perfect for walks, boating, or just enjoying the views. The host was very welcoming and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a homey feel. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy all that Excelsior and Lake Minnetonka have to offer.

Great stay near the Twin Cities for a large group! Plenty of space, great outdoor area right on the lake. Would recommend for large summer gatherings!

It was TRANQUIL and I loved that it backs right up to Minnewashta Park that has many trails to hike down to the lake. The beds and linens were very comfortable and we slept well in the quiet solitude. There was plenty of space both indoors and outdoors for little ones to play. The outside propane grill worked well and we BBQed most our meals using it. It is well maintained with clean new carpets. We really appreciated that Sabrina was kind enough to supply some toys and play kitchen for the children. They loved the bunk beds and made forts with the extra blankets. Having a washer/dryer in unit is a big plus when you are staying more than a week, especially with little ones.

Kelley’s home was very beautiful and clean. The home suited our needs extremely well with it not being to far from where I was working. In a nice quiet little area I might add as well.

This was our second time renting this house and it did not disappoint! We were in town for a funeral and Stacy was nice enough to allow us to have our extended family over after the funeral. The space was perfect for our group, indoor and outdoor.

This is my third time staying at this apartment and it is as wonderful as I remembered. The apartment is lovely and they provide all the amenities you would need. It is in a great neighborhood in Minneapolis and very close to everything.

Very flexible and great communication. Highly suggest for students who are rotating at the VA hospital.

I enjoyed my time staying at Zina and John’s unit. It is conveniently located near the Minneapolis Institute of Art and a bus station which allows great flexibility to use public transit to get around the city. The unit itself is spacious with a kitchen area. The bed was comfy and there is no noise at night. The lamp and a desk also fits my need to work during the stay. Thank you so much! This is truly a memorable trip for me! Will recommend to other travelers! I look forward to my next adventure in Minneapolis!

Our stay was great. Everything was very clean and welcoming. Easy to get to and close to the venue we were going to. Sara gave us some great food recommendations. She is very responsive to any questions we had before we got there. All in all, a great cozy space. Thanks Sara for a great stay.

This was our family's second stay at Martha's home, and once again, it did not disappoint. In fact, this is my favorite AirBnB in Minneapolis, a wonderful home away from home while visiting our daughter. We find it to be so comfortable, spacious and light. The location is super convenient...close to it all, yet tucked away in a beautiful, peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Great proximity to walk Lake of the Isles, Walker Art Center, Loring Park, downtown, grocery, coffee shops, etc. Martha is a friendly and communicative host. Easy dedicated parking and access. Highly recommended!

Andy's place was a great location. So many restaurants within walking distance. The lakes are also within walking distance. The furnishing and decor of the home made it very comfortable. We stayed for a week felt that everything we needed was available. The guide books and guest book with their recommendations were nice helpful to get ideas of options in the area. The dome in the yard was cool. It rained on one of the days and it was nice to be outside and be covered from the rain. There is a wood stove in the dome to keep you warm. Overall a very comfortable, stylish and nice place to stay. I'd definitely come back if I was in MN again.

We had an amazing time here. It felt so much like a cozy home, and the special touches and generous amenities made us feel like cherished guests. The whole home was so well stocked that as soon as we noticed we needed something, there it was. The forethought that went into setting up for guests was truly impressive. I can't say enough good things about the neighborhood. The house is located on a quiet street within easy walking distance of numerous restaurants, coffee shops, stores, and a lovely grocery store. My sister and I came here for our first work retreat together. The bar has been set very high for future retreats!

Seana was an excellent, responsive host, and her place is cozy, clean, and comfortable. The location is ideal— right by several quality restaurants and near the lake— and the apartment is well equipped with tea, coffee, and a great spot by the window where you can enjoy them in the morning.

If I could give ten stars, I would. This was the best AirBNB I’ve ever booked. Incredibly friendly and responsive owner, beautiful house in a perfect location. The house was spotless and welcoming, beds are so cozy and comfortable. Walkable to the lakes and plenty of local shops and restaurants. Quiet street in a charming neighborhood. My local friends were so impressed with this house they’ve saved it to recommend to all their out of town visitors. Can’t wait to come back!

Came to town to check out a concert at the Uptown Theatre. This spot was a 10 minute walk away from venue. The neighborhood also is full of diverse cafes and restaurants. Would def recommend this spot 👍

Was needing to be close to University of Minnesota for campus visits and tours. Was a quick drive across the bridge, but we also chose to walk to campus a few times since the weather was nice. It was an easy 15-20 minute walk. Great Coop grocery store just a block away and nice walking paths and quiet neighborhoods around. House has a historic vibe with all the necessary amenities.

The Snug was a wonderful, cozy oasis; we absolutely loved it - one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed in! It's central location in town, 2 blocks from the Carleton campus and across the street from Reunion (great place for a casual meal and drinks) made it the perfect spot for our college visit. The Snug is beautifully decorated and appointed with so many thoughtful things that made us feel welcome - definitely a 10/10! We look forward to returning soon.
