What a great house! The house is new, fresh, has character, and was exactly as described. Emily has the home extremely well stocked with everything needed for coffee in the mornings, cooking at home, toiletries, even toys for kids. Emily was communicative and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in was a breeze as well. Would highly recommended!

This house was perfectly located for us to visit colleges with our son in the Research Triangle - 20 to 30 min drive tops to each university!! The home was well-appointed, clutter free and very peaceful. We loved spending our mornings reading and sipping coffee on the back screened porch. Highly recommend the restaurant KoKyu - amazing Asian fusion just an 8-min walk from the house!!

The host was very responsive and flexible with our check-in time. The home is very comfortable loaded with amenities to make our stay relaxing!

My family loved their stay here! Truly an amazing location in walking distance to many restaurants, bars, the Durham farmers market, and parks. The backyard is lovely and a great place to hangout on a warm day. Highly recommended!

My family absolutely loved our stay at Mary’s place! We were there four 4 nights and we felt completely at home. The neighborhood was lovely and peaceful. Everything we needed was available. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely recommend Mary’s place!

I highly recommend staying here! It’s a clean, well-decorated home that has great amenities in a peaceful neighborhood. We had a great “staycation” and would definitely stay again. Umer and Sehar are great hosts and made the house feel like home.

Loved this place! We were only here for a night but it was perfect for our stay-- very spacious and a great location.

We took my daughter and some friends for her 16th Birthday. They loved the house. It was so spacious and very clean. They loved the room with the 2 sets of bunk beds.

Velina was a fabulous host! We came to NC for a last minute weekend trip & it was the perfect amount of space for 2 people and a dog! Velina is a great communicator and gave clear check-in directions & tons of local recommendations. Location is close to both UNC campus and carrboro. Very quiet area.

We have stayed here multiple times and it’s always very clean and comfortable. We had a few issues in the beginning but Peidi is quick to respond and take care of them. Beautiful place. We would definitely stay here again

Loved staying at Bryan’s place! Great location in a terrific neighborhood. Bryan provided everything needed for a few night’s stay. He was very communicative and helpful. I would stay here again when visiting Durham.

Our stay at Emily's place was great! She was extremely responsive to all our questions. The location is very walkable to Duke's East Campus, which was very convenient for us. The place is clean and has everything we needed for a peaceful stay.

Location was perfect, very close to many good restaurants, bars and cafes. The apartment was very spacious and very nice - super clean and everything felt brand new. Lucy communicated very well and was very nice. Would highly recommend for staying in Durham

I spent about 8 weeks at this place and was very satisfied with its location, peaceful neighborhood, size and facilities. The unit is spacious and has everything needed for daily life. It's also very convenient to grocery stores, easy access to highways and a very enjoyable drive through the forest to Duke University. Kathryn is warm-hearted, very friendly and willing to help whenever needed. Highly recommended.

My friend and I enjoyed our stay very much. We saw a show at DPAC, which was very close by, and then after check in were able to walk to local restaurants and bars. Antonio's place was spacious and in a great location- perfect for our needs.

Full disclosure: I am familiar with the general location. The unit was as advertised, with check-in a real breeze. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and responsive to any inquiries or requests I made. The neighborhood is very walkable, and this unit is set back from Daniels Street and far enough away from Oberlin Road & Wade Avenue such that you don't hear any street noise inside. There are bike lanes galore in this part of Raleigh. The Village District is less than a 5-minute walk and has multiple restaurants, shops, and even a fitness facility that will sell you a pass. (The Y is pretty close by, too.) This is a first floor unit, so you will hear footsteps when the tenant above is home (nothing out of the ordinary noise wise though). Also, if you like to cook a lot you may want to bring your own pots and such. (The unit has the basics covered nicely.) This unit is a real gem & a great value! I enjoyed staying here President's Day week. Thanks, Bob & Hal!

This was a beautiful place!!! Cleanliness is a BIG deal to me and this place was practically spotless! Huge shower/tub, huge tvs, beautiful bedroom and living room and free of clutter. They also provided extras like soap, floss, qtips. A plus was it’s a gated community!!! I felt very safe at night and my kids and I walked to several restaurants with no issue! There is even a Publix in walking distance. Neighborhood is very quiet and safe which was also important to me and even the neighbors were friendly as I had to ask a few some questions The only thing was the shower head is too far up. I’m very short so it was hard to get and the angle allows water to come out the back all on the floor . Also even with pictures it still took me awhile to find the keys - it’s a black pouch and not a box and it was tucked behind the drain pole which was hard to see… but I get it’s for privacy. Otherwise this is a 10/10 spot !!!! I will definitely stay again if I come back to Raleigh !!! ☺️

The condo was perfect for our stay and is located is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The Village District is within walking distance which was very convenient. Michael's communication was on point and I would definitely reserve the condo again!

Marcia's place matched the photos perfectly and was very clean. It's in a great location that's walkable to downtown Durham. The unit itself is in a quiet part of the complex and includes a clicker so you can drive into the gated part of the parking lot. On our second to last day, a nearby car accident took out the power, and Marcia was proactive in letting us know when the power was estimated to come back on. One note to consider: the shower head is handheld and so in theory would work for anyone, but in the mount, it's only high enough for someone about 5'7" to use it hands free. Overall, we really enjoyed Marcia's place. We would stay there again without hesitation and recommend it to anyone considering it.

We enjoyed our stay while visiting our family and attending NCAA basketball games! Great location for restaurants! Catherine’s place is well stocked with coffee/teas, paper products, and cleaning supplies. The home is nicely decorated and bedding is very comfortable. It’s very clean. We did have trouble finding our parking spot and contacted Catherine. She helped us out however I realized she sent explicit directions and pictures in her welcoming emails explaining this. If we would have just taken the time to read everything she sent. We did have trouble using the lock on the front door, even wiggling and giggling the door, so had to come/go using the locked back door. I shared this with Catherine and she shared that it can be finicky. Overall, for the proximity of restaurants and downtown, the rental was a good value.
