I did enjoy the home because it was exactly as described. The place looked exactly like the pictures! I loved the organization of everything and it felt very welcoming. It was noticeable there was thought put into into the decoration and organization of the entire place which I enjoyed.

Kimberly’s place was beautiful! We wanted a place to relax for a few days and it’s exactly what we were able to do. The communication was great. We would definitely recommend Kimberly’s place and would definitely love to stay again in the future!

Wonderful amenities, very easy to get to and private and very comfortable. Had everything we needed. Super cute apartment. Me and my wife stayed for a week and had an amazing time.

I cannot say enough about this place. I loved staying here and would 1000% stay again. Everything was spotless, the view was amazing, I’ve never been more relaxed and at peace. They have everything you could need,everything was thoughtfully put together. If I could give it 10 stars I would.

The house was great. Everything was clean and great place to hang out with family and friends. Neighborhood was calm and Many things to do in San Diego so this spot was perfect for us.

Pahlevon was an excellent host. The house is perfect and comfortable. Evening sunsets from the backyard were amazing!! This was a great place to stay and I would recommend to anyone!

This is a fantastic AirBnB! We really enjoyed our stay at Richardo and Irel’s place! There are so many thoughtful touches that culminate for a really enjoyable stay. We appreciated the comfy bed, bathrobes and plants throughout the house, as well as the well designed outdoor spaces with fun and functional spaces for both kids and adults. The house is very tidy and clean throughout and the hosts are very responsive and helpful, this has been one of our best AirBnB experiences and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again or recommend to any friends or family! Be mindful of traffic patterns as downtown destinations are too far from the house, but trips up to towns on the beach (Del Mar, Encinitas, etc) can be absolutely brutal in traffic!

I’ve stayed at a few Airbnbs over the years, and Emilia’s is in the top ten of places I’ve stayed. It’s was clean, private and secure. Great Job Emilia thanks for the hospitality 🙂

This home was perfect for our intergenerational family gathering. There was space (and enough bathrooms) to accommodate all of us without being in each other's way but also being able to gather in our larger family group when needed. The location with views of the mountains was relaxing and reenergizing for the holiday with family members coming from all over. Although there were various spaces throughout the house, the kitchen area was a definite gathering space and accommodated well for people to be together and doing different things: cooking and preparing a meal, sitting and chatting, working on a laptop, reading in the family room not too far away. I appreciated the communication prior, throughout, and after our stay.

Great location where you can walk to restaurants, bars, coffee, delicious seafood. Inside is really well appointed. Exterior is a little rough but that’s also bc it’s right on the ocean. Great views watching surfers, etc. Bedrooms are a little odd. Really only one master bedroom in the main house. The 3 other rooms are all connected..and if you want to access them from the living room, you have to walk through each individual room. Two bedrooms detached from main house. Overall it fit out needs and had some great outdoor space to hang. Owners/management company were accommodating and very communicative which was appreciated. Overall great stay.

This was a great place to celebrate our birthdays with friends for the weekend. It was homey and had plenty of activities (the pool table was quite a hit with our group). The hot tub didn't really heat up until about halfway through our stay, and the bed sizes weren't quite accurate, but overall this was a fantastic home. We would certainly come visit again!

This home exceeded all my expectations! Everything was perfect for a group - from plentiful towels and outlets, lots of seating, VERY clean and super cozy! - This house is so beautifully decorated, and the backyard is amazing! Just the perfect place to be with family and friends. Sebastien provided very detailed and clear instructions, was very responsive and friendly. I will definitely come back for my future family stays!

We recently enjoyed a one-day stay at this property, and it was a wonderful experience for our entire family. The place offers plenty of space, making it perfect for large gatherings. We especially appreciated the outdoor grill, which allowed us to cook some delicious carne asada. In addition to the great cooking facilities, we had a blast using the pool and jacuzzi. The amenities were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was both relaxing and fun. We highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a spacious and enjoyable retreat with family.

This place looks even BETTER than the pics. The pool is amazing, the rooms are gorgeous and spacious, and the location is the perfect distance from the city, far enough to not be crowded but close enough to head in for lunch. Would DEFINITELY return.

Sheila’s beautiful villa was absolutely what we needed after a long exhausting day with two toddlers at Legoland. We had stayed at a residence before here so we knew the layout and amenities more or less. It’s exactly what we expected and more. The beautiful pools (with a baby friendly pool), the kids club, the beautiful views, the delicious on-site restaurants, complimentary fruit-infused water, the adorable stuffed animal seals for the kids, and more. We loved that the kids could stay in the living room. Sheila had provided two cribs that were already set up prior to our arrival. The check-in was super smooth! We communicated for days before our arrival and we felt really happy with everything!!! We loved the amenities and after Legoland, we needed a bit of luxury and rest for ourselves. Thank you again for letting us stay in your lovely villa.

Dear Holly, We would like to thank you for the most amazing and wonderful place for us to stay as our house is being repaired. It was a delightful and great experience for us. The two full months have flown by. We highly recommend this Home from the beautiful Gardens to the great pool and the out door barbecue. Once you are indoors there is everything anyone would need to entertain with crystal , china pot, Pans and most anything you might need . The decor is eclectic and interestingly lovely. The views are fabulous from any window you look out from! Needless to say we loved it and thank you for a wonderful two months!

We had a great three-night stay at this A-frame cabin outside of Julian. An unexpected snowstorm made for a fun and memorable experience, giving us the chance to go sledding right on the property. The wildlife—wild turkeys and deer—added to the charm, and the cabin felt private while still being a short drive from town. The hosts were extremely accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. With board games, video games, music options (including a record player) and a hot tub, we had plenty to keep us entertained. If you have been interested in staying up near Julian, my family would highly recommend this comfy retreat.

This is the real deal... As a guest you will normally walk into a confusing situation but Jason's attention to the simple things "Labels" helped us immediately become comfortable with our surroundings. The property was very private and the enclose that Jason setup allowed our dog run free without any stress to us. If you're looking to disconnect this is the place.

Lydia was a very responsive host and was really easy to communicate with. We were a little skeptical because we knew we would be staying on the property where she lived with her family and were worried about privacy but the cabin is very private and although we naturally bumped into Lydia and her husband a few times, they did not spend any time out their back yard (where the cabin is located) for the duration of our stay so we had the place and the yard pretty much to ourselves which was great. We didn't realize how far away we would be from shops and restaurants. It is about a 20 minute walk to the nearby town so we did spend a lot of money on ubers but that was our own fault for not doing our research beforehand. Overall Lydias place is very clean and had everything we needed for our stay, she even had some stuff in the fridge and cleaning products which was really convenient. Thank you Lydia for a lovely stay.

We booked our one night stay last minute and it was perfect. The cabin was exactly as advertised and even exceeded our expectations. It was quiet with amazing views and the hot tub was fantastic. Plenty of space. Incredibly clean and gorgeously decorated. Everything we needed. Would definitely book again for a quick and peaceful getaway!

What an amazing experience! We hope Rick will be gracious enough to host us again in the future. Into The Woods was just the place to escape and really enjoy a romantic getaway in the extremely peaceful surroundings of the forest. The jacuzzi under the stars was an incredible experience in itself! The veiws from the deck and house are stunning at all times of day and a must to enjoy morning, noon and night! We really loved that the house was so well stocked with dishes, utensils, extra blankets, towls and all of the comforts of home. What a fabulous little getaway! The bed was really nice, small and cozy, but secluded. It was a wonderful place to stay. Make sure you read the instructions about the Flue on the fireplace if you use it! I didn't (typical dude and after watching my fire go out almost instantly, only then did I read the instructions and find the flue handle so that the fireplace could breath. Bring a hatchet/axe if you plan to use the fireplace. I would stay here again 100%!

We were so blessed to stay at Patricia's place! The perfect weekend anniversary getaway. Beautiful views, so close to town but felt remote. Equipped with cozy wood burning stove, clean bathroom, cozy beds, and we even saw some deer walking through the property. The views from the front room are BEAUTIFUL! We would absolutely stay again. It felt like a "home away from home." Patricia was so easy to get a hold of and the check in process was a breeze. Highly recommend :)
