Casale Monferrato : locations de maisons de vacances

Notre séjour a été merveilleux. C’est un coin d’Italie peu connu avec une nature exceptionnelle. Des petits villages perchés sur des collines recèlent des merveilles d’architecture et de peinture. Le vin et la gastronomie sont très bons. Le logement permet de venir en groupe assez important, il y a beaucoup de couchage. Anna et sa petite famille sont adorables et le lieu très agréable. Nous avons été enchantés de nos vacances.

Ein schönes Haus mit viel Platz und Aussicht ins Grüne... Die offene Scheune hat uns auch bei regnerischem Wetter ermöglicht, draussen zu essen. Viele (Tiger-) Mücken, auch noch im Oktober, man sollte sich entsprechend wappnen. Uns hat es sehr gefallen, auch wenn das Wetter nicht immer super war, und Nadia ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, sehr angenehm und hilfsbereit.

L’endroit parfait pour déconnecter au coeur de la campagne italienne. La maison a tout ce qu’il faut, la piscine est très agréable et Teresa et Angelo sont des hôtes très sympatiques et réactifs. Mention spéciale pour la Trattoria San Marco à côté : très bonne table et accueil chaleureux.

La casa, così come l’accoglienza, sono stati una vera e propria esperienza a cinque stelle. Ambiente pulitissimo, corrispondente alle foto, panorama pazzesco e host super. È stato un vero piacere Joanna, grazie.

Struttura davvero bellissima e ben tenuta. Un’ampia zona piscina con una vista splendida. La casa si compone di due strutture: il rustico ( con caminetto per grigliate e una sala con Ping pong/cucinino e cose utili ) e la casa principale con 3 bagni, una grande sala, una cucina a vista sul tavolo e sulla vetrata che dà sul giardino, camere grandi e spaziose, 3 bagni di cui uno grande. Pulizia ottima, accoglienza molto bella e calorosa: è difficile trovarsi male a Ca’ d’Ros!

Our stay in this Airbnb was lovely!! The house and garden and the views from the terrace are beautiful, it is quiet and peaceful. A wonderful place to visit the area from, we had a great time with our 2 year old daughter who was able to play in the house and the garden and swim every day in the swimming pool. It is very clean and everything is provided for; from time to time we had a lovely little “chat” (using our hands and feet and what little Italian we know 😋) with the (grand)mother who lives above the appartement. Definitely would recommend this to our family and friends!

I can’t say enough good things about our wonderful hostess, Giordana. She went out of our way to connect us with relatives in the town of Rocca d’Arazzo, and that made our visit to this small Piedmontese town absolutely amazing! Giordana’s beautiful home had plenty of space for our family to spread out and enjoy time together. We loved the private setting close to town and just 20 minutes away from the larger city of Asti. There were plenty of towels and linens and other amenities for us to enjoy during our stay. We will absolutely try to stay here again if we are able to make it make to Rocca d’Arazzo.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem antiken Häuschen, das seine bäuerliche Herkunft nicht verleugnet. Fabrizio hat mit Gestaltung und Einrichtung den rustikalen Stil trotz Modernisierung gut und originell bewahrt. Wunderbar ist der große, eingezäunte Garten, in dem wir und unser Hund sich sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Glanzpunkt war für uns der Pool, der groß genug ist für ein kleines Schwimmtraining. Morgendliches Highlight war für uns das Frühstück in der Bar del gatto, in der nicht nur der Cafè und die Brioche sehr lecker, sondern auch die Kontakte sehr nett waren. Die cassetta del melograno ist sehr geeignet für Menschen, die wie wir das ländliche Leben, Wanderungen/Spaziergänge, gutes Essen und Ruhe mögen und sich vom feuchten Klima des Piemont - auch wenn die Sonne scheint - nicht schrecken lassen. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

是真的给了满分的住宿，这是一家在乡间的民宿，去巴罗洛和巴巴莱斯科开车都很方便。超级大的房子，三个独立的房间两个卫生间，超大的客厅、休闲区及厨房，外面还有好大的花园，开车可以直接进入院子里停放，特别安全的感觉。 小镇上有餐厅和便利店，旁边山坡上都是葡萄树，这是为了朝圣葡萄酒才来的皮埃蒙特大区，这家民宿真的太意外了，好喜欢！！！房东还为我们准备了早餐的面包、饼干、牛奶和果汁，超级贴心的。

Una casa impeccabile e Serena ci ha accolto nel migliore dei modi. Super consigliato se si vuole visitare la zona.

Beautiful views! You feel like you are living in a painting. Italo was an amazing host and his wine is fantastic. So kind and generous!!! My family and I loved our stay and would happily return again. It was refreshing to have such a personal interaction with the host. It was a very special moment for my family that we will never forget.

Penso che non si possa chiedere di più. Accoglienza , precisione , ospitalità , generosità , attenzione ad ogni esigenza e dettaglio. Aldilà di molte parole , ad oggi è raro incontrare persone così: ti accolgono con il sorriso e ti fanno sentire a casa, e ciò non è assolutamente scontato. This is really the dream Italian house in the hills. I use Airbnb all around the world, for work and leisure and this is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Incredible home filled with everything you need to have the most relaxing holiday. Mart and Kaya are amazing hosts, they gave us great local recommendations and did everything to make our stay perfect. This is a big home with space for multiple families, positioned in the vineyards right in the heart of the Langhe region. We had the best stay, thankyou so much!

Daniela e Carlo sono due host meravigliosi, gentili, simpatici, accoglienti. Ci siamo sentite accolte come se fossimo di famiglia, tra abbracci, cortesie e la dolcezza infinita di entrambi. La location è spaziale, tranquillissima, una vera oasi di relax tra viti, cinquettii di uccellini e farfalle. La piscina è stupenda, grade e curatissima. Ma la vera chicca è la casa su tre livelli, da ogni stanza e ogni dettaglio traspare l'amore che vi è stato riversato nel metterla a posto: la cucina moderna e fornitissima fornisce tutti i comfort; le stanze hanno le vibes da casa in campagna, ma conservano un'eleganza unica grazie al mobilio elegante e la cura dei dettagli. Inutile dire che ci siamo innamorate tutte sia della casa che delle persone che la abitano, che in ogni momento del soggiorno ci hanno fatto sentire a casa, come parte della famiglia o amici di vecchia data. Consigliato vivamente, noi torneremo di sicuro!

Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und freundlich, die Location hat auch alles, was man sich vorstellen kann. Alles war mega sauber. Wir waren mit 2 Hunden unterwegs, also konnte ich gar nicht glauben, dass für jeden ein eigener Liegeplatz zur Verfügung stand, außerdem dürften die Hunde draußen an einem vom Zaun abgeschlossen Platz sich ohne Leine bewegen. Wir werden uns immer wieder für diese Location für den Urlaub im Piemont entscheiden.

This was one of the best apartments we have stayed in and we have stayed in many self contained apartments over the years. Marzia is absolutely wonderful, very helpful and accommodating. Everything and more was provided. It is an excellent place, lovely decorated and cozy, its super comfortable and very clean, home away from home. We found the apartment to be in a great location to visit lots of areas. We spend a week here and needed more, visited Milan, Turin, Ivrea, Aosta and into the mountains and so much more. A car is needed. We highly recommend the apartment.

Wij hadden een fantastisch verblijf bij Johanna. Het domein is prachtig en het zwembad is heerlijk! De woonkamer/keuken zijn heerlijk gekoeld door een erg goed werkende airco (niet onbelangrijk bij 35 graden). Alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig; Johanna had zelfs een babyzwembadje voor ons zoontje klaargezet. Johanna en haar man zijn erg vriendelijke mensen: discreet maar altijd klaar om tips te geven. Ook de communicatie met Johanna, zowel vooraf als tijdens ons verblijf, verliep heel goed: ze antwoordt sneller dan het licht :) De buurt is bovendien ook heerlijk: Incisa zelf is niet zo groot maar Nizza is vlakbij er daar is werkelijk alles: grote parkings, een voetgangerszone, veel fijne restaurants waar kinderen welkom zijn. Een echte aanrader!

Wir waren 7 Personen und das Haus bot den perfekten Platz dazu. Ein sehr grosser Umschwung der rundrum eingezäunt ist und der grosse Pool lädt zum schwimmen ein. Man hat absolute Privatsphäre und ist in 30 Minuten mit dem Auto in Asti. Die Matratzen dürften vielleicht mal ausgetauscht werden, aber ansonsten gibt es gar nichts zu meckern, im Gegenteil, können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Our Stay at Roberts House was amazing! We loved everything. The house is beautifully decorated and you can find anything that you might want and need, the kitchen is fully equipped and we loved cooking there as a family! The outdoor space and pool were amazing! You have a lot of space, you can relax in the sun or in the shade and have the possibilities to do all of these things. The pool is really spacious and it was even bigger than what we expected from the pictures! The beds were comfortable, you have an AC so it never gets too hot inside and we immediately felt at home! Maranzana is a quite place where you can really relax and you have all the privacy you want in this amazing house and its surroundings!

Marco’s house was very private and extremely clean. He has the beddings and towels professionally cleaned, which is a great touch. The location was perfect for what we were looking for. Marco is very responsive, friendly, and helpful. We would stay there again in the future.

We have absolutely adored our two weeks here. In the morning the way the sun comes into the kitchen for breakfast, the days spent outside reading in front of the most stunning view on the veranda, having lunch in the most perfect spot, and the evenings so warm and cosy by the fire. The house is decorated to perfection, it’s modern and classic, every thing is so beautiful and tasteful. The art makes it. We have felt totally at home here and we’re sad to part, but we are already dreaming of returning in the future.
