Alles van aankomst tot vertrek is heerlijk verlopen in dit prachtig gerenoveerde huis. We hebben genoten van het prachtige zwembad dat heerlijk verkoeling bracht tijdens de warmere dagen. Ideale uitvalbasis om bv Rome en Tivoli te bezoeken en achteraf tot rust te komen op het platteland. De tuin is hemels en biedt zoals de advertentie ook beschreef 100% privacy. Wij komen heel graag nog eens terug! Heel sympathieke gastheer en -vrouw Bedankt Alberto en Daniela voor jullie gastvrijheid!

Fantastic stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. Excellent location and the host was incredibly responsive. Highly recommend!

Bella villetta con ampio giardino, situata all'interno di un comprensorio nel quale si accede tramite un cancello comune. La zona è tranquilla e non si sentono i rumori del traffico. Al nostro arrivo era tutto pulito e in ordine come dichiarato nell'annuncio. Unica nota negativa è stata la mancanza di coperte per la notte, che sarebbero state utili perché purtroppo abbiamo avuto qualche giorno di cattivo tempo con relativo calo della temperatura. A parte questo siamo stati bene e ci torneremmo volentieri.

This place was incredibly unique. Beautiful property and house. We marveled at its design everyday we woke up in it. There was something new to notice everyday we were there. We had already explored Rome by this part of our trip and were exploring the surrounding area with a family who was staying close to the location we were at. It’s quiet, close to a food store and was within a short driving distance to a lot of things/places. It was a nice place to relax and forget about the hustle and bustle of Rome for a little. To top our visit, we really enjoyed the sunset from the patio on our last night.

Lovely place. The house was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped, fans in every room. Pretty much as described. The outside pool area was wonderful. Pool house with shower and toilet helpful. Covered dining area with fridge and barbecue was great. We (3 generations) spent most of our time there. Grounds well cared for and area well maintained. Thomas was friendly and helpful both before and during our stay. A great holiday. Thank you Thomas.

Stefano was always super helpful, we could not imagine a better place to stay and a better host, it was really nice everything!

Plenty of space, well-equipped kitchen, everything was clean, and the place was very close to local beaches, shopping and restaurants (just a few minutes drive to the nearest beach). The owners were very friendly and responsive to our questions.

Le Coin Perdu è un il posto perfetto per passare qualche giorno tranquillo nella campagna ciociara. La casa è pulita, ordinata e piena di tutti i comfort. È la casa in campagna perfetta. Tutto Impeccabile!

La vacanza, dal 12 al 27 agosto 2024 è stata davvero piacevole e comoda nella casa di Giuseppe e Monica, persone di una gentilezza e disponibilità uniche. La casa grandissima, molto pulita, ordinata e soprattutto fresca grazie ai condizionatori, ha soddisfatto le esigenze di 3 bambini e 3 adulti. Praticamente è stato come essere a casa propria ma con maggiori spazi a disposizione. La spiaggia e il mare pulitissimi, ma da raggiungere in pochi minuti di auto. Sicuramente se ritorneremo in zona Fondi per le vacanze, vorremmo alloggiare da Giuseppe e Monica

The villa is perfectly located just near the sea (3 min walk). It has three bedrooms , each of those equipped with air conditioners and bathroom. The interior inside is beautiful and comfortable, everyone has their own space and also there is a room for common time . There is everything one would need on the vacation . Our reception was very pleasant and the host and guest assistant have been available all the time should we need anything . Even being with a 2-year old child we have had enough space and rest! There is a magnificent garden, which not only beautiful but also has the spaces for common meals, rest and sunbathing. Everything is very thought through, so I would highly recommend the villa and hope we will come next year as well!

Rosalba and Claudia were punctual at the check-in as agreed and explained everything to us in detail in the house. Both of them are very friendly and communicated proactively with us. The house itself is very spacious with a beautiful garden. It exactly matches the pictures. Everything was very clean and tidy, we had no complaints. The rooms are large with comfortable beds. It is located outside of San Felice Circeo, and it takes about 1 hour to walk to the village. There are shopping facilities and restaurants nearby (about a 15-minute walk). The beach is also reachable on foot in about 15 minutes. The property is surrounded by a fence, making it private, and the area is very quiet.

Sono stato al Casone per la mia festa di laurea ed è stata la scelta migliore che potessi fare. Lorenzo si è dimostrato gentile e super disponibile nel venire incontro alle mie richieste. ottima ricettività per la personalizzazione del soggiorno quindi. Il casone poi offre tutto ciò che serve per organizzare tavolate numerose in quanto dispone di una cucina con stoviglie annesse che potrebbe servire un ristorante neanche tanto piccolo. decine di giochi da tavolo e un biliardino hanno animato la serata. pulizia impeccabile. tornerò di sicuro.

Abbiamo passato 3 giorni in questa splendida proprietà, la casa è meravigliosa e arredata con cura ed amore. Marco e Laura sono degli host fantastici, sempre disponibili e gentili. Consiglio vivamente a tutti di trascorrere del tempo in questo posto magico!

My husband and I booked this Vila to host our immediate family the week of our wedding and it was PERFECT! The property itself was beautiful and was large enough that 11 people could stay there but not feel on top of each other. They had plenty of great amenities to make your stay even more comfortable and their communication was impeccable. It was a 8 minute walk to the train station which was amazing! Taking the train an hour up to Rome was a breeze. However- and it’s not a bad thing more like a heads up. We rented a large SUV (jeep compass) and the driveway is very narrow and tight! So just be careful when getting to the top. Overall the stay was amazing and we will definitely go back.

The Airbnb was fantastic! We went as a family of 10 adults and there was more than enough room to accommodate us. Our host allowed us to check in a bit early as we arrived by train. I'd recommend a car though! We were greeted by Giulia, Ana, and Graziella, who were very gracious and sweet! They showed us the grounds and some rules as well as took us to the store to grab some food. We were very thankful for them! My mother mostly communicated with them as she knew the most Italian, and they helped us quite a bit. There were a few restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance as well! As for the Airbnb, there was so much to do! We had fun playing games, lounging, and playing by the beach. We were able to hold a cute ceremony and pictures with the 10 of us for my mom's Vow renewal, and they turned out so pretty! The showers were great as well! I only wish we stayed longer than 3 nights to fully enjoy everything! If you get the chance stay here!

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gefallen, besonders der Pool war wunderbar bei diesen heissen Tagen. Der Ort ist etwas abgelegen, daher würden wir empfehlen mit dem Auto zu kommen. Maurizio und die Nachbarn Augusto und Vincenzo waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Definitiv empfehlenswert.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida villa in due coppie e due bambini, purtroppo solo per 5 giorni. La villa é avvolta in un parco sconfinato e molto curato con una piscina meravigliosa ed un area esterna comodissima! L interno è molto spazioso Ma l’esterno è la parte più bella, ha anche un comodo barbecue in muratura utilissimo! I proprietari sempre disponibili e gentilissimi ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa, sempre disponibili e pronti a darci mille indicazioni! Grazie mille di tutto! Torneremo sicuramente!! Luca

Wir waren vor kurzem erst bei Luigia & es war ein wunderschöner Ort/Urlaub um vom stressigem Alltag zu Hause abschalten zu können! Die Unterkunft war unfassbar- es war sauber, wunderschön & Stilvoll eingerichtet und man hatte alles was man eben so braucht☺️ Der Haushund Gino, war ein unfassbar toller Hund, einer der schlausten den wir kennenlernen durften und er hat uns die Tage die wir in der Unterkunft geblieben sind oft versüßt! Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich ein perfekter Ort um abseits von vielen Touristen Urlaub zu machen und einfach zu genießen Danke für die schöne Zeit, wir kommen definitiv wieder 🤍

Giovanna and Riccardo are amazing hosts! Their house is simply gorgeous and huge! Filled with small decorative details and vintage items that give the entire space unique and cool atmosphere, and a home feeling! The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms are cute and share a bathroom, and the entire house is super comfortable and convenient for a family vacation! The pool is big and so much fun! The yard and its surrounding is huge, offering many hidden seating spots and ovens for a cook out. So you are welcome to swim, chill, tan, eat and relax outside. Giovanna gave us excellent tips and was always so responsive and welcoming. We had the perfect finish for our Italian vacation, so peaceful and relaxing stay..,the perfect place to stay just outside Rome.. thank you so much , can’t wait to return or to host you someday at our home in Tel Aviv. We LOVED our stay here!! Large and comfortable well-appointed house, with everything you could possibly need (washing machine and a lovely soaking tub!). Loved cooking in the kitchen and we did use the wonderful outdoor BBQ. Minutes drive from groceries and the hilltop village. Wonderful hosts welcomed us upon arrival, showed us everything and how things worked, and immediately responded to questions. Thank you for a wonderful relaxing quiet and peaceful stay! 10 stars and definitely recommend!!

Nous avons utilisé le logement de Serena dans un contexte particulier. En effet, c’était un point d’appui pour notre équipe qui participait à une épreuve sportive internationale. Nous avons pu y manger, les athlètes se reposer durant la journée. Le cadre est très sympa et la maison très bien entretenue. Serena est très sympa et réactive en cas de besoin. Je recommande Merci

Amelia e suo marito sono stati degli ospiti fantastici. La loro casa ha tutto il necessario, tra cui una cucina completamente attrezzata, ecc. Non abbiamo usato la piscina perché era bassa stagione, ma immagino che sarebbe una bella aggiunta alla proprietà! Grazie per il tempo che mi hai dedicato! We stayed for a couple of weeks and had a wonderful time. The view from the garden is fantastic and made us smile until the end. If you come here make sure to hike the Monte Orso, eat some Tielle in Gaeta, visit Sperlonga (!) and if you are into a sports challenge rent some bikes at "World Bike Formia". There were a couple of small things that need fixing in the house (missing doorhandles, leaking faucet...), but whenever something actually bothered us it was quickly fixed. Marco was very helpful and put a lot of effort into making sure that our stay would be a pleasent one :-)
