Casamicciola Terme : locations de vacances avec jacuzzi

We stayed three nights at Casa Vinaccia, and absolutely would have stayed longer if time permitted! The place is clean, yard / landscaping is beautiful, and the view of the ocean is amazing. We were able to park our rental car in a lot that is a short walk uphill from the Airbnb, Stefano and his father helped us transport luggage in a mini-truck. The hot tub with the ocean view feels luxurious, and they stocked the kitchen with coffee, snacks, and it is well equipped enough to make a decent meal. We were even greeted by Stefano’s cat Sophia every morning! The place is extremely quiet, private, and peaceful. Definitely try both restaurants just up the hill, L’Antico Scantinato and da Francesco, some of the best food we had on our long trip. Stefano and family are amazing hosts and even better people, they treated us like family. Grazie mille!

Andrea’s place was perfect! It’s right in the heart of the city but once you get into the building it’s very private and quiet. We had a great stay!

Rosanna was an amazing host She went out of her way and picked us up...although the address listed on this posting was incorrect. I did point this out so I hope she does correct it. Forio is a great location for Ischia. Close to Poseidon thermal baths, Mortella Gardens, Sant' Angelo and great restaurants. Would highly recommend!

This stay was beautiful. The road very near the villa is narrow so make sure your car is small and take it slow but it is so so worth it. Loved the hot tub at the end of the day and the hospitality was unmatched. Would stay again ❤️

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were sad we didn’t book a longer stay. The house was very peaceful, clean and comfortable. The house is a perfect location for day trips to Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi yet removed from crowds and noise. We arrived on a Sunday evening and didn’t realize the markets were closed and the hosts were kind enough to provide us with pasta, sauce, eggs, bread, vegetables and some drinks. We would love to visit again and stay longer. Oh yeah, the sheep and cats added to our enjoyment.

Die Kommunikation mit unserem Gastgeber Raffaele war sehr freundlich und ohne Wartezeiten, verbunden mit einer großen Hilfsbereitschaft und einem sehr guten Service. Die Wohnung bietet traumhafte Ausblicke und die Terrasse ist eine echte Wohlfühloase mit Blick auf Capri und dem Sonnenuntergang. Die Brandung ist je nach Wetterlage durchgängig sehr laut hörbar, was uns aber nie gestört hat. Zur Unterkunft führen sehr viele Treppen, sodass die Wohnung für gehbehinderte Menschen nur bedingt empfehlenswert ist. Für alle, die gerne kochen, ist der große Gasherd ein echtes Highlight.

Carlo and Emanuela make the beautiful setting even better and are very responsive and helpful hosts. The deck and views are outstanding and could be appreciated more in warmer weather. We needed a heater for the living area that Carlo promptly provided. The villa’s radiator heat cannot be turned on until November. The showers are awkward and there isn’t place for shampoo bottles, etc. I slept well but my wife found the mattress was too soft. The location is about 15-20 minutes from Sorrento on a good day. (It took an hour to get to a cooking class due to morning traffic). A taxi is about 50€ each way to/from Sorrento. A fairly steep path with stairs is about a 20 minute walk. Going back uphill is only for the hearty. We thoroughly enjoyed our host’s hospitality and they assisted greatly with food orders, transfers, directions, and knowledge of the area. We had a wonderful time in Priora and would come back.

This villa was 10x more stunning in real life than in the photos! It’s extremely quiet, private, and in a great location. The grocery store was very conveniently located, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make dinners and enjoy gorgeous sunsets every night. After a long trip, I usually am ready to get home, but I truly did not want to leave this place. Our hosts were quick to communicate, friendly, and professional. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Terrific place to stay!!!!! “Beautiful” is only a word until you experience this place-breathtaking 360 degree view- the home was clean and live in ready- Salvatore cared about every little thing and was very helpful in getting us to the right place everyday and helped find the best locations for food, beach, groceries etc- 100% satisfaction-!!!

Beautiful and private property! Ivan did an amazing job communicating with us to make sure we could find the airbnb and got our luggage there. It is a bit of a walk to the property from the main road but Ivan coordinated with our taxi driver so that we didn't have to walk for long with our luggage.

Spectacular, Wonderful, Amazing, Beautiful are just some of the words to describe Villa Claudia. The property is more beautiful than the pictures! The views from the property are so beautiful! It is peaceful, quiet and private. Claudia is a wonderful host and she provides many amenities. She gave good driving directions, we had a private driver from the airport and he had no trouble finding Villa Claudia. There is a trail behind the villa that leads to a quaint town, Claudia gave us some recommendations for restaurants, all of the restaurants we went to had delicious food. There are shops and a wonderful bakery. Claudia was great at communicating before and during our stay at the villa. We HIGHLY recommend Villa Claudia! We will stay there again if we come back to this area. Grazie mille Claudia for sharing your home!

Great place with incredible view. The walk up from parking space downhill was very easy, and at checkin and checkout Mario and Luigi handled the luggage and gave our family of five a ride.

This is a fantastic house with everything you could need for a large family. The hosts were super responsive to any questions we had. It’s a 30min walk to Sorrento or you can take trains easily. We took trains from piano to Naples, Pompeii and Herculaneum and it was easy to do. It was winter when we stayed but the pool would be fabulous in summer. House was warm and cosy for the winter months. Would definitely recommend.
