This is a gorgeous property with dead-drop amazing views on 3 sides over the sea and pines. Very comfortable beds. The kitchen is adequate but the stove was a bit dodgy (the owner knows and will have it looked at), so we ended up eating out - plenty of restaurants and three clubs etc. Suggest booking at the restaurants. It's out beyond Anson Bay, so a bit of a drive by island standards to get to the Kingston precinct, however, more than compensated for by the beautiful location. Anson Bay is very close by and it's not far to drive to the spectacular Captain Cook lookout. Town is only 10 minutes drive away. If self-catering, beware that there may not be much in the supermarket due to the irregularity of boats dependent on weather. We found the butcher opposite the airport has great meat and some fresh fruit and veg. Coffee and pastries at the patisserie next-door are the best. Enjoy!

We loved our stay at Whitewood Sea. Spotlessly clean, exactly how it was described and more than suited our requirements. Rebecca is a great host who checked in on us to make sure everything was fine. We had a car & phone for local bookings. There is a second house on the same block (behind Whitewood Sea) which you should be aware of, but the other guests were very quiet & respectful. Perfect place to stay if you are travelling with another family or two couples as you could book both houses. We loved the outlook over Phillip Island and the visiting rooster & hens! Highly recommend.

We had our reunion at The White House, 10 guests in total. Rael had the bedding situation sorted as there were 4 single ladies & 3 couples in the group. We felt immediately at home when we walked in the door. The dining table seated the 10 of us perfectly. It was such a relaxing place with an amazing view. Sunrise was another special treat. Rael personally greeted us & showed us how everything worked. We had plenty of dishwasher tablets & laundry detergent for our stay. All our needs were catered for. I would definitely recommend The White House especially with a group of 10.

This was our first visit to Norfolk Island. The house, it’s location and it’s facilities topped it off as a holiday of a lifetime. We were so comfortable. We Lit a fire every night, woke up to a view out to the pool, the Norfolk pines beyond and the ocean vista. Beautiful sunsets at night and walks along the cliffs gave our eyes the gift of the most stunning scenery. Our photos of this picturesque island will provide us some stunning memories. We highly recommend Pip as a host, the house as a wonderful comfortable place to stay in the perfect location. Pip met us at the airport with a rental car which come with the house and personally led us to our stay. A fridge stocked with a cheese platter, a bottle of wine and beer was a good start to our holiday. The pantry was stocked. We had nothing to want for. We can highly recommend. Whilst we did not use the pool it was lovely to look out over the pool to the pines and ocean whether sitting in the lounge or outside.

It was great to stay at Philly's. Walking distance to Emily bay and the golf course. Easy to get to town and other places with the car provided. It is very quiet and peaceful. Jerry (caretaker) and Diana are very helpful and pleasant to communicate with. We had several delays during cyclone Alfred, and Diana was very supportive and helpful during that time which was much appreciated.

We actually ended to stay in 2 bedroom apartment as we had a friend travelling with us. Debbie kindly changed our reservation. She also arranged a car hire which was waiting for us at the airport and we left it at the airport on our departure. Nothing was a problem, she kept friendly communication and the place is in a close proximity to the shops, cafes and restaurants. Car is a must at the island if you want to explore all the beauty and reach some amazing walks. There is a note about WIFI at the unit which say limited on the listing but the wifi is very good with a different log in and password than listed. You will also get a local mobile which will allow you to make a local calls. We had a great time despite some rainy days.

Had a fabulous two weeks at Rose’s place. Absolutely perfect place to relax and unwind. Beautiful apartment with everything you would ever need. Great , easily walkable road into town. Free use of washing machine. One of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed. Hans, the manager was fabulous too.

Beautiful and secluded location with easy access to all local attractions and restaurants, we loved the 'homey cottage vibe' with the forest at the doorstep and lots of birds and butterflies visiting the garden.

Very comfortable unit with lovely outdoor sitting areas. Located on the edge of the town with trees and rural views but still close enough to walk to shops and restaurants.
