Cascais : locations de vacances avec accès à un lac

The location of the apartment is exactly as I had hoped - in a peaceful, quiet area and within a walkable distance to local supermarkets (including Aldi & Lidl). There were a couple of incidents (one of which was totally unforeseeable), but both of these were dealt with immediately by ‘Victoria’ who manages the property for Julien. Victoria was excellent. The only slight negative, as I’m a very light sleeper, was the thinness of the dividing walls. You can hear the neighbours moving around. They are extremely quiet after about 8:00pm, but when the family gets up at 6:45am to get the kids to school, the noise starts. It does, however, go quiet again about an hour later. If you sleep like a log, this won’t be an issue for you. Other than that, the surrounding area is stunning. Access to the North to places such as Lisbon, Nazaré, Peniche is easy (with a hire car). The same applies to Setubal and Sesimbra to the South.

Beautiful and secluded house in a pine forest. Close to small villages and Sesimbra, with tasty local restaurants and shops. Jorge and Virgílio kindly shared many recommendations, which all proved to be great. We rented the house for a Christmas vacation. Jorge was a welcoming host! Great fireplace with plenty of wood provided by the hosts. The main house is beautifully decorated and spacious, with plenty of natural light. The kitchen is well equipped, where you can cook and serve for a large party. Downside was the old/outdated appliances, but they worked fine. The bedrooms and beds were comfortable, even if a little odd as two of the bedrooms had two double beds, which may be a little confusing when booking for a large group. The house felt cold even with the central heating on. We had to keep an eye on the gas tanks to make sure they don’t run out- maybe better as a summer vacation home! As many houses in Portugal, there was a strong smell of mold. Overall a great stay!

Wir waren zu fünft im Haus von Arnaud und hatten ausreichend Platz für alle. Da das Wetter unerwartet schlecht war, haben wir die Gemütlichkeit des Hauses sehr genossen. Die liebevolle Einrichtung hat uns gefallen und wir haben wirklich gut in den bequemen Betten geschlafen. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, so dass das Kochen eine Freude war!! Ausflüge nach Lissabon, Cabo Espichel, Sintra und Sesimbra sind mit dem Auto entspannt innerhalb einer Stunde (und weniger) zu schaffen. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter gab es so viel zu sehen und zu entdecken, dass wir voller schöner Eindrücke nach Hause reisten. Vielen Dank auch an Ana, die immer für uns erreichbar war!

A casa é lindíssima, tudo funciona perfeitamente bem. Tivemos apenas um problema, no último dia a água quente falhou e não voltou até nossa saída. Infelizmente neste dia o host não respondeu prontamente como de costume e a solução apresentada não funcionou. Porém considerei esse problema algo pontual, uma vez que a casa era maravilhosa e tudo funcionou muito bem. Portanto creio que tenha sido uma situação isolada e não deixei que isso influenciasse no mew review no geral. Recomendo a casa e voltaria tranquilamente. Tudo foi muito bem apresentado, a casa é moderna, super limpa, banheiro excelente, chuveiro perfeito, meus passageiros amaram.

Tres bon séjour au cœur du quartier ancien de l alfama. Endroit ideal pour flâner a pieds dans les jolie ruelles. ! Tres bonnes adresses de petits restau sympa à proximité ! Ah c'était bien!

A estadia foi muito agradável. A casa é fantástica, com todas as comodidades necessárias e muito confortável para estadias maiores. É localizada numa zona bastante tranquila, muito perto da praia e de bons restaurantes. O Paulo foi sempre muito prestável e atencioso. Recomendo, sem dúvida.

We lived in this house for 1.5 months, it fits well for a family with kids. All the issues were immediately resolved by the host. It was the calmest place in the world, that we've been to. The house is pretty sturdy — we survived undamaged through the storm inside, while the area was pretty affected. The lagoon is really nice and clean, almost stranded during winter except for water sports fans. Houses in the area are well cared of, not too many cars around, so tranquil to get around with kids, that enjoy freedom of movement. We are a car-free family and it is manageable in the area. The farmers market works during low season just on the weekends, but you can get to Alfarim on foot through the nice wood area. We also got to Sesimbra and Fernao Ferro by bus.

Excelente estadía! Me sentí muy a gusto en el alojamiento! Seguramente volveré.

O quarto e apartamento eram exatamente como nas fotos e descritos pelo anúncio. Era limpo todo dia e são três banheiros, o que é bem tranquilo de usar e dividir. Achei ótimo que utensílios principais de cozinha são separados por quarto. Comunicação excelente com os hosts, recomendo para todos!

This was a perfect place to stay and was so spacious, the room is so clean and tidy and comfortable. I received multiple messages from the hosts, making sure i was okay and asking if i needed any help. There's plenty of instruction on how everything works, including a video demonstrating how to enter the building and room. Absolutely worth the money and will be staying with them again in the future.

A cosy place in an amazing location! It took us 2 minutes walk to get to the beach, 15 min by train to get to the heart of Lisbon,direct line to Cascais too. And we were surprised to also find a hiking trail right next to the house, which leads to an astonishing view point. Ana was a great host too, very accommodating and a lovely person! The only bad thing...we had a too short stay for such a great place :)

Ines é uma ótima anfitriã. O anúncio fica perto de todos os shopping centers da Amadora, Lisboa. Recomendo a Ines a todos os hóspedes do Airbnb no mundo todo.

Logement agréable et très bien placé dans une rue calme tout près des principales activités dans le quartier de Belem. Transports à proximité. Petites idées d'amélioration : des odeurs dans la salle du bain du bas, pas de store ou rideau sur certaines fenêtres du haut (forte lumière du jour le matin) Mais sinon très bon séjour. je recommande ce logement.

Everything you need! Inês and Miguel have put care to make the checkin process seamless with technology. The area is greatly accessible. Nice and minimal layout to the room, clear labelling everywhere, and great colour-coding systems for guests staying in the same flat. Well equipped kitchen and washer free to use. It's clear Inês and Miguel have put a lot of thought into your stay, rest assured you'll have a cozy space to return to.
