Cascais : locations de vacances avec suite privative

Amazing host, she picked us up from the airport even though our flight landed with big delay around midnight. She provided everything we needed and her recommendations were priceless. The house location is also excellent - the airport, the oceanarium, big bus station, train station, and a subway stop are only 10 to 15 min away (on foot!). The room was very quiet and we slept very well. Hot water all the time. I would highly recommend this place and will be happy to stay there again :)

This was one of the loveliest places we have stayed on. The peace of the location with stunning views of the mountains and only the sound of the birds to disturb the peace. It is an animal lovers haven with Joanne's three friendly dogs coming on walks with us and welcoming us home in the evening. While the road is rough we managed fine with a cheap Fiat Panda hire car, just watch out for Google maps taken you on impossible roads. We took the train to Lisbon (an accessible station only 25 minutes drive away). We had a day at stunning beach but most of all we enjoyed relaxing at this beautiful place. Joanne was one of the best and most helpful hosts in every way. We hope to be back! Ruth and Dave

En la misma finca está la casa de la anfitriona y la casa de invitados pero ambos independientes (solo se comparte la salida de la finca). La casa se corresponde totalmente con lo anunciado. Nos alojamos en Año Nuevo y, por lo tanto, no utilizamos la piscina pero estaba disponible e hizo muy agradable la visión desde el salón. El salón realmente es el porche de la casa de invitados. En invierno está cerrado con unas persianas transparentes de plástico y el espacio se aclimata con la estufa y un calefactor. Es un espacio un poco frio pero si te sientas junto a la estufa y con una manta te puedes tomar un buen vinho verde. 😉 La casa está ubicada en una zona elevada, tranquila y puedes aparcar en la puerta. Puedes ir andando hasta el centro de Sintra en solo 30 minutos, o acercarte en coche (10 minutos) y pagar un ticket de ORA por 13 euros para todo el día. En coche solo tardas 20 minutos a Lisboa o Cascais. La anfitriona siempre estuvo atenta y nos ayudó en todo. Gracias. 🙂

Rui und seine Frau haben einen schönen Ort der Ruhe erschaffen in der Nähe von tollen Stränden und Restaurants. Beide waren immer freundlich und zuvorkommend und haben uns Tipps gegeben. Wir werden sicher wider einen Urlaub bei ihnen verbringen

The apartment had everything we needed, and within a five-minute drive we enjoyed beachside cafe and pizza place, along with a small local grocery store. The pool was lovely to return to, after day visits to Ericeira and Sintra. Johanna and Ronny were excellent hosts. Would highly recommend!

We loved our stay in Sintra. The property was lovely and the location was perfect - just a few minutes walk to the historic centre one way and to the Biester Palace and Quinta da Regaleira in the other direction. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, very clean and we enjoyed the breakfasts that were provided, especially the oranges from the garden for freshly squeezed juice each morning. There was also an amazing view. Carole was very friendly and helpful with good suggestions on places to visit. This was especially useful to us as some of the attractions were closed due to storm damage. However, thanks to her suggestions we really felt like we hadn't missed out on anything! Lisbon and Cascais were both easily accessible by train or bus and well worth visiting too. We would not hesitate to recommend this property - it's possibly the best we have stayed in.

I really liked it! I loved the easy access and the comfortable room; it has everything you need. The proximity to the subway and bus stop made it easy for me to get around! I would definitely choose this place to stay again.

Luis è un host molto presente e amichevole, la casetta è in un'area tranquilla e l'abbiamo trovata pulita e con tutto il necessario, Luis ci ha generosamente portato di persona degli asciugamani aggiuntivi per il nostro alloggio prolungato. l'abitazione è a 3 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggetta di Azenhas do Mar, una chicca, bellissima, e fornita di bar e ristorante sul mare, incantevole.

Comunicação com anfitrião ótima e localização muito boa. Única coisa que pode incomodar é o barulho dos hóspedes no corredor, mas tirando isso tudo bem.

Very responsive and friendly host. Knowledgeable about the local community and he guided me to different contacts in the community and gave good advice about life in this area near Ericeira and Mafra.

Ein schönes, einfaches Appartement, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Besonders mit Baby war es super, es gab ein Babybett, einen Hochstuhl, eine Babybadewanne und sogar Spielzeug und eine Schaukel im Hof.

Nice place to stay for a weekend. Lots of shops and restaurents nearby. Beach is 5min walking distance. The Host Angela is really nice and friendly. I would strongly recommend this place.

Alva’s place was comfortable and a great place to relax in and enjoy the beaches of Sintra while recovering from jet lag. It was as described, comfortable and quiet, and we felt at home. Thank you, Alva!

Rui was a great host who made sure we felt right at home. The location is perfectly reachable by taxi and only a small (max. 10 minutes / 4 euros) ride by taxi to Sesimbra beach. The house is clean, with all the basic amenities and a private entrance.

We had a great stay at Guy’s place! The accommodation was comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Guy was a welcoming and helpful host, even inviting us to the local Carnaval, which was an amazing experience. Communication was easy, and everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

this property is stunning and you will feel right at home. I made full use of the steam room, sauna, and gym. There's also a beautiful pool and jacuzzi. I requested the chef make me a Chicken Tikka Masala and it was easily one of the best dishes I've had in awhile. All the staff are very friendly and I would come back again.

We had a great stay! The apartement is very cosy and clean. The location is great...close to Sintra and the beaches but still quiet. Sue was very friendly, brought us fresh fruit and we had the feeling that we can always contact her if needed but also had our private space. There is no TV but a chimney, which was even better. Would definitly come back and recommend to stay there.

Such an honour to be welcomed into this beautiful house. The premises are absolutely stunning, and the rooms are perfect. Our only regret is not staying longer. We hope to be back, thank you! 💕
