What an incredible space. We loved our time here and a great location if you have a car and want to drive into Sintra on a day trip or train to Lisbon. The beach out front is gorgeous and the place was great for our large group of 5 adults and 4 kids Miguel was responsive. Flexible and so helpful. Would highly recommend.

Pipas's place is in a great location! Everything is walkable, and it is only two and a half flights of stairs up for those who don't want to climb. You will occasionally hear people above and below, but nothing excessive. Despite having four restaurants outside the apartment, the noise is low-key, as these places are busier during lunch. It's a great apartment with charm, but it needs some TLC. The furniture is worn and stained, dishes are chipped and missing, the fridge is struggling to keep items cool, and it doesn't look exactly like the well-curated photos on Airbnb. Even the fake plants used to decorate the shower had layers of dust collected on them. The only basics provided were dishwasher tabs, dish soap, dish linens, bath towels, and toilet paper. There were no fundamental cooking essentials like salt, pepper, sugar, or olive oil; what you could find, you could tell, were odds and ends that previous occupants left behind. It's a sufficient stay; it just needs some updates.

El apartamento era muy cómodo y todo estaba muy bien. Izabel estuvo muy atenta con nosotros y nos facilitó la llegada y la salida.

Estivemos (eu, minha esposa e nossos dois filhos adolescentes) por mais de um mês nesse apto do Vasco. Excelente localização com comércio: Lidl, lavanderia, padaria, talho e restaurantes por perto, inclusive mercados biológicos. Apartamento muito agradável iluminado e bem ventilado. Estacionamento fácil e gratuito em frente. Vizinhança bem tranquila e uma varanda gostosa com bela vista da pracinha. Recomendamos!

Foi ótimo, comunicação rápida, anfitriãs muito atenciosas e cordiais. O espaço é aconchegante, camas confortáveis, roupas de cama e de banho limpas, banho quente. Obrigada por tudo! Abraço

Peaceful retreat and wonderfully cool during a heatwave. The kitchen is the best we have seen in Portugal and the lovely lawn area gave both sunlight and shade.

Es war ein toller Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Wohnung die ideal liegt. Man könnte vieles mal ein wenig erneuern , da einige Dinge sehr wackelig sind. Aber das hat keine Bedeutung für uns gehabt.

Our stay was great! The host was very quick to respond and manage any of our questions or requests. the neighborhood is amazing all walkable from the location. I highly recommend it! We will visit again

Margarida's house is superb! It's a beautiful house, very clean, practical and decorated with a lot of delightful and interesting homely touches. There is a wonderful sheltered patio area and a beautifully well-maintained little garden - with a small pool but we didn't use the pool, The location is very good. We enjoyed our stay very much, it was like 'being home on holiday'! Very comfortable and there was really nothing more we could have wanted. Margarida herself is a very, very nice hostess who provided us with some lovely touches, like bread, cheese, wine and fruits when we arrived. She also gave us some great tips on the local area and I really don't think she could have done more to make us feel welcome! Margarida's English is amazing, communication was never a problem. If we go back to Portugal, I would only want to stay in Margarida's house again! Definitely highly recommended without hesitation!

Sofia’s house is such an inspiring and beautiful place, I really recommend it!

We spent a lovely week by Carcavelos beach in this apartment. The place itself was great, spotlessly clean with a large garden and pool that we used everyday even in late October (the water was freezing!). It's a short, easy walk from the apartment to the beach, train station for trips to Lisbon and Cascais and supermarket.

The host was incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home with her warm and friendly demeanour (although it was a really late check in, curtesy of the crazy flights schedule delays). Every corner of the house was spotless and it was clear that a lot of care went into maintaining it. But I have to say that the thoughtful amenities provided were beyond what I expected initially. The bathroom was stocked with very useful things that you maybe don’t usually find in all accommodations and the kitchen was incredibly well-equipped. We were able to prepare meals with ease when needed and wash/dry clothes outside. The accommodation has a lovely sitting area outside, a lovely spot to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening. We had a rental car to move around Cascais/Lisbon and it was easy to park free of charge on the street. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, convenience and hospitality ❤️

Veronika was extremely responsive and helpful. The apt was very clean, centrally located, had a strong wifi signal, and was surrounded by great places to eat.

Appartement propre et bien équipé. Porte fenêtre de la terrasse, peut-être à isoler un peu plus. Notre séjour s’est très bien déroulé.

We truly felt at home for our five days in Cascais, having to ourselves this spacious, nicely furnished apartment with lots of natural light and a well-equipped kitchen, where we prepared several meals and enjoyed them on the large roomy balcony. A five minute walk to the coast, where there were three bicycle rental places to choose from, for cycling up the coast, and a great little center with al fresco restaurants and shops. Far enough from the main tourist zone to get a sense of local living, yet only a 20 minute walk or 3 euro Uber ride to the town center. Maria is a welcoming host, who responds quickly to all communications. An excellent experience staying here.

Beautifully furnished flat and very clean! Key transfer was well organised. Lots of parking nearby! And nearby are several supermarkets. Public transport to the centre of Lisbon is good to do. On my next visit to Lisbon I will definitely book this flat again.

We just spent over a week at Puri's place. She was so wonderful at communication prior to our stay and provided some great suggestions. We were 5 adults and a baby and there was plenty of space and everything we could need in the apartment. When we arrived there were a few extra goodies to help us get settled in; a cold beer upon arrival was amazing! It was also recommended to us to use Uber, this was wonderful! Picked up and dropped off right from the apartment as the train station is actually a bit of a hike. (9€ to Caiscas and 23€ to Sintra) I was excited about lounging by the pool but I will have to say that there are not a lot of chairs and no umbrellas so if you don't mind lying on a towel on the grass this would be fine. I was hoping for a little more shade and a chair to sit on. The beach is spectacular and you can rent shaded loungers, for us this was worth it! Overall wonderful space with a great responsive host. Thanks for a great holiday!
