The apartment is excellent, and the hosts are extremely responsive. It is located on the house’s lower ground floor with a beautiful park nearby. There is also a train station close by, though you cannot hear it at all. In addition, there are scenic walking routes along the ocean and a large free parking area. It can get a bit cool inside, but the hosts provide heaters. There is also a good washer and dryer. Overall, it is well worth the price.

This apartment was in the middle of everything! Great restaurants, great shops, minutes from the ocean and the train station. The apartment was clean and bright. It was clean and easy to access. Paula was very responsive and helpful. Just a great experience!

We stayed for a week, and other than construction that was extremely loud, everything else was perfect. Jose helped delay the start time which helped a lot. The home is exactly as described and in the photos. There are no blinds in the master bedroom so some eye masks will be useful if you like to sleep in. For those that are used to having a “shattaf” (water hose) will very much appreciate that each bathroom has one. If you know…you know!

Loved our stay 8 day stay at Jorge's lovely open airy apartment. The location was superb with restaurants, fortress, park, shops all around the corner. Jorge was extremely accommodating and very generous. I joined Mujo a yoga/pilates gym just up the road which I enjoyed very much. Cascais is beautiful and I highly recommend Jorge's place. We would definitely stay again.

Joao's apartment is really comfortable, the location is amazing, and most of all the communication with Joao is wonderful, he'd always available and happy to help. We'll recommend to our family and friends for sure!

A beautiful place to stay, lovely and clean and comfortable. The afternoon breeze was a cool welcome after a hot day walking Cascais and we loved being able to open the place up to make the most of it. Kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfortable and it was a real pleasure sitting on the verandah in the morning and getting to know Milo (the kitty) while enjoying a coffee.

Met all our expectations. Across the street from train station to Lisbon. Would stay again!

The villa is perfectly setup for large family groups, the layout accommodated our family of 4 children and 6 adults comfortably. It is worth noting the internal staircase is difficult to block off, so perhaps not suitable for younger children who might be unsupervised. As another reviewer mentioned, some of the mattresses are rather hard. The area is fantastic for exploring; many restaurants, cafes & shops within a 5 minute downhill walk. Easy access to the train and nearby bus routes. We particularly enjoyed the children’s playground & cafe!! Patricia & Thomas were friendly and responsive hosts, they provided great recommendations and were quick to respond if we needed anything. We appreciated the early checkin too! The Villa would benefit from some minor improvements, adequate cleaning supplies & a refresh of supplied linens. Overall, based on our experience, I would recommend the Villa to larger groups. Rhino House is excellent. I'd stay there again. Helio and Paula are great hosts, always quick with a response and a solution. We were there for over a month, so a few little issues were bound to crop up (nothing serious) but Helio and Paula always came to the rescue and quickly. The location is fine. The neighbourhood is unspectacular, but certainly safe and the neighbourhood people are friendly and helpful (like all Portuguese people!). It's only a seven minute drive to beautiful Cascais, and about the same to Estoril, so quite convenient to everything. And the highway is close by when you want to venture further. The house is exactly as pictured and does not disappoint. Yes, it's a little expensive, but you get what you pay for in this life. It's a beautiful place, and worth the money. Stay there.

Perfect stay. Super responsive host. The pictures don’t do it true justice. Everything you could possibly need especially if you have kids. Fully equipped kitchen with absolutely everything. The shed full of kids toys was amazing for my toddler. Walkable to the beach and some fab restaurants. Lovely bathrooms and modern bathrooms. It is directly opposite the train station so you do hear the train frequently. Didn’t bother us as it’s quite a relaxing sound in my opinion. Overall perfect location to get to Cascais and Lisbon easily. Lovely garden with sun loungers and outdoor seating. Be aware the sprinklers come on every few hours if you’re sat outside. Cute little bbq to. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Carlos’s penthouse. The apartment was perfect for our needs and I would have no hesitation in recommending it to family and friends. I hope to stay there again the next time I visit LA

Wir hatten super schöne Tage zu viert in den beiden Poolhäusern. Der Pool ist wirklich fantastisch, herrlich warm und auch super sauber. Die beiden Häuser sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt absolut nichts. Es hat uns sehr gefreut, dass wir mit frischen Orangen und kühlen Getränken empfangen wurden. Einfach toll, vielen Dank!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub bei João sehr genossen. Das Grundstück ist sehr weitläufig und gepflegt und der Ausblick ist phantastisch. Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Betten waren äusserst bequem (die besten Matratzen die wir je in einem AirBnB hatten) und die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet zum Kochen und Grillen. Alles war auch sehr sauber. João war ein sehr fürsorglicher und herzlicher Gastgeber. Er war immer erreichbar und hat uns viele gute Tipps gegeben. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist einmalig: es ist sehr ruhig gelegen, aber Lissabon und die ganzen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung sowie die Strände sind schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Im Ort gibt es auch ausreichende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Restaurants. Vielen lieben Dank für diese wunderschöne Woche bei Dir, lieber João! Wir kommen ganz sicher bald wieder und empfehlen Dein Haus gerne weiter!

Cute apartment within a short walk of nice cafes, train and the ocean in a friendly neighborhood. The apartment was tucked away from the road so it was pretty quiet. Joana was an amazing, friendly host, proactively providing lots of good details and responding to all of our questions quickly!

PERFECT for families! We felt right at home immediately. The kids enjoyed the vast toy selection, which was such a treat after a day of traveling. We had enough room for our whole family plus our babysitter. The courtyard around the house was gated, and we felt very safe letting the kids play outside. There were 2 cafes, a grocery store, and a few restaurants within a short walk from the house. We could also walk to the beach in about 5 minutes. The home is beautiful, fully stocked, and clean. I have no complaints! Perfect for a week in Cascais!

What an amazing stay we had as a family of four at Daniel’s place. He was willing to meet us there late and go over everything we felt like we would need to know about the home. It’s very spacious with outdoor living spaces as well. Centrally located between Lisbon and Sintra made it easy to get anywhere you want to be within 15 minutes. Daniel was very responsive and extremely friendly. I would absolutely stay there again! Thanks again Daniel for helping us make some wonderful family memories!

Great flat and great location! You can walk to several beaches, public transport, grocery shopping, lots of little cafes and all sorts of restaurants around, from very cheap to very high end. We went in February so didn't go into the pool but it was great to sunbathe and enjoy the garden with the baby since we could go out for just half an hour and didn't have to walk anywhere. The flat is a family home so it was perfect for our family of 3 with a 10 month old baby, specially because the hosts provide a high chair, a travel cot and a baby bath, all very comfortable. August and Teresa were also lovely, very communicative and friendly.

Un studio calme à 5minutes du centre ville en voiture. Trop loin sans voiture. On arrive à se garer au pied de l’immeuble. Une jolie vue mer et le studio au 11 eme étage est confortable. De jolies attention avec biscuit et boissons à mon arrivée. L’accès est facile et bien expliqué. La communication est très réactive. C’est très bien

Appartamento perfetto per le nostre esigenze, posizionato in zona tranquilla e ben riscaldato in inverno. Cucina comodissima e ben fornita di utensili. Lavastoviglie, lavapiatti ed asciugatrice in piena efficienza. Due comodi bagni.

TOP. Le Logement est impeccable. very perfect. très spacieux et équipé de tout le matériel nécessaire, salle de bain avec des produits, serviettes très nombreuses,..... et aussi très propre. je vous remercie sincèrement Fernado pour tout et pour l'accueil et la ponctualité de Fernada.

Great spacious flat. Nice secure spot in highly residential neighbourhood. Living room is really large. Easy access with codes so no keys required which is ace. Cool little garden space for the little one to run around. High spec. Even had a Jacuzzi.

Would highly recommend, easy access to every thing, very very clean, well worth the money will be staying again. Great service well worth a multiple visits you will not be disappointed
