Cascina Padregnana : locations de vacances

Cristina nous a donné des instructions claires, cela nous a permis de trouver facilement le logement. L’appartement est très lumineux avec de nombreux équipements qui nous ont permis de passer une très bonne nuit.

Io, il mio compagno e il mio cagnolino, abbiamo soggiornato a casa di Marco per circa una settimana! Ci siamo trovati davvero bene! la casa è come nelle foto, molto pulita e ben organizzata. La cucina è grande e con tutti gli utensil e le camere belle e ampie! Inoltre c'è uno spazio "giochi'con una bellissima sauna ed un giardino curato con una yacuzzi ampia e calda. La casa si trova in un piccolo borgo a soli 6 minuti di macchina dal lago, dove è bellissimo fare passeggiate e prendere il sole. Marco è stato molto disponibile e reattivo a tutti i messaggi. Torneremo sicuramente, grazie di tutto!

Would recommend Alessio’s place! The pictures and descriptions match the room 100%. The location was unbeatable- literally only 2 streets over and you’re at Milan Central Station. This was so helpful when we had early 7/8am train tickets. Convenience stores and local eats nearby. Stayed for 3 people- there’s 1 bed inside and 1 bed in a sunroom like in the pictures. Loved the sunroom!! Alessio was super responsive and easy to talk to! The check-in process included a video which was super helpful for visual help. There’s an instruction manual inside too that has videos and instructions regarding anything around the unit- I.e; how to turn on AC, coffee maker, washer, etc. Unit has pretty much all the basics you’d need- plates, utensils, shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, towels, etc.

We had a great weekend stay at Samuele’s place! The view is incredible and the private garden was perfect for our dogs! The location is just a short 16-20 minute walk from the little town with beautiful nature.

Struttura decisamente nuova. L'appartamento era dotato di uno splendido terrazzo con una vista sui tetti della città decisamente suggestiva. Spazi ben arredati, puliti e funzionali. Nulla da eccepire. Nella comunicazione migliorerei i tempi di risposta in assistenza telefonica o tramite messaggi. Durante il nostro soggiorno è scattato l'allarme anti-incendio e la comunicazione con il servizio di supporto è stata piuttosto lenta. Unico piccolo neo di un soggiorno, per il resto, perfetto

Well after the stay at Villa Adelle, I realised why Mr. Carlo has perfect ratings. He his an amazing person who will go over and beyond ( We reached on Monday and Stores were closed in Brunate, so he got us groceries from Como. And when he got to know that we paid heavily for taxi because public bus was not comfortable with the baby stroller, he was kind enough to drop us off to Como Train station in his own car). Although the wheather was not very kind, we loved every minute at the place and definitely wish for another stay there in future. The views, location, villa and the company all are worth it.

Luca's house is exactly as described. It is very spacious with enough room for a family of 4 plus grandma. The terrace with the hammock is great. The center of Armeno is in walking distance with a nice supermarket and bakery. We appreciated the welcome basket very much. You have everything you can wish for in the kitchen (Nespresso machine, fridge, oven, etc). The garden is even larger then expected from the pictures. You have a nice view on the surrounding mountains from the garden as well as from the balcony. Really the only downside (as mentioned by other reviews already) are the mosquitos. There are very many of them and you need to come prepared. If we could have one wish it would be to install mosquito protection at the windows of the sleeping rooms so that you can have them open at night. We would love to come again thank Luca and Paola for their hospitality.

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno fantastico! L'appartamento era esattamente come descritto, pulito, spazioso e ben arredato, con tutti i comfort necessari per rendere la nostra esperienza ancora più piacevole. La posizione è perfetta, a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni turistiche, ma abbastanza tranquilla da garantire un riposo sereno. Il nostro ospite è stato estremamente disponibile e attento, rispondendo rapidamente a tutte le nostre domande e dando ottimi consigli sulla zona. Consigliamo vivamente questa sistemazione e non vediamo l'ora di tornarci!
