Lovely location with incredible views in every direction. The apartment is centrally located to many things you might look to do in this region. A very nice change to staying in hotels in the big cities. Marta was very responsive for both anything we needed for the apartment and also any area recommendations we needed. The apartment is well appointed and the instructions were thorough. Great stay!!

Quiet location, secluded, clean pool and beautiful views, clean and spacious rooms, wifi works best at pool but intermittent upstairs depending on room location. There is 80$ euro cleaning fee to be paid in cash, I had 100$ cash remaining so I was ok, so be sure to have cash on hand. Noemi offered recommendations for dinner and supermarket which were great. Overall, good experience for quiet and relaxing few nights.

Here’s a review based on your experience: I had the most amazing stay in Tuscany! The property was absolutely beautiful, and Alessandra was an incredible host. Her house was stunning—spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. One thing to note is that you’ll need a car to get around, but it’s worth it. The location is perfect for exploring the region. Prato, a nearby city, is a hidden gem with so much charm and beauty. We were also able to visit Florence and Milan with ease, avoiding toll roads and enjoying the scenic routes along the way. The entire area was breathtaking, and every day was filled with incredible sights and experiences. This vacation was everything we could have hoped for and more. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful yet well-located in Toscany!

L'appartamento spicca per la posizione perfetta: vicinissimo al centro storico di Siena, tanto da poterlo raggiungere comodamente a piedi in 10', e abbastanza lontano dal traffico delle principali vie da poter godere della pace di una residenza in campagna. La cura nella pulizia e nella manutenzione della villa salta subito all'occhio, così come la cura nell'andare incontro alle richieste e le necessità dell'ospite (nel nostro caso in merito al check-in, le forniture per un bimbo piccolo, l'utilizzo della piscina fuori dagli orari stabiliti). Le dotazioni dell'appartamento sono andate oltre le nostre aspettative, abbiamo fatto buon uso di una macchina per il ghiaccio durante tutto il soggiorno e del gazebo con bbq. Great place and well worth the price. Maurizio is very responsive and helpful. The locals might suggest you to drive into the city to leave your luggage, but don’t do it because is very difficult inside the city walls. Best leave it in the parking and walk.

Elisa’s place was centrally located, convenient, clean and spacious. It was nice to have a large kitchen and table big enough for 8, as well as multiple bathrooms. Although it is up two flights of stairs, the check in was very easy and we were met by someone who helped us get our large bags upstairs. Would highly recommend!

Superb location with great view on surrounding countryside and mountains. Eleonora was very kind and gave us a tour around the farm where we met the animals :) Very peaceful and quiet, great for nature lovers. We will miss alpaca and donkeys :)

When we first drove uphill through the beautiful green countryside and reached Monte Santa Maria Tiberina and Bourbon Palace, we were amazed by the breathtaking views and the charm of the ancient castle. The comfortable apartment is located on top of the castle with a view of the mountains. You can take a time out in the sauna area and then relax by the fireplace in the spacious and cozy living room. Everything was perfect. You can feel the special care for details. The location is incredible. The ancient architecture of the village and castle will make you feel like you are in a fairy tale. This is the place for a romantic time out in the middle of beautiful nature. You can take a deep breath and enjoy the sunsets over the mountains and the woods. Filippo and Silvia are the most thoughtful and fun hosts. They provided us with everything we needed and had excellent recommendations. Many thanks to Filippo and Silvia for such a wonderful time! Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Samuele sehr genossen, der Garten ist ein kleiner Traum. auf diversen kleinen Terassen gibt es Sitzmöglichkeiten und jede Menge Olivenbäume die Schatten spenden und gut gepflegt sind. Die Wohnung selber war erfrischend kühl und ansprechend eingerichtet, die Lage ist zentral am Marktplatz des kleinen Örtchens und neben der Kirche gelegen, dennoch ist der Garten, abseitig an einem Olivenhain gelegen, sehr ruhig. Allerdings sollte man wissen, dass die Wohnung aufgrund der historischen Bauweise, teils etwas hellhörig sein kann. Das war für uns aber kein Problem. Die Kommunikation war stets freundlich und klar/professionelll organisiert. Vielen Dank Samuele, für die schöne Zeit die wir bei Euch verbringen durften.

Wir haben ingesamt 8 Tage auf dem Anwesen von Mateo verbracht und unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Umgebung ist unglaublich idyllisch - ein toller, ruhiger Ort um sich zu entspannen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wurde zwischendurch sogar gereinigt. Auch die Pool-Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Restaurants und Supermärkte können innerhalb von ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto/Fahrrad erreicht werden. Wir würden die Unterkunft definitiv empfehlen! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

A beautiful villa on a mountain in Umbria overlooking Lake Trasimeno. The pictures don't do the picturesque view justice. The space was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Relaxing in the spa downstairs was a much needed treat after our fast paced traveling in the busy cities of Italy. Communication with Letizia was seamless. She helped set up a complimentary tour of the company's olive oil production. Would stay again!

Rube was an exceptional host and he was very responsive. When the cleaner forgot to leave shampoo and body wash, he made a special trip snd had it to us within 30 minutes. In addition, when our 9 month old came down with a bad rash, he called his own doctor and provided us with all the information to go to the hospital to secure a prescription if we needed it. The “ flip book” sent before Check-in provided many recommendations of local hidden gems and restaurants.

Wir waren eine Woche lang mit unserer Freundesgruppe im Haus von Aldo und seinem Sohn. Die Kommunikation mit ihnen war sehr unkompliziert und bei Problemen wurde uns schnell geholfen. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Mit der Sauna und dem großen Pool im Garten gibt es kaum einen Grund das Haus zu verlassen. Und falls man doch mal Lust auf einen Ausflug hat, sind gute Eisdielen und schöne kleine Städtchen, wie Cortona, in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Danke für diese wundervolle, entspannte Woche!

Das Haus ist wunderschön und perfekt ausgestattet. Besonders der wirklich große Pool und der sehr saubere Wellnessbereich sind hervorzuheben. Luciano und seine Familie waren sehr hilfreich und immer zugegen wenn man was braucht. Der Ausblick über das Val‘d‘Arno ist ein Traum und in 20 Min. Ist man in Arezzo. Auf eines möchte ich hinweisen: Die Betten sind in Top-Qualität und die Matratzen sind sehr fest. Wenn jemand weiche Boxspringbetten bevorzugt, könnten sie zu hart erscheinen. Das soll jetzt keine Kritik sein, nur ein Hinweis. Uns hat es sonst an nichts gefehlt (außer an besserem Wetter) und können uns gut vorstellen wieder zu kommen. Grazie mille é distinti saluti!

Marco's house is fantastic: so comfortable and well-fitted out, with views that really have to be seen to be believed. Beautiful sunsets on one of the two dining terraces was always a highlight. Some pretty walking in the area which is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. The 5 bedrooms are all a good size and the beds are very comfortable, with ample closet space. It's quiet at night (and during the day too, due to the hilltop location). Very easy to get to the old town, train station, etc using the taxi service. We had a car which we found useful for grocery shopping and running errands (like picking up pastries at Buti most mornings....), but you could get along with out a car bassed on the easy taxi service. Marco is an wonderful host and provides lots of recommendations for restaurants, which are helpful. We had one minor problem with the lock on the kitchen door, which was resolved immediately. Marco is very responsive to texts. HIghly recommended!

Ho trascorso un soggiorno indimenticabile a Casa Elisa, situata ai piedi della splendida Cortona. L'atmosfera che si respira è magica: una fusione perfetta tra la tradizione toscana e il comfort moderno. Le camere sono eleganti e abbastanza spaziose, arredate con gusto e dotate di tutti i comfort necessari. Il giardino con piscina è un'oasi di tranquillità, ideale per rilassarsi con un buon libro o per godere di un aperitivo al tramonto. Ma è il calore e l'accoglienza della famiglia di Elisa a rendere il soggiorno davvero speciale. La loro disponibilità nel fornire informazioni sui luoghi da visitare e i ristoranti consigliati fa la differenza. Consiglio vivamente Casa Elisa a chiunque voglia scoprire la bellezza della Toscana, vivendo un'esperienza autentica e indimenticabile.

Wir waren für eine Woche mit 7 Personen in dem Haus und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Es war alles da was man braucht. Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet und man hatte viele verschiedene Möglichkeiten auf dem großen Gelände zu sitzen und die Aussicht zu genießen. Der Pool war blitzsauber. Alles war prima.
