This was such a great location! It’s close to the supermarket and train station as well as restaurants and coffee shops. It’s a very short walk to the beach too. There is a flight and a half of stairs to walk up, but well worth it. The thoughtful additions such as breakfast items, butter and milk were great. The apartment is quiet and spacious with a beautiful outdoor deck. David was lovely to deal with, very responsive. Would highly recommend this listing.

We stayed in a great unit in a great location across the road from the beach. The host was friendly, pro-active and responsive (when she heard we would be arriving late she arranged milk and cereal so we wouldn't have to go out before breakfast). The unit is small but functional with a good kitchen including a dishwasher, and fast wi-fi. The only slight caveat is the bed: very small, and it sags into the middle, so that's something to be aware of if you're large/heavy! Overall though we had a lovely stay and would happily stay there again.

This was our second time staying at Veronique’s Box Hill properties. We decided to come back again for this trip because I noted how quiet the apartment was during our first stay, unlike many of the newer/fancier listings where you can hear your neighbours cough or flush their toilets. Another big bonus for us is the ease of parking. Flat driveway with numerous reserved spots which are always empty, making it perfect for those with low cars.

We all had a lovely stay. The apartment is very comfortable, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen with everything you need and pristine bathrooms. The checkin details are easy to follow and the apartment suited our needs perfectly.

Great property and great location. Super clean and modern. Easy to get in and the host was super helpful as well. I and my friends really enjoyed the stay. Overall great experience!

We had a great stay as a family with kids. The property was exceptionally well maintained and clean. The decor was perfect and felt right at home. We had everything we needed. We weren’t aware the garage was accessible, so used the driveway for one car and parked the other elsewhere. Wish we had asked the host and saved some walking :) Will definitely be back and highly recommend the cottage and host for other guests.

Idriss was a very accommodating and very responsive host. The property was beautiful and very clean. I would recommend staying here. We also accidentally left behind some personal belongings and Idriss was very proactive to get them back to us.

I had an amazing experience staying at Shivani’s listing! The apartment was just as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It had all the amenities I needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy bedding. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with easy access to local restaurants and shops. Shivani was an incredible host, always quick to respond and very accommodating. She provided detailed instructions for check-in and check-out, which made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. The thoughtful touches, like fresh towels and local snacks, really made me feel at home.

The hostess, Lucy, is a charming woman with very good communication skills. She showed her hospitality by welcoming us at the main entrance of the building during our checking in. Lucy’s flat was cosy and had all the cooking utensil that you needed during your stay. The bedsheet and the quilt cover were exceptionally clean. Besides, the location was very convenient and just a few minutes walk to the Box Hill Central and all kings of transport. All in all, Lucy’s flat deserves such high ratings and we will definitely re-book it when we visit Melbourne again.

My travel companions and I were so happy with the apartment, the amenities, the close proximity to the beach and ease of travel to surrounding shopping. It was an awesome experience.

Absolutely amazing place to stay with first class apartment and excellent amenities. Host was amazing and met me at my designated time to walk through all the accesses and amenities. Great location with the mall and amazing food all around - train station right a your door to get to the CBD Highly recommended place to stay !
