The view of the lake from the large back porch was awesome. A peaceful place to relax and explore the lake on the canoes provided. There was a green egg on site for cooking dinner. I’d highly recommend this location!

Beautiful view and plenty of room for our family. Kerry responded quickly to my questions and gave clear directions. I’m glad she recommended to stay on paved roads since we arrived at night and alternate routes take you down gravel roads. Convenient location for our stay to enjoy snow tubing and amenities at the Sapphire Valley Community Center.

TheTritt House was nestled away on a flat meadow surrounded by mountains. It offers a beautiful quiet surrounding with amazing views of the mountain peaks as you sit in the screened in porch, sipping your morning hot beverage, which was one of my favorite things to do in the morning. The beautiful open skies at night offered amazing views of the stars and planets along with seeing over a dozen satellites pass by was pretty amazing. This is a place where you can get away from the hustle and bustle and still call it home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Celeste.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, the location is truly the “land of the waterfalls”. Many beautiful places to see nature and lots of day hikes. However the house is nice enough you don’t have to leave. Roosevelt has lots of good recommendations and was responsive. Highly recommend. Planning another visit in July and will be staying here again.

We loved our stay at the cottage! It was very peaceful and relaxing, and we enjoyed exploring Clayton. Heather was super helpful and extremely kind! We definitely will be back!

The house was perfect for us. We were very comfortable there. We loved the fireplace and had a fire most nights. The enclosed porch was nice for our small dog that loved sitting out there looking for squirrels!

This house was beautiful with huge windows and beautiful furnishings! Holly was available and totally helpful. The location has terrific restaurants, hiking trails, and amazing shopping. I will definitely come back to this one!

Lynda and Bob were incredible hosts. Very sweet and kind. Knowledgeable and understanding when I didn’t fill out Airbnb correctly. We would love to stay there anytime we’re in the area! We greatly appreciated the extras. And how their apartment is set up gave us ideas to bring home. The local art was beautiful. And it was my first time playing Yahtzee. They had board games, binders filled with local places and animals near by. They pay attention to detail and really know how to make you feel like home. We had a wonderful time!

I stayed in one of Carolyn's other properties and loved it. This one, too, did not disappoint. It is very cute, spacious, with all of the amenities I needed. There are extra touches like some snacks, coffee pods and water bottles. I didn't need it, but there was a dog water bowl, blanket, and some dog treats. The bed was very comfortable. Plenty of sheets and towels. The location includes a view of the lake and easy access to walk around the lake. There are lots of great places to eat and shop in the area. I just loved it and look forward to staying again in June.

Beautiful downstairs apartment with private entrance. Felt very private from the main house. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Large space and spotlessly clean! Lots of thought went into everything you might need. Snacks and drinks in kitchen and bath amenities. Bed was comfortable and linens and pillows top notch. Easy walking distance to beautiful Main Street with great food and shopping.

This was our second time staying here and we loved it once again. It is peaceful and private. We enjoyed the nice hot tub. Bed is super comfortable! As always I love the extras places incase we forgot something. (Toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo etc) Susan is a great host!

If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay in a peaceful location close to downtown Franklin, look no further! Up a quaint, winding road, nestled in the trees is a wonderful two bedroom ground level apartment waiting just for you. Once you arrive you will be warmly greeted by your hosts Dave, Barb & Beans who are always available but never intrusive. Their view is wonderful! The property exactly as described. You Can’t ask for more! And I can’t wait to go back!

One of the best stays we have had in Bryson City! So close to town, very homey with lots of extras. They have little notes and signs everywhere to assist you. The kitchen and bathroom have everything you need including snacks and coffee, full size soaps , shampoo, cleaners , etc. They offer extra treats like little spa treatments, makeup cloth, robes for the sauna. There’s also lots of cozy blankets, Alexa operated heat and air, nice big living room with comfy sectional, well appointed kitchen, the list goes on and on! The beds and sheets were super comfy as well. Very impressed with this place and would definitely stay again

Cannot say enough good things! Spectacular view, cozy space, everything and anything you could need. Great location for hiking locally and beyond. We had a great stay and can’t wait to go back :)

Barbara was super sweet. She was flexible with our late arrival time, made sure the heat and lights were on for us, even offered to grab something for us while she was out at the store so we wouldn't need to make an extra stop. She let us have our space, but was available if we needed anything. Her space is so cute, and her property was very peaceful! We don't make it out of town often, so when we do, we like to get out and explore, and we did so many hiking trails while we were visiting - it was so nice to have a comfortable and inviting space to come back to for our base camp after some long days.

The Lake house was one of the quietest and most peaceful air b-and-b's we have stayed at. The new back deck is the highlight of the lake cabin. The rest of the cabin is fully equipped and functional, but we hardly left the back deck. With its fenced in area and gate was perfect for the dog. The kayaks and dock are a nice addition. It is located close to good dining at Micas restaurant and Whiteside brewery. We came for the hiking in Panthertown area. We will be back again.

We loved the cabin! Some great touches added. We also loved Brevard and will definitely be back. We are already looking at availabilities here for the fall!

We can’t think of a thing that could be improved. The cabin was immaculate so hats off to the cleaners! Everything was just as described in the pictures! It is definitely the most well appointed property that we have rented! So many extra little touches and gifts! We enjoyed the location of this cabin very much! It is located directly next door to a top rated trail in the area and we could just walk there! The town of Sylva was delightful and had lots of cute shops and places to eat.

Haley's mountain retreat was ridiculously charming and the communication was excellent. Aside from my family being low-key obsessed with the leather couch and its view, we absolutely loved the backyard and soothing sounds of the creek. Would highly recommend this vintage cabin as a home-base for exploring the mountains and Asheville.

The house is gorgeous, with views that make you feel like it’s just you and nature. Part of that is the huge uncovered windows, which I loved with being able to see the stars at night and the sun rising in the morning. We also really enjoyed the covered side deck and the bed was extremely comfortable. Michael warned us that the big slider door to the uncovered deck was tough to open with the temperature change at the time we were there, but we got it! Michael and Nick are phenomenal hosts, incredibly responsive and friendly. They also had helpful suggestions for hikes and restaurants in the area, and we had a great time hiking to waterfalls and exploring the Highlands. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back soon.

Jack is a fantastic host and this cabin is very special. The location really makes it stand out and you are reasonably close to both Franklin and Highlands to find any activities you may be looking for. There are good hiking trails not far from the cabin so you can get time outdoors to enjoy. The cabin has a well stocked kitchen, so you will be able to prepare most any meals you want and they have an honor bar for drinks that really covers most needs. This is a perfect getaway for a long weekend.

My husband and I had an amazing time at the whitewater cabin! It was the perfect space for a weekend escape. We wish we could have stayed an entire month if our jobs allowed. We highly suggest staying, you will not be disappointed. Tom and Kylie were wonderful super hosts and we will definitely be back!

We have stayed at many airbnbs this is one of the best stocked homes we've stayed at. The host was so great at communicating with us before we got there and all the instructions for the home we're very detailed and made everything seamless. my kids absolutely fell in love with althe selection of toys and having their own special rooms. we had a blast using the canoe and the swing on the porch. without right at home and cannot wait to book our next trip. if you're traveling with a baby this is a dream come true. they have everything you could possibly need!
