The house was just as described. Although some minor issues arose, as soon as we contacted Xamis, he promptly came and resolved them. The location of the house is excellent, making it ideal for relaxation during the summer months.

The house was newly constructed, everything was new, clean, and well-maintained. Its location is perfect—right on the main road with easy access to the beach and close to the market, which made everything very convenient. The host, Emil, was a genuinely good and welcoming person—very helpful and responsive throughout my stay. Highly recommended

Great location. A really beautiful space, modern and minimalist with en-suite and very comfortable bed. Close to the sea and other tourist places then nearby shop. We would recommend the palace.

I recently had an exceptional stay at Khayyam's place. He was incredibly helpful, ensuring every aspect of my visit was comfortable and seamless. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like extra pillows and blankets, and a fully equipped kitchen. The location was ideal, offering quick access to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport. My family (including 4 young children) had an amazing time at Kanan's house. Everything was ready at the check-in, both check-in and checkouts were flexible which is highly appreciated when with small children. My family has fallen in love with the garden, the pool and the summer kitchen area. Everything was made to enjoy time together and make great memories. The house was very large, with ACs and all appliences needed. Kids especially loved the toys and Kanan has gone above and beyond with kids toys, so they have fun! Kanan was super quick to respond, always super helpful and clear communication. His dad who we've also met was also delightful gentleman to communicate with. The place is in a quiet area, among families. Taxi can be ordered via yango app, food delivery oj wolt also works to the house. Mardakan has few interesting restaurants and of course Baku is not far. Mynrecommendation for travelling families is to hire car rental, as we found some taxis refusing to take stroller.

Hatem is one of the most hospitable and attentive hosts we’ve ever encountered. His communication is fast, and he’s always ready to help with anything we need. The apartments are spotless, comfortable, and located in a great area. Throughout our stay, we truly felt at home. If you’re looking for an excellent accommodation experience in Baku, I highly recommend Hatem’s places. We will definitely come back!

The best host and the best place to stay. I stayed with my family for 6 nights and had no problems. Elyar was helpful to us in all ways and was just a text away. He even helped us with free airport pick up and drop. This is a must recommeded place. Thankyou 🙂

Irada's place is peaceful and surrounded with beautiful pomegranate and their family historical fig tree. our host was always responsive and very kind. She infact gave us fig jam that she made from the tree in the garden. The home was spotless and clean. It has all amenities we needed and was just perfect. we took morning walk at the Caspian sea which is walkable. Nearby restaurants are either sea breeze or Masaram plaza. Bolt was available though.

Firstly speaking about Ilkin, he is in true sense Superhost. Right from the check-in till check out, he was constantly following up for comfortable stay. Greatly enjoyed our stay. The location is amazing. The house is very clean, and has all amenities you can need during your stay. View to the front yard and back yard is beyond description, you will love it. The sound river flowing nearby accompanies you 24/7 and that is priceless. Definitely recommended.
