We were traveling for a swim meet competition for my son and the hosts were very flexible with allowing us an early check-in. Beautiful place and surroundings, great little playground for my young girls right outside the cabin.

Our stay at Gull Lake Beach Resort was amazing! The place was spotless and we felt right at home. It was very cozy, especially with the fireplace on the chilly nights. The kitchen had everything we needed. Bathrooms were very clean with a lot of towels for everyone. I must RAVE about the beds. Those were the most comfortable beds I've ever slept anywhere! I wish all l Airbnb's and hotels had ones that comfortable. Everyone had a TV to watch. We will definitely be staying with them again!

Great location, space, and price for a winter weekend in Nisswa—we were in the area to ski. Nice place, we liked that both rooms had two queen beds and their own attached bedroom. Perfect our family of 7. Close to restaurants and the grocery store. Pretty views of the lake, too.

We decided to book here when most hotels were full in Brainerd and it did not disappoint! It was exactly what we were looking for to accommodate two families for the weekend for a dance competition. The Airbnb was clean and the host checked in often and was responsive when I had a question. Would love to come back in the summer when we can enjoy more of the beautiful lake and area!

We had a great long weekend here! For four adults and a toddler, it was perfect. The host was quick to respond to any questions I had, too. Thanks!

The condo was great! Weather a little cold but it's March in Minnesota. Looking forward to coming back in summer months.

Premiere Gull Lake location, so close to the water, walkable to great restaurant/ bar, Ernie’s and budget friendly stay. Clean linens/ bathroom, basic furnishings and very safe surroundings. Chris communicates with detail and sets expectations well. Bring your own coffee/ shampoo and the price cannot be beat in the Brainerd Lakes area.

We didn't feel a need to reach out to Chris on anything because communications were clear beginning to end. The unit was very comfortable and met all our expectations.

great space! probably could have slept 20 so it was a great value and space for 4. Great kitchen and common space. Indoor pool and resort bar were also really cool. pack light because they had everything you need.
